La estancia en casa Qatzig fue increíble. Nos alojamos mi pareja, unos amigos y yo y la verdad que todos salimos muy contentos, era como estar en casa. Las habitaciones están muy bien y los espacios comunes muy limpios y cuidados. Además Andrés es una persona encantadora y las voluntarias que trabajan allí también. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos, recomendaciones e incluso a conseguir un transporte economico y seguro de ida y de regreso. Sin duda un lugar donde repetiremos y recomendamos encarecidamente. PD: Nuestro anfitrión preferido fue su perrita. ¡Muchas gracias Andrés!

que dire...?? merveilleux séjour dans cette maison calme et spacieuse avec une vue top sur le lac et ses volcans. hôtes très reactives,,Miguel, l homme d entretien vient vous chercher sur l embarcadère pour vous accompagner lors de votre arrivée et réponds à toutes vos demandes..si vous parlez espagnol.. vous pouvez demander d avoir une personne qui cuisine pour vous. nous l avons fait pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner. c'est très agréable..surtout que nous sommes restés une semaine..et que pour faire des courses il faut aller plutôt à panajachel. santa cruz est un village calme et agréable et bien situé pour visiter les autres endroits autour du lac. bref idéal pour nous..on conseille mille fois..

Incredible place. The access to the main path around the lake and proximity to Santa Cruz is nice. There are more places to eat around here than I expected. I would love to stay here again. Do keep in mind: Santa Cruz is a very nature-y place and there is a possibility you’ll encounter spiders, mosquitoes and scorpions. We did, but had no problems with them during our stay.

Very cute oasis! We loved relaxing in the garden with coffee and breakfast. The location was great- super walkable to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a magical place to stay while visiting San Marcos. As many have mentioned, the views are phenomenal. The setup of the place balancing open air and cozy indoors does truly feel like a glamorous tree house. I'll never forget my showers overlooking the lake, and being awoken by the most gorgeous sunrises peeking in trough the windows. The community surrounding the house was lovely. The kitchen had everything I needed to make some good meals, and the bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up most mornings. This is THE place to book while here. Just be aware it is a bit of a steep incline walk so if you struggle with that you can take a tuk tuk up to the property. I walked everyday and found it to be excellent exercise to get my day going. Truly one of my favorite airbnb experiences.

beautiful space in Jaibalito. about 15 min hike back and forth to town but they have the property manager meet you the first time so it is easy to find the way after that. the top floor with the bedroom has a fan and the breeze when the sliding doors are open is enough to keep the room cool at least in spring when we stayed. the host is very responsive and accommodating. highly recommend.

El alojamiento es increíble, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Todo rodeado de naturaleza y muchas flores. El club donde se encuentra ubicado es maravilloso, tiene fácil acceso al lago, muchos senderos para caminar y ver los paisajes tan hermosos de atitlan y San Lucas Tolimán. Las amenidades son muy buenas, parrilla para asar carne, chimenea con madera para encender fogata, cocina equipada. las habitaciones muy cómodas, el concepto de la casa muy bello. En San Lucas Tolimán te desvías por un camino adoquinado y unos 10 minutos de terracería, Todo el complejo es con caminos de losa y piedra. Hay agua caliente y fría, también hay 2 tinas y 2 espacios para comer tanto adentro como en el jardín. Fácil acceso al lago por medio de escaleras y plataformas para admirar los paisajes. Daniel es muy atento en todo momento. Llevar todo lo necesario, ya que no hay tiendas tan cerca del lugar e incluso hay que ir al pueblo. Recomendaría este alojamiento 100%, estamos encantados y ansiosos de vover.

El lugar es increíble, muy limpiar y ordenadas, con muchas actividades por hacer; el control en los diferentes ambientes permite que sea más controlado y ordenado para poder aprovechaste todos los espacios. El personal es muy agradable, muy atentos y muy serviciales, siempre en la disposición de ayudar y colaborar. Gracias por todas las atenciones, en tan increíble lugar.

What a lovely property! Perfect, restful space for 2 tired travelers. Close enough to walk into the city and boats, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the amenities as well!

