San Pietro in Bevagna : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Wir waren im Oktober in Lorenzos Unterkunft und wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, die Gegend ruhig, jeder hatte einen Rückzugsort und man konnte in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen und gleich ins Meer springen. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: Morgens einen Cappuccino auf der Terrasse und abends mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang ein Glas Wein :-)

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura di Giuseppe per una decina di giorni io, mio marito e le mie figlie! La casa è meravigliosa, pulita, spazi adeguati, ottima vista mare, piena di oggettistica molto curata e bella!!! La cucina e il bagno erano puliti e dotati di ogni utensile (es phon, macchina caffè, stoviglie, pentole, ecc…)! Le camere anche molto pulite e con lenzuola morbide!! Il terrazzo è meraviglioso! Ampio, vista mare, dotato di tavolo, sedie e sdraie, accesso acqua e stendino per la biancheria! Davvero super consigliata

Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön + wohnlich eingerichtet und auch bei einer 5-Personen-Belegung sehr geräumig. Besonders toll war das Frühstück unter freiem Himmel + Orangen-/Zitronenbäumen im Hof, was auch im Oktober noch möglich war. Nützliche Extras: Die Waschmaschine, dank derer wir im 14-Tage-Urlaub mit Handgepäck auskamen, und das zweite, kleine Badezimmer. Zur Lage: Ruhige Seitenstraße, die lediglich am sonnigen Wochenende von Strandbesuchern frequentiert wurde. Mehrere schöne Strandbuchten sind lediglich 50-100 m entfernt, breitere Sandstrände innerhalb von 20 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das benötigt man auch für Städtetouren nach Lecce (45 min.), Gallipoli (30 min.), Porto Cesareo (10 min.) etc. sowie für Einkäufe, denn in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es leider keinen Supermarkt. Gianni begrüßte uns persönlich, obwohl unsere Ankunft sich wg. eines defekten Mietwagens verzögerte. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Obst + Pasticciotti. So fühlten wir uns gleich willkommen. We were positively surprised! Very cosy and clean. They figured out the smallest details. Marta and Stefano are very warm and friendly persons. It was a very nice stay!

L'accoglienza è stata comodissima, Vincenzo e la sua compagna sono molto simpatici e accoglienti, si trovano nella casa affianco ma sanno essere discreti e rispettare il tuo spazio. La struttura è fatta molto bene, la vista spettacolare. Se volete vivere lo splendido giardino munitevi di repellenti per zanzare. La posizione è ottima per esplorare il Salento, a pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge, da Nardò e Gallipoli. Tornando nel Salento alloggerei sicuramente da Vincenzo

Assolutamente soddisfatti della nostra permanenza a casa di Matteo , le foto in realta' non rendono bene l'idea , la casa con nostra piacevole sorpresa e' addirittura piu' carina dal vivo , molto funzionale . Il checkin e checkout sono stati molto semplici grazie alla disponibiita' dei genitori di Matteo , con i quali ci siamo sentiti accolti come amici . Noi siamo stati a settembre e devo dire che il posto in questo periodo e' molto tranquillo ottimo per rilassarsi e con il mare a neanche 5 minuti da casa e' il top . Insomma la casa e' consigliatissima e se avremo modo di ripassare da quelle parti sicuramente approfitteremo ancora della loro casa . Siamo stati in sei senza nessun problema di spazi , casa adeguata .

il soggiorno da Antonio è stato veramente una sorpresa positiva, lui come persona È amabile sempre disponibile e molto ordinato, si vede che ama la propria struttura come casa sua, Inoltre è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato durante tutto il soggiorno con consigli ed indicazioni utili. i servizi erano esattamente quelli descritti e la qualità degli elettrodomestici era più che buona, inoltre il sistema di aria condizionata è un sistema canalizzato a pompa di calore di ultima generazione che da un comfort eccezionale in tutte le stanze. Sono quasi sicuro di ritornare l'anno prossimo

Bel appartement bien situé proche de la plage et des commerces. Terrasse appréciable et place de parking. Cependant la salle de bain est étroite et il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine.

