San Polo, Venise : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We really enjoyed our visit to Veince, and staying at this apartment added to the enjoyment. It is in the Castello district, which is far enough away from the crowds to afford peace and quiet, but near enough to walk to the centre in about 10 minutes. There is a very pleasant stretch of the Via Guiseppe Garibaldi right next to it with bars, cafes, supermarket etc. The apartment itself is clean, secure and spacious. There is an upper room leading to a marvellous roof terrace - a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of white whilst watching the Venetian sunset. Johannes was on hand very promptly to answer any queries we had. We would definitely look to see if this place was available on any future visit to Venice.

Giacomo was very helpful in flexible check-in as we arrived around the end of the check-in timeframe, we could simply pick up the keys from another location nearby. The flat is located very centrally and going around the city from there is very easy. The flat is welcoming and was clean, good amenities, and a little outside area. I recommend Giacomo and this flat.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb! Die Lage war einfach perfekt – mit der Buslinie Nr. 6 gelangten wir in nur 20 Minuten zur Piazza San Marco in Venedig. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und die thematisch gestaltete Einrichtung passte hervorragend zur Fasnacht. Marta und Gaia waren unglaublich freundlich und gastfreundlich, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Ihre schnellen Antworten und die Bemühungen, uns sogar Decaf-Kapseln für den Kaffee bereitzustellen, haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Außerdem haben sie uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung empfehlenswert sind, was unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. tidy apartment in a very central location in Mestre, walkable distance to main attractions and a covered market as well. 20 minutes by foot to the train station. Amazing stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at Monica and Giuseppe's apartment. Everything was extremely clean, organized and spacious. Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and it is clear they put a lot of care and effort into ensuring a comfortable stay. I had such a beautiful and memorable experience. Nous avons fait un séjour d’une semaine. L’appartement est très bien situé sur Murano, face à une station de vaporetto. Coin tranquille. L’hôte nous a bien indiqué comment accéder à l’appartement. Il nous a egalement suggéré plusieurs restaurants. J’y retournerais sans aucun doute.

Paola è una host perfetta e super disponibile. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e la casa era confortevole e pulita. Avevamo paura di aver freddo e invece la casa, nonostante sia grande, è ben regolata e calda. Tutte le stanze erano pulite e avevamo tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Torneremo sicuramente se ci troveremo in queste zone di nuovo.

What a wonderful place to stay in Venice, especially with kids! Beautiful, stylish and calm - a little oasis on a quiet canal, very spacious and with its own private courtyard. Plus amazing hosts who went above and beyond to arrange our transport, guide us personally to the house, and check in on us throughout our stay. Thank you!

The pictures do NOT do this place justice! From the minute we walked into the front door with the beautiful vaulted ceilings and rustic wooden beams, we were in love. This AirBNB provided a clean and beautiful space that truly gave us the Italian experience. The location was perfect- quiet and serene but close to all necessary amenities. I can’t say enough about the host and their team- they were so kind and supportive, offering local suggestions and recommendations. If we messaged them, they responded very quickly. If you are considering this place, I encourage you- do it! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Christian has a beautiful flat with lots of attention to details like real authentic bedroom darkening shutters, working vented windows, air conditioning, a rooftop space, huge living room and beautifully furnished kitchen. Excellent!!

This lovely apartment was a delightful place to stay and soak up the beauty of Venice. We loved the location next to the most beautiful church and just above a canal with gondolas floating along. The piazza below is full of activity and it was fun to sit on the terrace and watch life go by. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp sheets and perfect pillows. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms so clean and full of anything we needed. We loved the comfortable couches and warm decor of the living room, a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.
