Excelente lugar para descansar y pasar un buen rato frente al mar, todo muy hermoso, muy limpio, tranquilo, mi estadia fue espectacular. Yohanda es una host excepcional, 100% recomendado.

This place is simply amazing . Norma was super friendly and responded to our questions and our addition guest added last minute . the pools are amazing the entire place felt like a resort .

Instructions didn’t mention anything about having to contact construction guy next door in order to get gate key upon arrival. Beautiful apartment, had everything we required, it was very clean and well organized, well furnished and plenty of space for two couples. It was very nice having some ice cubes in the freezer and coffee available for the morning. Great location. Other than some confusion about how to get in and a lower water pressure , we have nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay there again.

¡Este alojamiento es una maravilla! Tiene una vista al mar y a la piscina espectacular. Además, está bien equipado con todo de calidad y muy limpio. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía y definitivamente queremos volver. Guillermo es un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento a responder cualquier inquietud.

We really enjoyed our beach front stay at Marbella in Juan Dolio. Spectacular views from the apartment and nice pool and beaches.

Loved the place. Enilly, was on point. Enilly’s response time was second to none. She’s the best host bar none!

Awesome house, exactly as pictured. Both host are very nice, attentive and responsive. The beach is 10 minutes away, however the neighborhood is not walkable at night. Very dark and empty. Other than that, we loved our stay there. Thanks for having us! Do recommend it for family stays of four of friends

The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

This experience is one of the best ive had. Carlenis was there every step of the way and very responsible on been responsive. Pictures are awsome but the vibe and the place in person is breathtaking. I do want to make this clear ( THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PARTY ) its a place to relax peacefully when you are not enjoying the wonders of Dominican Republic and Boca Chica. I will always be thankful for the transparency and and the amount of care i felt from my host Carlenis I RECOMMEND 💯 And will definitely book again in the future. Carlenis thank you so much 🙏🏻

Monica was so professional . She knew there was a baby and asked use if we needed a crib in which it was set up when we got there. She even left us water and snacks. The house was spotless and blankets were super clean. Monica kept checking up on us. I would totally recommend this place 1000% !

Outstanding stay! Robinson’s place exceeded all expectations. The property was immaculate, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. It’s conveniently located—easy to access and close to great restaurants and bars—yet remains wonderfully peaceful and private. The amenities were top-notch. The pool was pristine and inviting, and the hot tub provided the perfect place to relax. The home was fully stocked with everything one could possibly need. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Thank you, Robinson, for being an excellent host.

recomiendo 100% lugar exelente para una estadía super.Muy buen apartamento en un piso con una vista muy linda. Muy cuidado y limpio.Solo le falta una terraza por ser perfecto.Pero todos super bien . Un 10 de 10.

We enjoyed this place. My kids had a lot of fun. We hope to come back again.

We loved our stay. The view was amazing and everything else was very comfortable. Lots of pantry items and toiletries which was a nice touch. There were a few stores near by and we loved the Spanish restaurant close by. We bought produce on the beach from the women who passed by every day. There is virtually no shade on the beach and it was very crowded on the weekend but lovely and quiet during the week. Water was beautiful!! We had a few glitches but Josivel was always responsive. She arranged airport pick up for us as well. We really loved Juan Dolio.

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

Desde el primer momento, la comodidad, la limpieza y la decoración (sobre todo) nos impresionaron. Se nota que cada detalle ha sido pensado para brindar una experiencia acogedora y placentera. Robert el anfitrión fue excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Las atenciones y pequeños detalles hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. Además, la ubicación es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar 100% para cualquiera que busque una escapada tranquila, cómoda y bien atendida en Juan Dolio. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Excellent séjour. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le gérant a été très réactif à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Les espaces communs (piscine, plage….) sont très bien entretenus. La sécurité est ultra présente sur le site. La seule difficulté est de devoir prévoir à l’avance les invités potentiels dont le nombre est très restreint et dont les identités doivent être envoyées par le gérant à la résidence ( cette difficulté est liée à la résidence et non au propriétaire ). Nous serions très heureux de relouer cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour !

we very much enjoyed our stay of two months. very quiet but does get somewhat busier on weekends which was expected.

Fue genial, a mi familia y a mi nos encantó es fabuloso y tiene todo cerca y si tú no quieres cocinar tienen un restaurante divino, yo quedé maravillada con el lugar, cuando vuelva al país claro que me quedaré en este sitio, gracias señor Andújar por su excelentes atenciones