Ich bin sehr überrascht über die wenigen Sterne, die einige Gäste Franco gegeben haben. Das ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Franco 10 Sterne geben! Von Anfang an war Franco äußerst hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir ein Problem mit der Autovermietung, da wir wegen unserer Kreditkarte kein Auto bekommen konnten. Franco bemerkte dies und half uns sofort. Er brachte uns zu einer anderen Autovermietung, wo wir problemlos ein Auto bekamen. Ohne seine Hilfe hätten wir unseren Urlaub größtenteils in der wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen müssen. Bezüglich der Beschwerden einiger Gäste über den Zugang zum Meer: Wir hatten damit überhaupt kein Problem. Die Unterkunft gehört zu den schönsten, die ich je gesehen habe. Franco, seine Frau und ihre zuckersüße Tochter waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann jedem dem nach Tricase kommt, nur empfehlen, hier zu buchen. Alles in allem waren es wundervolle und erholsame Tage! Wir kommen wieder Grazie Franco

Eine wirklich einwandfreie, wie auf den Fotos zu sehende Unterkunft. Super sauber und ordentlich! Wirklich ein tolles Haus zum Urlaub machen Francesco ist ein sehr zu vorkommender Gastgeber

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige, sehr schöne Lage. Toller Blick auf das Meer morgens beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse und abends beim sundowner. Paolo ist sehr hilfsbereit, immer gut erreichbar und reagiert schnell und sehr freundlich. Man ist sehr schnell an wunderschönen Stränden und guten Restaurants. Wir hatten einen sehr schöne und sehr angenehme Zeit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We hebben 11 dagen verbleven in appartement 3, het is een schoon appartement met heerlijke zachte handdoeken en super goede bedden. Volgens de site heeft het een kitchenette, echter het heeft een koffie en thee apparaat en koelkast met vriesvakje. Er is wel een grote gemeenschappelijke keuken aanwezig met een gaskookplaat, vaatwasser, grote koelvriezer alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Er is een groot zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en een plek met heerlijke stoelen in de schaduw. De accommodatie ligt erg rustig, heerlijk als je van rust houdt. Binnen 15 minuten ben je op het strand of in een plaatsje. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in de Masseria La Noa en zouden het zeker aanbevelen voor andere gasten

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sitzplatz wie auch der Pool ist super zum entspannen, der Strand in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Anwesen hat drei Wohnungen, würde sich auch für mehrere Familien/Parteien eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Stefanias place for one week and we were really happy with our stay. Stefania was really nice and proactive with a lot of useful tips. The house is located on a huge property surrounded by olive trees in the middle of nature. We went to a small beach by car within 5min, Nardó is about 15min away by car. The main house in which we stayed had one big room, one bathroom, one bedroom and the kitchen. You will find everything you need and we immediately felt really comfortable. There are many options to relax outside, depending on the wind and weather you will always find a nice spot! We can really recommend this place.

We had an amazing week-long stay at "Wind And Water" in Diso! Lucia, our wonderful host, welcomed us warmly, and communication was seamless throughout. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. The decor had authentic local touches, and the large terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffees and evening aperitivos. The property also has a pool, ideal for summer stays. Diso, though small, had everything we needed—supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, pizzerias, and great restaurants. The beautiful cathedral and ancient menhir nearby added to its charm. Castro, a seaside town just 4km away, offers stunning views and the famous Zinzulusa Cave. The Salento region is filled with rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and incredible food and wine. Every meal was a delight, and parking at the property made day trips easy. We can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed a great family holiday at the nice beach of punto Prosciutto (off season!). Angelo and his wife were very kind and super professional hosts. A new Airbnb experience was that Angelo asked us to sign a separate contract and comittment to the rules of the house. Although the list of rules and instructions is quite long its only common sense behavior and a respectful treatment of his property that he asks for. So, no problem to sign. And the result is a well maintained and clean experience for all his guests. Some information is not so clear from the general description of the house but every information is given in the rules for the stay on the airbnb page which you should devinetively read prior to the booking: e.g. for a family of 4 you have only access to 2 sleeping rooms and the use of the Pool comes with an aditional fee of 7.50€ per erson per day. we didnt use the Pool since I was not sure whether my kids (5&7) would easily follow the rules for it. We enjoyed the sea!

