Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

I had an amazing 10-day stay at Angelica’s condo in the vibrant BGC/Burgos Circle area! The location is unbeatable, with plenty to do—shopping, dining, and exploring—all within walking distance. The coffee shop in the lobby was perfect for morning brews, and having a laundry service and a convenience store right next door made my stay even more comfortable. Angelica was an exceptional host, providing quick responses and thoughtful local recommendations. The area felt very safe and was always lively, making it a perfect home base during my trip. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return on my next visit!

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Ms. Ann was very responsive especially on my late requests for the additional guest. Place was so cozy. Overall experience- 10/10 Will stay again if given the chance and will recommend this to friends.

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

We're very satisfied with how the unit looks like. My parents, my aunt and I feel very comfortable in sleeping on these comfortable beds. These beds were perfect for us, especially for our back bodies. Our host, Ma'am Krislyn always responds, that does not make me feel stressed because I'm used to going to Airbnb like like so I don't really have any panic modes on me. All everything goes well for us. Good signal, good internet. Good location for grab drivers to come quickly. You can rest in the lobby with a lot of comfortable seats before your check in time. Good water, I don't need to bring the filter water but if you plan to look for other Airbnb, please bring the filter water to avoid irritations on your skin and hair. Good kitchen, good rice cooker. Everything is all good except there were small cockroaches in the bathroom, which do not bother me since we're used to it in our own house. Small cockroaches does not scare you than big cockroaches haha!! Well, everything is all good!!

Imelda is a fantastic host. I never ran out of drinking water, she left extra paper towels and toilet paper, and gave me no reasons to complain. She is super-responsive and very hospitable. I would be hard-pressed to find a flaw in her hosting model. I will keep Imelda in my favorites for future visits. I've stayed at 2 of her properties and more than satisfied with her accommodations. ✨️Hosting excellence✨️

We had a great experience at the property! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The home was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

Sir Jovanni is very easy to communicate and very considerate as well as the caretaker Ms Regina who’s able to accommodate our check-in thought its already late. Plus the house is very homey vibe, very comfortable and spacious.

We are happy with the place. It feels like home. All the needed ammenities were available.

I really loved the place. It’s quiet and very convenient to get around places. The parking is nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. The host and co-host are really welcoming and easy to talk to. They even allowed me to do a really late check out. The amenities are prestine

Mark Gervy was super responsive and helpful. The place felt like home and there were heaps of restaurants nearby. Only thing is the building doesn’t have a ramp so it was a bit of a struggle with our heavy luggage (not the host’s fault, just sharing). Maybe just improve or sanitise the foam mattress as we got a few bites from bed bugs, and the blanket could be better too. Overall though, Mark’s honestly one of the best hosts we’ve had. The place and host are highly recommended and we’d definitely come back!

Perfect place to have a staycation. Super clean and the interior looks fantastic. The TV was huge and felt premium. I enjoyed watching Netflix the whole night with my girlfriend. Will definitely love to come back!

It was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and chill with friends and family. Very affordable, comfy and has complete amenities. I love the interior design very simple yet elegant. And what I really like the most is their high-quality kitchenware and utensils, it's very neat. It was conveniently located near at the mall,stores and fast food. To the owner Ma'am Monaliza, she is very responsive, generous and kind. We will surely coming back again.
