Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique maison authentique de tradition thaïlandaise pendant 2 jours. À moins de 15 minutes de la vieille ville de Chiang Maï, son emplacement bien qu’un peu excentré est idéal pour avoir accès à beaucoup de calme et de repos. Le salon ouvert sur l’extérieur est très spacieux et correspond parfaitement aux photos présentes sur AirBnB. On y trouve une cuisine très bien équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour préparer un bon repas. De même pour les couchages qui sont parfaitement conformes aux photos présentes sur le site. Les chambres sont grandes, correctement climatisées (et non bruyantes) et les salles de bain au top. Bref, si vous voulez profiter d’une parenthèse enchantée, à quelques minutes de la vieille ville en taxi dans un lieu authentique et chargé d’histoire, n’hésitez pas. Vous trouverez tout le charme et la tradition dont vous avez besoin.

Maison très sympa avec des enfants. Dans un quartier au calme et sécurisé avec piscine (non chauffée). Communication très bien avec l’hôte. Je dirais juste qu’il n’est pas vraiment possible de cuisiner dans le logement (poele non fonctionnelle et très peu d’équipement)

Pimrat was an incredibly gracious host and very kind. They made us feel at home during our stay. We had trouble using Grab from CNX, but were able to show one of the cab drivers the directions Pimrat provided and were able to get there without issue!

Sehr neues und super sauberes Haus. Geräumig mit einem kleinen Hof, in dem unser Kind spielen konnte. Betten bequem und Bettwäsche sauber. Weit ausserhalb der Stadt- das wussten wir. Mit dem Roller 30 Minuten. Ruhig und in der Natur. Gastgeberin Poy ist sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wärmste Empfehlung an alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen.

Exceptional stay. Beautiful space that held us all so wonderfully. Fully recommend. Pim and the team are amazing.

We only stayed one night here. If we return to Chiang Mai, we would stay again. Sirisakul’s and her mother’s hospitality was top notch - super helpful and friendly. The description and photos are accurate. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The common space and kitchenette was well equipped. There are shops and eating places nearby. We 100% recommend.

2 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Wir blieben 4 Nächte. Tolle Unterkunft, sehr ruhig, geräumig, modern eingerichtet. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Markt und mit Grab 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

I really enjoyed it! The place has so much character, it’s great value for money, walkable distance from really cool cafes, coworkings and bars. The owner is friendly, the cats are cute, and there are free snacks in the shared kitchen. It’s a container structure so don’t expect a great sound insulation between rooms, but that’s obvious in this kind of accommodation. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will book it again 👍

Die Unterkunft war toll und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sie war sehr sauber und wohnlich. Alles Nötige erreicht man fußläufig von der Unterkunft - Supermärkte, Night Markets, Restaurants, die Altstadt. Ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Auch Kately war freundlich und hat mir bei Fragen zeitnah geantwortet.

Good value and well appointed apartment near enough to most places you'll want to access in Chiang Mai. Pool isn't that great (very small and crowded) but we we went next door to the Shangri La's pool for 400 Baht each.

The apartment is well laid out and a pleasant place to hang out. The living room and bed room are one space, with a couch next to the bed and facing the TV. A sliding glass door divides the living space from the kitchen which makes it easy to control noise and temperature. The bathroom is large, and well lit, with a nice shower. The view from the balcony is of a swimming pool filtered through large trees. The infinity pool is on the 16th floor and is much smaller than we expected from the pictures (too small and shallow to swim laps in but is a good place to cool off). The gym has a good complement of machines and weights and the changing rooms have a sauna and steam room. The elevator to the work out areas is separate from the main elevator to the room. The host answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. It is a great place, near all the historic area of the city. Lots of good food and markets within walking distance.

Very good value for money, good location and quiet place as the room faces towards the backyard. Recommended.

perfect place just outside the main area. lots of bars shops and restaurants nearby. only downside was the lack of pool loungers meaning it's hit and miss if you can use the pool

I had a great 3-night stay at Natasa’s apartment. It is a beautiful place with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast WiFi, living room/bedroom AC and good security. I enjoyed my stay so much I did not hesitate to book another night on my return to Chiang Mai next week. Thanks Natasa!

Das Zimmer ist schön. Es befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Hochhauses. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, ist mit Scooter jedoch gut und schnell erreichbar.

This was the first time I have used Airbnb and it was a great introduction. Kate was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Kate's place is ideally situated halfway between Maya mall and my favourite restaurant (Food 4 thought). The only disadvantage about the apartmen's location is the aircraft noise which goes on until 1am and resumes again at 6am. However, this is common to all apartments in that area of Chiang Mai. I would gladly stay at Kate's place again.