Es war eine tolle Zeit. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und die Zeit am Meer genossen. Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und unterstützen mit allem schnell vor Ort.

Ho alloggiato in questa splendida casa per le vacanze di Natale con la mia famiglia. Locali grandi e molto accoglienti,la casa arredata con gusto ed eleganza, in cucina non mancava proprio nulla.Gli spazi esterni molto curati. La signora Lorella è una persona fantastica ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha coccolati nel vero senso della parola facendoci trovare addobbi Natalizi, un cestino di benvenuto, ci ha portato la mattina dopo al nostro arrivo dei pasticciotti caldi buonissimi e la mattina di Natale dei dolci tipici fatti da lei, i purcedduzzi. Ringrazio di cuore la signora Lorella e suo marito per tutto!

Nous avons passés une semaine dans cette petite maison idéalement située à 50m de la plage et avec un toit terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer = TOP Petit bémol sur la salle d’eau car la douche est petite, nous nous en sommes sortis mais cela peut être compliqué pour d’autres personnes. Réveillés le matin par les travaux des voisins mais Michele n’en est pas responsable. Pour finir sur une note positive, les voisins directs sont extrêmement sympathiques et le limoncello fait maison était délicieux 🤤

la casa come da descrizione dista pochissimi metri dai lidi e dalla spiaggia libera in una settimana non ho mai avuto bisogno di prendere l auto per spostarmi .Paola è stata estremamente disponibile in quanto ho chiesto un checkout abbastanza mattutino per non imbattermi nel traffico .consigliatissima

Sabrina e la sua famiglia, sono disponibili e molto accoglienti, sembra di stare a "casa", l'appartamento e i suoi spazi sono perfetti , (noi eravamo in 4) e' dotato anche di un garage con posto auto. Posizione ottima 1 minuto per la spiaggia di scogli dove si puo fare snorkleeng oppure 7 minuti a piedi per la spiaggia di sabbia dove c'è un mare stupendo. Il lido è fornito di tutti i servizi necessari, per i piu esigenti a soli 15 minuti di macchina c'è Gallipoli dove si puo trovare qualsiasi cosa. Tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo

Das Haus ist fantastisch gelegen am Meer. Zu einem kleinen, einfachen Sandstrand sind es maximal 100m. Der große Torre Lapillo Strand ist in kurzer Gehdistanz. Auf dem Weg ist ein lokaler Fischer der fangfrische Fische verkauft. Meer und Stränden absolut top - fußläufig oder weitere kilometerlange Stände in 5-15 Minuten mit dem Auto für Abwechslung! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Große Wohnküche mit allem was es braucht, inkl. Backofen, Waschmaschine, etc… Sehr angenehm ist der Innenhof, welcher ein lauschiges, windgeschütztes Plätzchen zum Essen / am Abend bietet. Ihr findet einen Grill, eine Außendusche, genügend Stühle und Sonnenschirme, auch für den Strand. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Dachterrasse mit Meerblick ! Restaurants umfangreich vorhanden. Francesco war mit tollen Tips und Anregungen jederzeit verfügbar. Vielen lieben Dank Franco für Dein schönes Haus und Deinen sehr freundlichen Service, haben wir außerordentlich geschätzt ! Wir kommen wieder!

The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect for the beach, though I wish there was a little more to do in the area as many restaurants were already closed the first week of September, or we were the only ones dining / out at bars.
