This place is perfect for those that want to be away from the overcommercialized, touristy areas of the PH. Therefore, you will not have malls, bars, dive shops, westernized restaurants within walking distance, etc, etc. It is in the mountains - quiet, secluded, peaceful. You absolutely will need transportation, *ideally your own motorbike*, as the location is an (enjoyable) 15 minute ride (5kmish) just to get down to the nearest town. Maria and Chris are responsive to messages, often within 15 minutes or less, and are full of local knowledge and advice. Maria is a great cook, and she will accomodate reasonable requests outside the posted menu :) They have made my 13 day stay comfortable and quite enjoyable. You will experience a semi-provincial stay at this AirBnB, but no worries, different levels of westernized amenities are within 25 minutes of Catmon if you need it... I just wish this AirBnB has a microwave! I would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks guys!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were greeted by them when we arrived. The place was very homey. We liked how it was very secure and safe. Everything you will need is at a walking distance. The beach is only a few minutes walk and the streets are well lit at night. The area is quite festive at night so I suggest a stroll 5pm onwards. Overall, we have a lovely stay. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Mam Marelyn and Sir Peter 🫶🏻

House is clean, smells good when we checked in. Bathroom is full of cleaning stuff and they also have laundry detergent for when u like to checked out with clean clothes. Kitchen is nice, can cook. Market is like 3-5 mins away and trike is 20 pesos each going there. David is friendly, welcomes guest like a family. Food is good, drinks are good. Overall experience is awesome. Will definitely come back!

The place is beautiful and very clean, and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Even when we lost the motorcycle key, they were very understanding and helped us right away. It’s a bit far from the main tourist spots in Sta. Fe, but the place is great, and the prices of the goods inside the house are very affordable. Highly recommended!

The place was perfect for my mom’s birthday party. We grilled fresh fish caught by local fishermen in the area. We bought fresh fruits, vegetables, meat at the market nearby. There’s plenty of room is the refrigerator and freezer. All areas in the house are immaculate. We had our own private beach accessed from the house. You can rinse off afterwards before entering the house. We had tea/coffee on the second floor balcony and watched the sunset, it was cloudy during our stay but we enjoyed it nevertheless. We only stayed for 3 nights but we will be staying longer when I come back. Emilia Plodzien Wheeling, Illinois

The beach house is beautiful—warm, cozy, and just the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Sally and John were wonderful, always helpful and welcoming. Our family really enjoyed our time at the seacamp, and we’d love to come back, maybe in April when the currents are calmer. It was a bit windy and rainy during our stay, so we didn’t get to swim as much as we’d hoped, but I can only imagine how perfect this place must be in April or May. The peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views made it a trip to remember. We can’t wait to return.

Seaside Villa Tabogon Cebu (1 & 2)

We, 2 families, 4 adults and 3 boys, spent 8 days within this spacious villas. Though the location is not close to downtown Cebu and no WiFi there, we had a great and fun experience, relaxing, fantastic sea view, nice swimming pool and etc. Margie and Vivian are very helpful and warm hearted. This is a good place for holidays, and I have recommended it to some of my friends.

Carina is very responsive and helpful in all aspects. The place also feels homy and you can be free to do your own stuff without worrying any charges or limitations as when staying in hotels. The place is 10min tricycle away from Mj Square but a few meters away from the beach where island hopping boats depart so it is good for those who are getting island tours.

Grace and here team were amazing. They were very accommodating and always eager to help. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to be in a more private area and a way from the main area. Over all a wonderful and would come back and stay.

Very accommodating host! Helpful in many ways (be it for cooking or allowing us to checkin early). The Airbnb is just a few minutes away from the beach, located in a typical Filipino neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Host and caretaker were amazingly amicable and approachable. The property is more than what you will expect. The solitude of the place is truly worthwhile along with the pristine beach. This is also a perfect place if you are chasing sunset spot.

Really beautiful place just a short walk from the beach. The flat is spotlessly clean and everything is very new and there’s all you’d need for an extended stay. Marelyn and Peter are wonderful friendly and helpful hosts - they got back to confirm very quickly when I made a last minute booking when my ferry to Bantayan was cancelled because of a typhoon and very kindly offered to take us to Hagnaya port the next day. Fantastic hosts and a lovely place to stay.
