San Polo, Venise : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Dorsoduro è un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso dove fare ritorno dopo essersi persi per le calli di Venezia. LeTerese (pulita ed accogliente) si trova in un'ottima posizione in una zona non turistica ma nello stesso tempo vicina a San Marco come a Cannaregio, a Castello come a San Polo... Antonella con la sua abitazione e i suoi consigli ha reso il nostro soggiorno, nella sempre stupenda Venezia, ancora più bello!!! Clementina

Très beau logement! Béatrice est très réactive, très gentille. Le logement est à proximité d’une arrêt de vaporetto très pratique. Nous sommes au calme loin du bruit de la ville! Rien à dire! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

Mariangela è una Super HOST! Meravigliosa!!! Tutto perfetto dall’inizio alla fine! Come stare a casa per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità davvero incredibili! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima e spaziosa villa, le camere sono ampie e splendide, ben organizzate, letto comodissimo e bagno in camera, TOP! Noale è un borgo fortificato bellissimo e strategico: vicino a tutto, da Venezia alle Dolomiti alle ville Palladiane ecc.. Per Venezia c’è un treno comodissimo attaccato a casa e in 20’ circa ci si arriva senza il problema del parcheggio (che è disponibile e gratuito nel giardino della villa!). Che dire? Grazie Mariangela, torneremo assolutamente e ogni volta sarà per un tour diverso in quel territorio straordinario!!🙏

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

One of the best places I've stayed through Airbnb in almost 15 years of using the platform. It felt like living in a museum. It's only about 30 minutes by bus to Mestre and Treviso, but for someone who isn't very comfortable with public transport unlike me and my partner, it might be a bit confusing (as two different bus companies operate the same routes). The hosts are very friendly and always available if any assistance or advice is needed

Nous avons merveilleusement été accueillis, le logement est impeccable et le quartier tranquille. Anna est très agréable et avons pris plaisir à discuter avec elle. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Our stay at Nicholas’ house was perfect. Very well located, just above a canal, it had everything we needed for a lovely weekend in Venice. The area is lovely, close to boat stops, and offers many local cafes and restaurants.

Esperienza eccezionale! La casa è perfettamente curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa colazione e beni di prima necessità. Oltre a godere di tranquillità e pace assoluta la posizione della casa permette di raggiungere facilmente Venezia e Padova in auto. Sara è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Venise la merveilleuse. Diana est une hôte attentionnée. Nous avons reçus les indications sur l adresse et comment se rendre au logement bien avant notre arrivée. l'accueil était très sympathique avec des indications et plan offert. Petites attentions qui font plaisir. Notamment ce qu il faut pour le petit déjeuner. Le logement est bien situé. proche des lieu d attraction. une petite supérette et le marche à proximité. Je recommande vivement.

Adriano is an amazing host. He was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed before he left. He even stocked the fridge with some basics! The place is walkable to all of the sites of Venice..best get your walking shoes on. It was a perfect place for the 3 of us. It was cozy and felt like home! Definitely would recommend Adriano’s place! Grazie Adriano!

Ernesto’s place was perfect for our 1 week stay. Away from the crowds, on a quiet, tree-lined street facing a canal, easily walkable, and very close to a vaporetto stop. His kitchen is the best stocked in any Airbnb we’ve stayed at recently. He was charming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you Ernesto!

malheureusement je n avais plus de téléphone de ce fait pour rentrer en communication avec la personne qui devait nous prendre à la place St Marco et nous conduire à l appartement cela c'est vite transformé en casse tête. Heureusement que j'ai demandé à un italien de téléphoner à la personne qui devait nous réceptionné car nous aurions jamais trouvé seul .un grand merci à Bruna pour son accueil et encore désolé de cette attente elle est très pro gentille et de bons conseils. Sinon le reste l appartement est comme la.description faite par Andrea. c est un hôte très à l écoute .je recommande fortement cette location

Es war sehr angenehm bei Marilia, sie ist ein sehr netter Mensch. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist alles innerhalb weniger Minuten, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den Vaporetti, zu erreichen. Marilia hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles o.k. ist oder ob ich Hilfe benötige. Ich brauchte keine Hilfe, aber wenn jemand Unterstützung benötigt, ist sie ein sehr guter Ansprechpartner. Der Aufenthalt bei ihr ist sehr zu empfehlen und ich hoffe, ich darf wiederkommen.

Guido’s apartment is in a quiet street a short walk from many of Venice’s famous attractions. It’s ideal for a short stay for two people and we had a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent and it was a nice touch to arrive to a chilled bottle of Prosecco! Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Caterina’s place. The location is superb as it’s an easy walk to the main tourist areas yet quiet enough to enjoy the evenings at the apartment. Supermarket and local restaurants are literally 2 minutes down the lane and it’s a peaceful and charming part of Venice. The apartment is charming and well equipped with anything you would need. We had a wonderful time there. Would love to visit again soon.

Stare da Elide è come stare a casa. Il BbB in effetti si compone di due stanze e un piccolo ingresso dove si trova la macchina del caffè e dove viene servita la colazione (che però deve consumarsi in camera perchè non c'è un tavolo o area colazione). La stanza è piccola (come scritto nella descrizione. Quella in cui ho alloggiato è ottima per una persona sola a mio avviso. Elide si prende cura degli ospiti e risponde a tutte le richieste ed esigenze. Per me è un valore aggiunto stare "davvero" a casa di qualcuno e non in grosse strutture o finte case adibite solo ad affitti turistici. Dipende da cosa si cerca!

L’appartement d’Antonio est très agréable et joliment meublé. Dans un quartier animé mais très calme car donnant sur une cour.

Probably one of our best AirBnB experiences. Anna Paola is an amazing host, the place is beautiful, and breakfast was epic. We were 12 minutes away from the main parking in Venice, making the visit a breeze. Can’t recommend it enough.

Es war alles fein und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Lage der Unterkunft (wenn man zur biennale will) ist top!

Apartament wzorowy pod każdym względem, wygodna przestrzeń, wszystko nowe i pachnące. Gospodarze zapewniają miejsce parkingowe na swojej posesji. Bardzo blisko przystanku autobusowego skąd zaledwie w 15-20 minut można dotrzeć do historycznego centrum Wenecji. Gospodyni pomocna w każdej chwili. Rano czekało na nas dobre śniadanie. Komunikacja przed zameldowaniem z dokładną instrukcją zakwaterowania. Pani Natalia odpowiada natychmiast na każdy sms, telefon, mail. Sama też komunikuje się z ofertą pomocy czy poradą odnośnie atrakcji, komunikacji itd. Gorąco polecam apartament i gospodynię. Sama na pewno wrócę w przyszłości. Pozdrawiam serdecznie, Ewelina

Notre séjour chez Alessandro a été parfait. L'accueil dès le matin est très pratique. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Alessandro mais il est réactif par message. La chambre est spacieuse et propre et le lit confortable. Le jacuzzi est très sympa pour se détendre le soir. Petit déjeuner très bon. Plein de petites attentions et recommandations qui font la différence !

Nicks Palazzo ist einfach zauberhaft und noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Neben dem stilvollen Salon, dem perfekt eingerichteten geräumigen Schlafzimmer und dem luxuriösen Bad gibt es sogar einen verwunschen kleinen Garten am Kanal. Besser kann man in Venedig kaum wohnen! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber doch weit genug entfernt vom größten Touristen-Rummel. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars oder kleine Läden in der Nähe und sehenswerte Kirchen wie die Frari. Nick ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, mit vielen Tipps für Venedig. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch möchten wir sehr gern wieder bei ihm wohnen.
