San Rocco al Porto : locations de maisons de vacances

Elisabetta and Stefano were all-star hosts, and their home in Tromba was an absolute dream. When we saw Elisabetta’s house, we knew it would be the perfect place to spend a week with our two small children, and we were right! The view is spectacular, the house and decor are impeccable, and the hosts treated us like family. They accommodated every request and were extremely responsive to every question. The porch, the pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi, the rolling field - it was our little own private resort! We would love to stay at Elisabetta’s place again!

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Grandissimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort in una zona rurale molto tranquilla immersa nella natura. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i castelli e i borghi del Ducato di Parma e Piacenza. Io ho soggiornato con il mio cane e ci siamo trovate molto bene e in quella zona il cane è accettato ovunque anche dentro i castelli per le visite guidate.

Wer die Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Herrlicher Weitblick, großes Gartenareal mit eigenem Gemüsegarten zum Selbsternten und toller Pool. Die Unterkunft entspricht voll den Beschreibungen und Bildern im Inserat, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool — sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and just the right temperature. Whether it was a morning swim, an afternoon of lounging by the water, or an evening dip under the stars, the pool was the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and then some. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips and responding quickly to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.

Très beau logement tout a fait fidèle aux photos, dans un environnement paisible constitué de belles maisons et d'une église faites de pierres anciennes. Silvia sait recevoir ses invités, elle fut très prévenante et suffisamment présente tout en restant discrète, un accueil qu'on ne trouve pas partout loin de là. Une location à recommander très franchement, pour qui aime calme et qualité de vie.

La posizione in collina è mozzafiato. La casa offre tutto di cui uno può aver bisogno. Lo stato è romantico ed abbastanza originale (anni '70), pertanto non aspettatevi lusso moderno ma charme e atmosfera. Ripeto: c'è tutto e se mancasse qualcosa, Matteo e Ornella ve lo portano subito. La loro ospitalità non ha limiti.

Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e spazioso. Peccato non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare la terrazza e il giardino! Impagabile il posto macchina all'interno del cortile. I vicini sono un po' rumorosi, o forse le pareti sottili, ma a parte qualche strano rumore la sera, non ci hanno disturbato. Non c'è il wi-fi, mio figlio l'avrebbe apprezzato, ma è indicato chiaramente nella descrizione che non è disponibile, quindi assolutamente nessun problema!

Een geweldige tijd gehad

Permanenza di un mese super-approvata. Appartamento chiaramente ristrutturato da poco, pulito, con tutto il necessario, in zona tranquilla e vicina al centro storico a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. Supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Host e collabooratori dell'host pieni di gentilezza e informazioni.

It was nice renting a flat from Maurizio. He’s always online and quick to reply if you have any questions during the stay. The flat was clean and comfy, in a quiet and peaceful area. There’s a private parking spot for a car. Hot shower 24/7, good washing machine, and comfy pillows in the bedroom. If you’re looking for a place in a calm area of Milan and don’t really need to be in the busy city center, this flat is a great option!

Great stay, handy location for the metro to go in to Milan. Spacious accommodation and had everything we needed, incredibly well stocked kitchen and also lovely welcome package of essential food which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé trois semaines de juillet en famille avec nos deux enfants de 3 ans et 7 ans. Le cadre est magnifique. Nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyé un seul instant. Entre les promenades en forêt, les excursions à la rivière, l'observation de la nature, les jeux en famille sur le terrain, il y a de quoi déconnecter tout en étant dans un environnement à la fois calme, agréable et chaleureux. Les trois maisons partagent un même(grand) terrain ouvert mais isolé. C'est à nous de décider des contacts que l'on veut avoir ou non avec les voisines. Quand à Dario et Helena, ce sont deux personnes magnifiques. Ce sont des hôtes.ses idéale.s, à la fois d'une grande gentillesse, disponibles mais jamais intrusifs. Leur présence sur les lieux rend le séjour vraiment plus agréable.

La casa di Filippo era perfetta! Pulita, accogliente e in una posizione fantastica. Filippo e la famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Sicuramente torneremo.

Nausica est une hôtesse amicale, chaleureuse, très réactive et arrangeante (elle a trouvé une solution pour notre arrivée de nuit). Elle est aussi disponible par téléphone, quasiment tout le temps. Ce qui est rassurant pour des voyageurs qui peuvent faire appel à elle au moindre souci ou à la moindre question ou demande de conseil. La location est très agréable, propore, bien équipée (peut-être prévoir une cafetière plus grande que la cafetière à moka, pour les non-italiens ;)), bien située (bus et métro non loin) dans un quartier calme et l'accès à Milan-centre se fait rapidement. Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien déroulé. Au vu de tous ces éléments, vous comprendrez que nous recommandons cette location.

Das Haus des Igels ist eine tolle Unterkunft und wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet, sogar der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft mit einigen Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Die Aussicht vom Haus in die Täler ist grandios. Marco ist ein herausragender Gastgeber, der bestens kommuniziert. Wir haben uns bei ihm wie zu Hause gefühlt. Er ist sehr herzlich, hat uns die besten Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und hat für uns Kuchen und Pizza gebacken. Wir werden den geselligen Pizzaabend mit seinen Freunden und Eltern noch lange in Erinnerung behalten. Auch seine Eltern, die uns bei unserer Ankunft empfangen und das Haus gezeigt haben, sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine Unterkunft, in die wir sehr gerne wieder zurückkehren werden. Ampia e confortevole casa in posizione tranquilla a due passi dalla città. Tutto come da descrizione. Molto apprezzata la flessibilità negli orari di check-in e check-out.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Eine tolle Wohnung, schöne Lage. Wir waren zu Viert in Mailand um den Staffel-Marathon zu laufen - eine perfekte Unterkunft für uns!

Am avut un sejur foarte liniștit intr-o locuință frumoasa, complet utilată cu toate cele necesare, comunicarea cu gazda a fost excelentă. Recomand cu încredere.

Tout est positif, l’accueil, la relation avec les hôtes, la disponibilité, la gentillesse. Et pour la maison, rien à dire, tout était bien. Lieu, tranquillité, propreté, espace, si nous retournons dans la région, nous ne choisirons pas un autre établissement. Merci pour tout ! Patrice et toute la famille.

Der Aufenthalt war so schön bei Bela und ihrem Mann. Als wir ankamen wartete der Haus Herr schon am Eingang auf uns. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist der Wahnsinn. Super viel Platz innen sowie im Hinterhof. Jeder Raum hat einen eigenen Style und eines besser als das andere. Es wurden für uns Restaurants reserviert sowie Taxis bestellt das war echt klasse da wir uns somit um Nix kümmern mussten. Belas Frühstück ist klasse. Wir durften selbst entscheiden um wie viel Uh wir es wollen Es gab echt tolle Sachen wie Jorgurt Müsli Tee verschiedene Cafee Sorten Brot Crossaints und sogar ein. Frischen Schokoladen Kuchen wurde gebacken :) Ich würde sogar mehr als 5 Sterne geben!!! Bei Abreise haben wir sogar noch ein geschenk bekommen als Andenken. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