Der perfekte Ort, um die Seele ein wenig baumeln zu lassen. Die Lodge ist wunderschön, die Sauna super angenehm und der Pool im Anschluss eine Wohltat. Nicolas, der sich um das Airbnb kümmerte und darum, dass wir uns sicher fühlten sowie die Sauna vorbereitete, war unglaublich freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir haben meinen Geburtstag hier verbracht und man bereitete mir einen unglaublich schönen Empfang mit einem mit Ballons und Blumen geschmücktem Bett. Das war außerordentlich schön! Da Sonntag war, organisierte uns Dan Pizzen, die in die Lodge geliefert wurden. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service! Abends saßen wir noch lange auf der Terrasse und machten Feuer im Kamin an. Es war wunderschön! Wir können diesen traumhaften Ort nur weiterempfehlen!

Truly a tranquil oasis. After 2 weeks in another Pueblo on the lake, we treated ourselves to a stay at Casa Valdes. The kids were in heaven in the pool. The kitchen was so well stocked for cooking. Beds incredibly comfortable. Waking up to bird songs out the beautiful windows with breathtaking vistas was heavenly. The walk to the dock to catch a boat ride was easy. Walking up the hill to Santa Cruz was steep but straightforward. Don’t miss a meal at CEPAC in Santa Cruz. The only considerations, which PJ & Stewart outlined very well, is that you must think ahead about meal planning as you are not an easy walk to buy street food easily. Plan to bring provisions (we opted to stock the fridge with fresh tortillas, avocados, lime & salt along with mangos and papayas and were in heaven); make arrangements for Dominga to cook (delicious!) or plan a walk up the hill to CEPAC or a reservation down the dock at iguana perdida. We loved our stay so much!

Visited casita Piegatto for our anniversary getaway and loved it! Everything was ready for us and our host helped connect us with transportation from Guatemala City and back. The house and views were stunning! Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Todo estuvo excelente. Muy bonito y tranquilo, tiene muchas amenidades. No dejen pasar el jacuzzi. Una experiencia muy linda frente a ese paisaje al atardecer. Queda muy cerca caminando al centro del pueblo. El restaurante de al lado es excelente. Carolina, la anfitriona siempre muy pendiente. Recomendadísimo este Airbnb.

The place is perched in a lush beautiful garden that we enjoyed the moment we stepped in. It is central but away from the hustle and bustle of Calle Santander. Thank you Marion and Gerry for having us. Your place has been a home away from home. We truly enjoyed are stay. We are planning for a return trip already.

I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

The place was very nice, everything clean well put together, the kitchen came with alot of household items, coffee, cooking oil, plates , everything you would need.The view of the lake was beautiful, the outside little patio was a nice hangout spot for a coffee and to relax. Diego was very friendly, helpful and understanding. Responded quickly and had answers right away, provided us with transportation from the dock to the house and as our own little private tour guide around the lake. Very satisfied with the stay, do recommend to book with Diego and Oasis, definitely would come stay again! Thanks again Diego and Oasis for everything. Ask for Chema if your looking for some quick transportation around the area, very friendly, knows his way around.

The perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Lake Atitlan. After several weeks of travelling around Central America, where various things weren’t working in the hotels we were staying in, Duncan’s apartment was the perfect reprieve. Super quiet but easy to get public water taxis to the busier towns (25 Quetzals). His dogs are possibly the most adorable on the planet. Especially Sampson. I probably messaged Duncan too much in the end because of how responsive he was 🤣 This is the place to stay.

Excelente lugar, San Marcos la laguna es asombroso, el parqueo costo 14 dolares por día, o unos 100 quetzales por noche que se queda el vehículo con techo, nos parqueamos donde don Salva, esta cerca de la playa pública y la reserva natural es hermosa, definitivamente volveremos. El lugar es muy lindo y bello. Casi no se escucha ruido de construcción.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe des Piers Toli. Das Check-In erfolgt über den Gärtner Lucas. Lucas ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist gross, die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Dusche hat auch warmes Wasser und die Unterkunft hat Wifi. Der Garten ist sehr schön, während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes kam Lucas einmal vorbei, um den Garten zu bewässern. In der Unterkunft gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die man benutzen kann und im Garten gibt es genügend Wäscheleinen, um die Wäsche aufzuhängen. Eine schöne Unterkunft für ein paar ruhige Tage. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wonderful stay! Our dog was really happy to explore and jump in the water with us from the private dock. The house was really nice, the view was amazing, and the spot very quiet
