Mariah connected us with the concierge at the site to arrange travel to and from the resort , and loved how easy access was to everything. Fabulous pools and and golf cart rental onsite so that we were able to go to a different restaurant every night . We also appreciate all the tips Mariah provided to make our stay so easy!

Great place in a great location. Very good restaurant and bar on site. Centrally located on the island. Host's were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again if we make it back.

Our family of 6 stayed a week, and absolutely loved our stay. The views from the rooftop were stunning especially the sunrise and sunset. We all loved the rooftop pool. The location was perfect and walkable to many restaurant and shops. Aileen and Randy are wonderful hosts and provided great recommendations for restaurants. Aileen was very communicative and great at answering any questions I had. The staff are amazing- we had the most contact with Darwin and Leticia and they are absolutely wonderful. We were well taken care of from having all transportation arranged for us to setting up excursions with Karen. An added plus is that golf carts are right on the property and available to rent. We were very happy with the fast and reliable service from all involved. Especially when we forgot our passports and had to call at 1 in the morning to figure out how to get back to the house and get them. Instead of having to do that myself Franz was up and to the house to find them . He also delivered them to us right then. Being a distance from the airport I was so appreciative! It was not convenient for him to deliver them at that time of day let alone willing to do the task without any resistance and a smile. Absolutely Amazing! He also was there for us right away for any other requests before that. We enjoyed the place and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much! It was enlightening to see living off grid was not an inconvenience. I am looking into solar on a project myself so to actually use it real time for a couple weeks was a good experience. Thank you very much!

It was slightly tricky to find because streets don't seem to be marked but as soon as we realized to turn into the narrow alley at the Coco Loco's sign, it was all good. The place is fabulous! The kids loved the 2nd story loft and the two adult couples loved the large, air conditioned bedrooms. But the standout was the kitchen -- it had every appliance you could possibly need and an abundance of everything. Beach towels and other gear was provided. In short, everything was thought of and taken care of. Also having a lock box for the key was great. Since we were a group of 6, that meant that we could split into smaller groups for outings and not have to worry about who had the key. We would 100% stay here again!

Gordo was extremely responsive and always had a smile on his face. Location is great, close to the ferry, restaurants and shopping, but far enough way that it was quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised about the property, and how attentive the property management people were. From the day I booked until I left for my flight to go home after my vacation. They were there for my every need. Arranging pick up times as well as offering suggestions for things to do. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The property itself is amazing with beautiful views of the reef. I do travel the world, and this was probably one of the most interactive friendly encounter, I have with any property management company. Industry should really take a look at how these people run a property and make it a gold standard.

We were 100% satisfied with our stay at Residences at Barrier Reef. The condo was more than we could have expected. The view from our very large balcony was stunning. The Condo was Very clean and very comfortable. The pools were great and the beach/pier were added bonuses. There were outdoor games for all to enjoy as well. The permanent residences that we met were super friendly and always willing to share their recommendations and experiences. We found the location to be perfect. Great restaurants 10 minutes away, San Pedro 20 minutes, Secret Beach 20 minutes, UpNorth also about 20 minutes. So centrally located that we were able to experience so many areas of Ambergris Caye. We can not wait to come back and possibly even call Residences of Barrier Reef “Home” one day.
