San Pietro in Casale : locations de maisons de vacances

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Casina di montagna veramente curata, calda e con tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla e con possibilità di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. Nous reviendrons et recommandons +++👍Ciao

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Spędziliśmy prawie dwa tygodnie w pięknym miejscu. Willa jest przestronna i bardzo dobrze wyposażona. W otoczeniu domu ładny park, duży basen i znakomite miejsce do wypoczynku. W bliskiej odległości dostępne sklepy, patiseria, pizzeria i restauracje. Dojazd do Ravenny bardzo szybki. Serdecznie dziękuję Loredanie i Giorgio za zapewnienie nam bardzo przyjemnego pobytu. Z przyjemnością powrócimy do tego miejsca.

My wife and I had a fabulous time in Elisa’s apartment.. it is very clean, very well kept and have the a complete amenities. Elisa responded quickly to our questions and even recommended us to a driver that took us to the Airport.

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, ausreichend für 4 Personen , ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss, Mann hat auch Privatsphäre wenn es 2 Pärchen sind . Alles sehr sauber, schönes Bad , schöne Bettwäsche und ein gutes Bett . Küche ist klein aber mit allem nötigen drin, haben wir gar nicht gebraucht ) das Wasser in Flaschen stand sogar für uns im Kühlschrank. Paola war stets erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben gute Restaurant Tipps bekommen, die waren alle toll . Besonderes hat uns bei der Tratoria „da me“ gefallen In den Stadt Kern geht Mann 7-10 min , alles Zufuss erreichbar und schnell zuhause nach dem langen Tag) Liebe Paola, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir können die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole a casa di Angela. L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla; è molto pulito, curato e dotato di ogni comfort. E' a due passi dal centro dove si trovano i monumenti più importanti della città. Angela è un'ottima padrona di casa, gentilissima e super disponibile. Consiglio vivamente!

Questa casa mantovana ristrutturata sapientemente in stile vintage è una piccola perla in centro a Mantova e in un'area tranquillissima della città (nonché comodissima alla stazione dei treni, all'area pedonale, supermercati, locali e farmacie). Una particolare attenzione alla cura dei dettagli per chi come me ama l'arredamento. Ho travato, ordine, organizzazione, pulizia e tutto il necessario per un incantevole soggiorno. La conversazione con Elisa è stata davvero piacevole, spero di tornare presto!!

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en la casa de Annabella. El jardín es mágico. Todo lindo, limpio, parecía que éramos los primeros huéspedes en ese Airbnb pues está perfectamente mantenido. Anabella es un amor, responde rápidamente y nos ayudó con absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos. Ojalá hubiéramos podido estar más días en este precioso lugar. Esperamos poder volver pronto!!!

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

We had a wonderful peaceful week at this lovely country house. Giacomo and Julia are lovely hosts, helping us with all our queries and needs, also recommendation for restaurants in the area. It's only 5 minutes drive from Calindero, supermarkets and so. and about 20 min from Bologna. It was a perfect place to stay outside the city and still be close enough. We will definitely be happy to come back!

La host è stata molto cortese e disponibile, venendoci incontro per modifiche della prenotazione senza alcun problema. L’alloggio si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e pacifica, in mezzo al verde. La casa è spaziosa, con ampie camere molto ordinate e pulite. Apprezzatissima la frutta lasciata, insieme al necessario per poter fare colazione!

Wir hatten schöne 3 Tage im Haus (mit Hund Max) und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Tommaso ist ein super Gastgeber und sehr nett. Absolut zu empfehlen!

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

We absolutely loved Claudio’s house! It was such a warm and cosy home. It was so spacious and everything was well cleaned and maintained. The area is so peaceful and quiet, and had everything we needed close by. Also very central for day trips to places like Venice and Modena. Claudio is a fantastic host, very warm and inviting and so helpful. We will never forget our enjoyable stay here. Thanks again for having us in your beautiful home 🥰
