Es una villa privada muy acogedora y cómoda, te hace sentir como en casa, se rodea de mucha vegetación por lo que se siente muy fresco. Las atenciones de Martín y Carmen quiénes siempre se mostraron muy diligentes y atentos en cualquier cosa que necesitaríamos, sin duda volvería 🥰

Lindo lugar y bien equipado, fácil de llegar, simple check in. Piscina y jacuzzi en el complejo y acceso a la playa (aunque no tiene vista a la misma). El área de la piscina es muy linda; tiene gazebo, mesas, baños comunes y ducha.

Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questi posto. Prima di tutto la pulizia e i ristoranti italiani a pochi passi di distanza, secondo la bellissima spiaggia di Bocachica a 300 mt. Considerate solo che alle volte di notte ci sono schiamazzi essendo in una zona centrale.

The apartment is excellently equipped, both in the kitchen and the bedrooms. It has all the utensils and glassware that we could require. The furniture is new and very complete. As a frequent visitor, this place is the best of those rented in Marbella.

The best place in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic. The apartment was great, very clean, and had all the amenities. I recommend it. 10/10

Raj is an EXCELLENT host! 💯 Perfect walkable location across from the beach. Very dog friendly, which I appreciated. It was a working stay for me, so the sporadic power outages (it’s an issue many places here) were challenging, but not insurmountable. However, if it’s just vacation, I would not have noticed. The villa is very well kept, beautiful, amazing staff, and truly was a nice stay. It’s probably the best value in Juan Dolio!!! If there was a bigger unit, I’d go back and stay long term, but I’d get a power bank. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

Nuestra estancia en este Airbnb fue excelente. La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a restaurantes,m y tiendas para comprar cualquier cosa que se necesite, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera muy cómoda. El anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y atento, respondiendo de manera rápida a cualquier pregunta o solicitud que tuvimos, lo que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y seguros durante toda nuestra estadía. El apartamento estaba impecablemente organizado y bien equipado. Los aires acondicionados funcionaban perfectamente, manteniendo una temperatura agradable en todo momento. Las camas eran muy cómodas, permitiéndonos descansar profundamente después de un día explorando la ciudad. Además, la televisión era de excelente calidad, ideal para relajarse en las noches. En definitiva, una experiencia altamente recomendable. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

We loved our stay. The view was amazing and everything else was very comfortable. Lots of pantry items and toiletries which was a nice touch. There were a few stores near by and we loved the Spanish restaurant close by. We bought produce on the beach from the women who passed by every day. There is virtually no shade on the beach and it was very crowded on the weekend but lovely and quiet during the week. Water was beautiful!! We had a few glitches but Josivel was always responsive. She arranged airport pick up for us as well. We really loved Juan Dolio.

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

Muy bien todo, el apartamento es comodo, limpio, las amenidades buenas, el parqueo y las personas de mantenimiento excelentes.

Logement très propre rien à dire sur ça, un appartement super bien équipé une très grande cuisine (lave linge, sèche linge) très spacieux Le balcon avec vue sur la mer au loin Si vous avez un logement à choisir sur Boca chica n’hésitez pas à choisir celui là !!

We had a very early flight so staying here 25 minutes away from the airport was a great way to get one last beach day in the Dominican Republic

We came to Santo Domingo on a girls trip and our initial airbnb was very disappointing and the location wasn't desirable. We decided to look for a new one after the first night and George's place saved our vacation. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the view is to die for! The kitchen is well stocked with amenities and there's a market across the street to grab a few things. We felt extremely safe with the security gate and it was very peaceful. Some of my friends are already planning to come back with their husband's.
