Kenneth’s place totally exceeded our expectations. It is indeed a Tropical Oasis. The main bedroom double doors open up to a beautiful covered patio and garden. Very tastefully decorated, this place is spotless. No bugs inside the house, fans in every room though no A/c (didn’t bother us). Clear instructions about check in and check out. It was quiet and peaceful at night and during early morning hours.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este Airbnb en Alajuela, Costa Rica. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto pero en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a otros viajeros.

El lugar tiene una vista hermosa y es muy tranquilo. Todo estaba impecable, recomendado.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

La estadía estuvo increíble, la vista es simplemente magnífica y contamos con todas las comodidades que se requerían para pasar una estancia inolvidable!!

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

Le URBN est l’emplacement idéal pour un séjour à San Jose dans l’excellent quartier Barrio Escalante. L’appartement est propre et confortable. L’entreprise qui administre le logement (Bük) est très efficace, rapide dans ses communications et flexible dans la gestion des arrivées/departs. Il y a un gym bien équipé et une piscine. Assurez-vous également de vous rendre au dernier étages dans les salles communes pour une vue spectaculaire sur la ville lors du coucher de soleil.

I had a great stay in Christian’s condo for 4 days. He was super responsive the entire time despite the time difference where he was. He was able to accommodate my early check in request when I realized my flight was arriving too early and provided great recommendations. The condo looked just like the pictures and I enjoyed the view of the city! It was also in walking distance of the Gastronomy District (Barrio Escalante) that was great also. Fyi if you are intending to use the gym(s), a reservation must be made in advance - Christian was helpful with this also but Condo Mgmt usually requires a day notice!

Guido gave us detailed instructions for check-in and was really helpful with a last min request. View of the studio is nice and the building staff are great. Good location too!

Excelente servicio tanto de Natalia como de la administración de las torres. Un lugar muy ameno, tranquilo y sin duda lo recomendamos. Todo estuvo excelente , la piscina muy bonita y demás. Si estás pensando en quedarte acá no hay más que pensar, esta es tu opción ideal.

Very cute, nice apartment with easy access to the airport. 24/7 security guards, so it feels very safe.

Unfortunately we couldn’t make it , due to a last minute change of plans… still the host was very responsive and helpful. I’m looking forward to booking it again in the near future

Nice and cozy place

Jorge was a great host and the place was immaculate. Exactly as described and a very responsive host. Building amenities are great and lots to do in the area. If we are in the areas again we will stay here again.

Todo excelente. Los anfitriones respondieron muy rápido a todas nuestras necesidades. El Coffee Maker no funcionaba, sin embargo, en un par de horas teníamos uno nuevo gracias a la atención de José. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y el edificio tiene todas las amenidades que se indican en el anuncio.
