San Sebastián de los Reyes : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Mar estuvo pendiente de todo en todo momento, muy amable, aunque llegamos más tarde de lo planeado no nos puso ningún problema ¡gracias! La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos, zona muy tranquila y a 5 minutos del pueblo. Si buscas un sitio tranquilo para desconectar y estar en la naturaleza sin duda es ideal. El único "pero" es que la valla de la finca necesita arreglos y no pudimos tener sueltos a los perros sin estar pendientes de ellos, pero tampoco acompañaba el tiempo para que estuvieran fuera de casa. La casa es muy bonica, las camas muy cómodas y todo muy nuevo y cuidado. Los alrededores son realmente increíbles, es una finca espectacular. Lo único “malo” es el acceso, ya que es por un camino largo con muchísimos baches que si llevas un coche bajito puede dar, nosotros llegamos de noche y no hay iluminación, hay que tener especial precaución. Por lo demás todo muy bien, para repetir y recomendar.

Logement à proximité d’une station de métro et à 20 minutes du centre de Madrid. Logement situé dans un quartier calme et avec un petit centre commercial et des restaurants à proximité. Également un parc idéal pour les familles et enfants. Logement assez spacieux et agréable avec le patio. Seul problématique pas de parking gratuit si vous êtes en voiture. Je recommande fortement ce logement et Juan qui est un hôte très réactif et avec de précieux conseils.

Great private home in Madrid, perfect walking distance to many local eateries and markets. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs!

Joanna is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. She provided the perfect home away from home for our time in Madrid. Not only is it located is an absolute picturesque and walkable neighborhood, allowing us to experience the city as locals…her balcony served as the a stunning location for our first look wedding photos. 10/10

El apartamento nos resultó muy práctico, llegamos con facilidad y pudimos guardar el coche toda la estancia ya que la comunicación con el centro es buenísima con el metro. Todo estaba correcto, limpio y preparado para usar, con mucho menaje en la cocina. Ambiente agradable gracias a la calefacción que funcionaba perfectamente. No lo usamos por el clima pero vimos que tenia también aire acondicionado en los dos pisos. Tiene una terraza que hubiera sido genial pero el tiempo no nos acompañó y la lluvia nos impidió usarla. Considero importante destacar que las ventanas no tienen persiana todas con lo cual entra luz al amanecer. Esto según gusto puede ser un punto a favor o en contra pero creo que es importante saberlo.

Maria and Jesus were so friendly and helpful. Their place is lovely. Clean. Central. I would really recommend it.

The apartment was beautiful and with an amazing location close to nice restaurants, Puertas de Alcalá and Parque de el Retiro. My family and I had a great experience with the apartment which was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious for families. It was our first time in Madrid and we couldn’t have chosen a better location and apartment. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family. Thank you Azu & Dani for hosting us. We have had the most wonderful stay here. The apartment is beautiful, exactly as described, immaculately presented and perfectly equipped with everything you need. The apartment comes with a designated parking bay and is only a couple of hundred metres from the metro and supermarket. It really makes a perfect base for exploring the city and for relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The terraces are wonderful and I cannot recommend enough the view of sunrise from the roof terrace. The local area is lovely, packed with small shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. The hosts are exceptional. Communication is excellent. Check in instructions are very clear, complete with both written and video instructions, which I appreciated massively. I simply cannot fault our experience.

Very good value for money, with a good view and a nice overall atmosphere. The full-size kitchen was a great bonus, making the stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful place to explore the region. We were even able to go for a trail run straight from the apartment up to El Yelmo. Would repeat!

Apartamento muy acogedor, tiene una cocina equipada, había cubitos de hielo en el congelador , cosa que nos fue genial , ya que , así podíamos disfrutar de la bebida que llevábamos. Las habitaciones están muy bien y todo muy limpio. El baño es pequeñito pero muy funcional, tiene hasta secador. Las toallas estaban impecables y tiene una terracita ideal para salir a tomar el café por la mañana… ha nosotros nos ha parecido genia!!! Alejandro es un buen anfitrión, en todo momento ha respondido a mis dudas y necesidades casi al instante!!!! Lo recomiendo 100%. Sin duda repetiremos la próxima vez.

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Good, modern appartment. Two smaller bedroom in first (entrance) floor, and another study + suite in lower floor. Lovely view to park. Big windows in living-room provide a spacious feeling. Kitchen fully equipped, as is all else. There is an appartment above, which does allow resonance when excessive movements/steps above. All is all, this appartment is an excellent choice when seeking a stay in Majadahonda or near Madrid (15 minutes away).

Muy conveniente para una familia con 3 niños que se va a estar moviendo en coche por Madrid y alrededores de la zona norte. Perfectamente equipado. Comunicación muy buena.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.
