Great place! The area was clean and matched the listing description. Although the location is a bit far from the old town, it means you don't have to worry about noise and traffic.

The apartment complex is very nice and very quiet. It’s a nice modern complex with a nice gym and pool. The apartment was nice. Very clean and cosy. My only negative would be that the sofa was not too comfortable and a bedside lamp would be nice in the bedroom. The shower was broken and the water was cold. The owner offered to fix this but I wasn’t at home long enough to let the engineer in. I would stay here again because of the amenities and how peaceful it is.

Super logement, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons adoré la piscine et la salle de sport. Beaucoup de restaurants sont disponibles autour du condo et l’accès au centre ville est rapide en taxi. Merci à NaNaMint pour l’accueil et la réactivité !

This was the first time I have used Airbnb and it was a great introduction. Kate was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Kate's place is ideally situated halfway between Maya mall and my favourite restaurant (Food 4 thought). The only disadvantage about the apartmen's location is the aircraft noise which goes on until 1am and resumes again at 6am. However, this is common to all apartments in that area of Chiang Mai. I would gladly stay at Kate's place again.

A very nice, spacious studio with a great view of a large forest area filled with birds and squirrels. I will definitely consider returning.

Highly recommended for kids families. We all enjoyed the facilities in this compound, big swimming pools, gym and kids room. Central festival is 5 mins walk distance. Not close to old city but easy to get around to everywhere with a car: )

One of the few remaining real AirBnBs. Nice little room and the common areas to be used in share. Also the pool a few meters outside was very nice, also there was a Sauna. Lovely host with recommendations for the region.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

Lovely house with kind hosts that provided things like tea, coffee, fruits and various snacks. Pool was nice and clean but was a short walk and you needed one of them to let you in. Would stay again!
