Nice house in Chiang Mai city.

Somchat’s house was a great! We felt welcomed and he’s always helpful and very responsive. Walkable to local supermarket and restaurants, 711 right across the street from the community. If you have your own car, it’s convenient to go anywhere since Chiang Mai is small. Easy to call grab if you don’t have your car, cost about 100 baht to Chiang Mai old city. I would highly recommend his place if you have a family or big group. They even scheduled free house cleaning during our one month’s stay.

A Tranquil Oasis in the Heart of Chiang Mai Our family's week at Santitham Pool Villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were transported to our own private paradise. The sprawling layout perfectly accommodated our extended family, with each luxurious bedroom offering a peaceful retreat after days of exploration. The villa's crown jewel is undoubtedly the pool area - we spent countless hours lounging beside the water, mesmerized by the temple views while the children splashed happily. The thoughtful amenities (especially the fully-equipped kitchen) made hosting a spontaneous family dinner feel effortless. What truly elevated our experience was the location - close enough to enjoy Nimman's vibrant energy and the Old City's cultural treasures, yet tucked away in a serene pocket of Santitham. fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

This property was exactly what our group needed. The location is unbeatable with walkability to old town and easily accessible for Grab pick ups.

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Very warm-hearted! Chinese speaking, easy going. Super calming rice fields right in front of balcony. Breakfast was our real surprise. Highly recommended for those who wish to stay for a real retreat.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

Truly one of the very best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in! Our four days here in this gorgeous, spacious Villa were heavenly! The host was exceptionally helpful, friendly and proactive - thinking ahead to recommend activities and attractions and offering useful advice to get around Chiang Mai. The Villa itself was well stocked with snacks and drinks and the breakfast offered each morning was scrumptious and substantial! Rooms and beds were extremely clean and comfortable. We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this pool villa! It has 5 spacious bedrooms, perfect for accommodating a big group. The private swimming pool is great for relaxing, and there's even a snooker table and card games to keep everyone entertained. This villa is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a fun and comfortable getaway. We loved our stay at Kat’s place. We felt at home. We have everything we needed. We were a big group and Kat was able to accommodate us. The pool was a plus. Close to good restaurants and very nice coffee shops. Kat was very helpful and always responsive to all our requests. The house was impeccable and Mr. Pan was amazing. Him and his team prepared a delightful Thai dinner that was delicious. I will definitely recommend Kats place

Wir waren begeistert. Alles hat gepasst in der Unterkunft . Unsere Gastgeberin hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und uns ein sehr gutes Restaurant empfohlen ganz in der Nähe von Haus das ist spitze. Auch bei Fragen zum mieten eines Autos hat sie Unterstützung gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Gastgeberin und das Haus jedem empfehlen der nach Chang Mai reist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können nur sagen danke für unser erstes Mal in Chang Mai.
