L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

We really enjoyed our stay in Spinea. We were in Padua, Trieste and Venice. The accomodation was perfect. Quite area, accomodation like description, spacious, very clean and with places for the car. Magdalena and Francesco are very nice hosts. They were every time willing to help us. For instance they offered us to wash our dirty laundry and they gave us more bath towels. It is also very well located to go to Venice. Venice is so wonderful (one needs almost three days to admire the splendour of the old town). By car or by bus 50 minutes from Spinea. We went by car. We went to the station (only 2,5 km from the accomodation). Lots of places to park the car at the station. Then we took the train to Santa Lucia (only 3 Euro a way online tickets, it takes only 15 minutes). That's it. As soon as you get out of the station Santa Lucia in Venice you have a view of the Canal Grande. It's amazing !!!

A very spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful and functional bathrooms, and lovely surroundings, which are great for hiking.

Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni qui ed è stato tutto perfetto. Fin dall' inizio Carmen è stata molto disponibile, amichevole e ci ha accolto perfino lasciandoci in frigo dei lamponi e una crostata fatta da lei. Inoltre ci ha dato molte indicazioni su dover poter passeggiare con la nostra cagnolina Yana: lago del mis, cascata della Soffia, cadini del Brenton, lago di Santa croce... La casa era dotata di tutto il necessario e pulita. Il giardino adorabile (completamente recintato quindi perfetto per i cani) come Oliver il suo maltese che ha giocato con Yana. Consiglio assolutamente sia a chi vuole rilassarsi che a coloro che amano passeggiare/fare trekking.

We spent two nights in Alberto’s apartment and it was perfect-spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Location was excellent -just a short stroll from the main piazzas. It was the perfect spot for a short stay in beautiful Padua.

Nous sommes restés un week-end dans ce logement très agréable et bien situé . Idéal pour une famille , je recommande à 100%.

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Rita was proactive in communication with us and always responsive in a timely fashion. The apartment has a very large terrace overlooking 2 canals. In good weather it is such an inviting spot to share a drink and watch the neighborhood action. We could not have selected a better place to stay in Venice during Carnivale. The apartment was 5 minutes away from Piazza San Marco, but it was just far enough away from the crush of revelers celebrating Carnivale. The apartment is steps away from Fondamenta de la Osmarin, Campo San Provolo, Campo San Zaccaria, and just minutes from Campo San Filippo e San Giacomo, all of which are loaded with cafes and restaurants.

This is a hidden gem and I cant recommend it highly enough. The apartment is true to the description and photos, yet the photos don't do it justice. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need. The garden and separate private seating area provided an oasis of calm right in the middle of Venice. The garden was beautifully appointed with deck chairs to relax in as well as a table and chairs for eating. The location is wonderful, so close to the station (10 minutes walk even with luggage), right next to the Scuola Grande and Frari. It has the advantage of not being in the main tourist area yet close enough to walk to other sights. Claudia and Federico were extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you so much. We would love to come back.

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

perfect couple of days tucked away at Francescas apartment. she is so responsive and helpful. great views from the terrace were especially special seeing the NYE fireworks. highly recommend.

Il nostro soggiorno presso Salice Home è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, un’esperienza che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. L’appartamento si è rivelato non solo estremamente pulito e curato nei dettagli, ma anche accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la tranquillità che avvolge la struttura: un’oasi di pace lontana dal caos cittadino, ideale per chi cerca un rifugio nella natura. La vista sulle montagne è mozzafiato, proprio come mostrato nelle foto, regalando momenti di pura serenità e contemplazione. In sintesi, Salice Home è una scelta perfetta per chi desidera una fuga rigenerante, immersi in un ambiente autentico e fedele alle aspettative. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

What a gem of a place! Bright, airy, quiet apartment with 2 great terraces. A brilliant base for exploring the city. Spar supermarket close.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Die Unterkunft war TOP. Eine Ruhige Umgebung, aber trotzdem alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber u Stefania jederzeit gut erreichbar. Eine Buchung Wert u für uns sicher wieder eine Option wenn wir wieder in Jesolo Urlaub machen.

The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back.
