Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

amazing spot i wish I could extend my stay. the only issue i had the hot water for the shower wouldn't stay hot but other than that it's amazing cozy spot !!

Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms ensures a pleasant stay, allowing guests to feel at ease and rejuvenated. Exceptional Staff and Service: The staff at Nads Place Manila are incredibly accommodating and attentive.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short distance from BGC’s most popular spots. Marlon was an exceptional host—his communication was top-notch, and he went above and beyond by providing great local recommendations. The condo itself was spotless, and the building’s security and lobby staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a seamless and comfortable experience. I’ve definitely found my go-to place whenever I visit BGC!

Nice place, with complete amenities, closer to mall, convenience store, groceries, shops and restaus. Closer to banks & atm hubs too. Unit is big for a studio, its clean, have a very good aircon, working washing machine, and few kitchen/cooking utensils. They also have a sturdy clothes rack outside, you can wash and do airdry, but be careful when hanging clothes outside bec its not really allowed. You have to move the clothes rack near the aircon area, slightly hidden. Big clothes cabinet if you have a lot of clothes, with few hangers. Spacious ref too. TV is working but its not a smart TV, u need a hub to connect the TV and do screen display using your devices. Spacious balcony but I wish there's a small table & chairs outside. We originally checked in last Dec 2024 until Feb 2025, and decided to extend the booking twice. They are flexible with booking. My only concern was the response time, during our stay. Other than that, everything is good. Place is comfy & private.

Follow the suggestions placed in the room, such as, bring the eco bag they have provided as you might grab something from groceries store on way back after a roam around. A lot of stuff controllable by remotes, ei. the dining lights. Just fyi, as there is many remotes, kinda confusing which is funny somehow😅. Great projector screen with the sound bar makes it more cinematic feels at the comfort of your home. fyr, water heater for the shower is somehow not working. Tried it, tho, eventually showered with a cold water. Love the smell of body wash. Overall, it was a nice stay. Love the maximization of the space and the convenience of the area in which there is nearby supermarkets opened 24hrs, the venice canal and etc. Plus is the hospitable staff from the security to the concierge. Ofc, our host Laarni in which super responsive. Thanks a lot, will be looking forward to stay again with Max Dwell.

This was our third stay at Kirei House Bulacan, and once again, it was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient—close to our family and just a short trip to SM for any grocery needs. We love the Japanese-inspired design—minimalist, clean, and free of clutter. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the added touch of books and games made our stay even more enjoyable. Kirei House continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bulacan. Looking forward to our next visit!

Had a wonderful and worth it stay! Host was responsive and gave clear and accurate instructions. The place was clean, cozy and spacious. Everything worked fine and easy, from the kitchen, restroom and living/bed room appliances. Lots of movie selections as well available from their streaming applications, although Disney + had an up and down connection. Nevertheless, it’s perfect if you’re planning to do a short and intimate getaway in the metro.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

I have stayed in Alfonso's condo unit countless times. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and businesses. Alfonso is an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and very accommodating to my requests. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the space felt like a second home to me. In fact, a few times I have factored the availability of Alfonso's place in deciding when to go to the Philippines. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Philippines and looking for to stay around BGC area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Great value for money, the place was clean and tidy and we didn't see any bugs in our time there, which can't be said for a lot of units in this location! The internet was fast enough when plugged into to facilitate video conferencing and the wifi coverage was absolutely fine for us. We either ate out or ordered in so it wasn't a problem that this unit doesn't have cooking facilities, in all honesty I prefer not having the mess and hassle of cooking! The unit was exactly as is pictured and had everything needed for an enjoyable break! Thanks!

Ms Anne was so responsive from when I was still inquiring about her place until check out. She gave detailed instructions that you don’t need to ask a lot of questions anymore. Her staff, Sir June, helped us with checking in and out, which makes it more convenient and helpful, especially when you’re not familiar with the place. The place was so accessible and is just a walking distance to MOA and SMX. We felt really at home during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

The place was great for the price. It was secure and felt homey. The host was kind and proactive with my questions and even my sporadic answering patterns. This was good air bnb experience for me!
