the apartment was cosy and clean with a pool & small gym and park behind One Nimman and short walk to rhe Maya shopping Mall for supermarket and other shops ATM Banks etc. nimman has lots of coffee shops & cafes massage soap etc.

We really enjoyed staying at Stone's place. So tastefully decored, we felt relaxed right away. To our surprise we even had 2 times cleaner, wow!! Stone was very responsive every time we contacted him. In the ground floor there is washing machines with dryer, also small shop. So everything you need is in the condominium. The apartment is close to Nimman (about 15 min) and nice University park. If you are staying here, I recommend nearby restaurant "Boat", lovely environment with great music and coffee.

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

非常非常便利的社区！楼下走路2-3分钟就是Big C 周三到周六还有小夜市 很安全 24小时保安 我们自己租了车也有停车位 安保人员超级nice 整个社区真的是太舒适方便了，体验当地人的生活。路口大711后面有个小炒摊 连吃了三天 下次去清迈还会来住的！ 房东小姐姐人超好，知道我们有租车特意等我们给我送停车票，还给我私家攻略，推荐的小区里的咖啡和附近的马杀鸡都超好的！ 很愉快的经历😄

숙소는 사진처럼 청소와 정리정돈이 잘 되어있어 깔끔하지만 관리가 잘 되지않은 듯 노후가 좀 된 것처럼 보인다. 숙소위치상 햇빛이 잘 들지 않았고, 창문 너머 밖에 다니는 사람이 보인다. 그래도 편의시설 이용하거나 외출할 땐 너무 편하게 지냈다. 수건이 있다고 표시되어 있었는데, 없어서 따로 사서 썼었다. 이용할 사람은 확인을 한번 더 해볼 필요가 있다.

It situated at a quiet spot of Nimman and yet very accessible to the center for shopping and nice restaurants. The view from the big balcony is full of trees, veey petty, top floor! I enjoyed just being at the balcony doing nothing and enjoy the breeze and sun. The colors inside the room is vibrant, make us happy :) quite clean and tidy. host is also very responsive. 位置旺中帶静，食店方便，露台景觀的樹木景靚，室內色彩喜悦，尚算整潔。

Très bon logement, nous y avons logé deux fois. Très bien équipé pour un petit appartement. J'ai apprécié qu'il y ait un purificateur d'air. L'immeuble est propre et agréable avec une belle piscine et une salle de sport et un salon climatisé. Le seul bémol est l'emplacement qui est loin du carré central de Chiang Mai. Personnellement cela ne nous dérange pas mais il faut compter 100-140 bath par trajet en grab pour se rendre sur les bords du carré central.

위치가 정말 좋아요. 마야몰까지 조금만 걸어가면 되고, 지름길로 님만해민 골목으로 바로 들어갈 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 안전하게 출입문이 통제되어 있다는 점도 좋았어요. 호스트도 빠른 시간 응답해주시고, 항상 적절한 조치를 잘 취해주셨습니다. 침대 테두리가 너무 꺼지는 것, 전체적인 조명이 조금 어두운 것 빼고는 아주 만족스러워서 다음에 꼭 다시 묵고 싶어요.

사진에서 보는그대로 입니다. 4가족이 편안하게 지낼수 있었습니다 모든게 깨끗한편이였고 센트럴페스티벌까지 매우 가까웠습니다. 조용하게 가족끼리 지낼수 있는 공간입니다. 룸 위치도 너무 좋았고 베란다에서 수영장뷰가 잘 보였습니다. 요즘 공사소음때문에 궁금해 하실텐데 이방에서는 소음이 들리지 않습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠습니다 호스트도 적극적으로 편안하게 지낼수있도록 도와주십니다. 다만, 신발장이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 수영장이 온수가 아닌 관계로 가장 더운시간에 수영을 하길 추천드립니다!

跟照片及敘述一模一樣的房間，很乾淨，很喜歡房間內有落地窗的桌子，採光和景色都非常好！ 就在Nimman區的黃金地段到哪裡都很近 非常walkable! 很開心在清邁的旅行住進Lin的房子！

It was a nice experience to stay at this cozy place. The view of the mountains is spectacular, and communication with the host was smooth!

Paul's place is nothing short of amazing. I had a peaceful and wonderful stay. It's conveniently located near local shops while being away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas, making it the perfect retreat. I would definitely recommend booking and am looking forward to coming back!

Casa grande e aconchegante. Anfitriões atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. O bairro é calmo e tranquilo, tem k shopping muito próximo. Vale muito a pena, amamos passar um tempo nesta casa 💛

Such a wonderful and peaceful stay. Quality finishing and comfortable furnishings. Perfect for those who want ample space and to get away from the noise!

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

チェンマイで最高の家族旅行ができました。赤ちゃん２人を含む子ども４人もすごく楽しみました。予約時に、人数が確定していなかったのですが、ホストが柔軟に対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。プールは、子ども全員が入っても充分遊べる広さで、安全でした。部屋の数も広さも充分で、家族８人全員がゆっくりくつろげました。予備のゴミ袋の場所が見つからずホストに連絡したら、迅速に対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。またチェンマイに来ることがあれば、必ず再びこの住居を選択したいと思います。
