Our family and dog had a wonderful week staying at Seaside Serenity Retreat! The house was beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. There were lots of little extra touches like a beautiful range of teas available, a full spice rack, lots of appliances including an air fryer, a range of lovely soft towels and heaps of games plus a table tennis table to entertain the kids which we really appreciated. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach with very clear instructions provided and about a 25 min walk into town (or 5 min drive). Access to the Broadbeach Health Resort pool and gym were a bonus and we also loved walking around the Broadbeach area at dusk to see lots of kangaroos each night. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would love to return!

Julianne and Brian's place is stunning. Well appointed and great for a family or group of friends with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge open space lounge, dining and the biggest kitchen made it perfect for our large family group to hang out for a few days. The pool was a bonus. Flinders is also a stunning location to base yourself. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you again to Julianne and Brian for being wonderful hosts.

We stayed at Joanne’s place previously and loved our stay so much we couldn’t wait to come back, so we did! Our stay the second time around was just as blissful. Joanne’s home is beautiful, roomy, clean and with all the amenities you could need to be comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Joanne is always communicative and responsive. The location really is super special and the perfect spot for adventures and is amongst nature, but also only a short drive to dining and shops. Our kids have loved each stay and we’re looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future. Thanks again Joanne.

I was travelling with an extended family and the space was amazing for all of us to spend time together as well as have our privacy when needed. The home was lovely with beautiful outdoors. Anthea was very responsive and flexible with early check in and a late checkout. I would stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Mount Martha! As a family of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids), we couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our week. The house was spacious, spotless, and so thoughtfully appointed with everything we could possibly need. We all loved the facilities - the pool, spa, trampoline, table tennis, and pool table and loved having plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. There was room for everyone to hang out together or enjoy some quiet time, which made the stay so enjoyable for all of us. A special shoutout to Tracy, who was an incredible host. She was so responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Her attention to detail and quick communication made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We’d give this home more than five stars if we could—it was perfect for our big family and made our trip so memorable. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure.

We were 3 couples using the house for a weekend away to cycle the Rail Trails. The house was neat, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The house is new and all appliances, furniture and kitchen homeware items looked new. Enough coffee pods - often lacking at AirBnb’s. The beds were comfortable, but with 2 twin bedded rooms more suited to 2 families than 3 couples (but we were aware of this). The outside BBQ was clean, above average and well used by us. The heated pool was 22’C. Colder than we expected and a bit disappointing as this was a selling point. But the beach was close by and we even went for a cold beach swim. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay with the family. Nearby pool and lots of spaces for the kids to roam. Kris has a variety of bikes, boogie boards, and scooters available. Three TVs and two bathrooms means everyone can have their own space when needed. Highly recommend.
