Domenico è un Host fantastico! Le condizioni perfette e pulite in cui ho trovato la casa dicono molto sul responsabile. Sempre disponibile, attento, non gli sfugge alcun dettaglio. Több napos nyári városnézésre foglaltuk a szállást. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom, szép a környék, rusztikus hangulatú, szép és nyugodt a ház és a kert. Könnyen elérhetők innen a környező városok. A házigazda házaspár nagyon kedves és készséges, vendégszerető, köszönjük nekik a finom kávét!

La casa di Federico e Silvia è splendida. Il grande giardino è perfetto per una vacanza con i propri animali.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, dans une maison spacieuse, avec les charmantes attentions qui vous font apprécier votre séjour, Giulinana et Mauro sont des hôtes remarquables, très gentils et prévenants, nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur disponibilité, leur discrétion et leur aide. Excellente relation client !!!!!

Todo ha ido perfecto en nuestro alojamiento. La casa es muy comoda y acogedora y el lugar muy tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. Valentina y Tiziana han sido unas anfitrionas increibles, dandonos toda la informacion que necesitabamos e incluso recomendando lugares para visitar y reservandonos en Restaurantes locales. Recomendamos mucho este lugar. Hemos viajado por trabajo y sin duda volveremos. Gracias Tiziana y Valentina.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, la villa è ideale per visitare i dintorni e per ospitare un gruppo numeroso. Noi eravamo 4 famiglie con bambini ed è stata un'ottima soluzione, ottima anche la disposizione delle camere e il fatto del bagno privato a disposizione di ogni camera

Una casa con un’Anima che ti accoglie e che ti riporta indietro in un tempo senza tempo, perfetta per condividere momenti di lavoro di gruppo e per aiutarti ad esprimere un’energia positiva che altrove non sempre trova spazio.

This was our second visit to the villa, and we were as impressed as the first time. We work in Bologna all week and look forward to escaping to this peaceful setting at the end of each day. The beds are comfortable, villa is spotless, kitchen is equipped with all we need. The location is especially nice with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We had a larger van this year and didn't try to fit through the gate but found easy parking just in front or around the corner in a public lot. Safe, serene, pristine. We will be back again.

Bellissima casa ed ottima esperienza specialmente in grandi gruppi anche con bambini

Alessandro’s house is very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. He and his wife Angela are very friendly and communicating with them was very easy. Their Airbnb advertisement is a bit misleading, though. We booked their house because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were 7 people and needed the 4 rooms, because one of the guests was traveling alone and didn’t want to share a bedroom. But, as 1 of the rooms sleep 3 people, we were not given access to the fourth bedroom. After some negotiation and extra payment, we had access to the whole house.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella serata nella casa, è dotata di tutti i comfort e gli spazi sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. La pulizia è eccellente. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato!

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!

This is a wonderful family home to stay in full of personal touches which make it so special. As well as lots of bedrooms and bathrooms there is so much space downstairs and outside. The caretakers were lovely and really helpful and the host (Sara) was efficient, helpful and friendly to deal with. The pool is more than big enough as well as lots of garden space and there is so much to do in the area and only 25 minutes to Bologna airport. We would certainly consider booking again.

Wonderful, welcoming and accommodating host and her family. Beautiful house with great ambiance of Italian country living. Great location for day trips in Emilia Romana region. I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.

Prenotazione effettuata all'ultimo istante. Un bellissimo casale totalmente ristrutturato con piscina privata, ampio spazio esterno e comodo parcheggio; al suo interno abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità possibili come da descrizione. Vista impareggiabile sulle colline bolognesi a pochi km da Bologna. Siamo stati benissimo, ottimo relax, ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Ottimo anche per famiglie con bimbi.
