We had an amazing stay in Madrid. The apartment was just as expected and Andre was a great host. The area was close to the city and everything was within walking distance.

The place was great, super clean and beautiful. The check in check out process was easy. The flat is very well maintained and the furnitures in a very good state, beds are comfy. The host is super friendly and helped us with recommendations. The flat is close to the village and ski slopes. Great place to stay

Siamo stati veramente bene, l'alloggio è nuovo, arredato con molto gusto ed attenzione ai dettagli. Tutto è funzionato bene, il signor Santiago è stato molto disponibile e proattivo. La zona deliziosa, molto silenziosa, pulita, residenziale, con la comodità di servizi commerciali sia di piccola che media distribuzione e trasporti vicinissimi. Tutto comodo e molto ben collegato anche con Madrid. Una caratteristica in più legata a rendere anche poetico il nostro soggiorno è stata la presenza di centinaia di cicogne sui tetti di tutte le case intorno. Se torneremo in futuro speriamo proprio di trovare ancora libero questo alloggio.

Todo bien, apartamento pequeño pero acogedor. Puede mejorar la limpieza. La zona muy tranquila, hay muchas tiendas y sitios para comer, el acceso es muy fácil y cerca como de centro igual del aeropuerto.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

Very clean spacious house, plus Roberto was very responsive the whole time we asked hime for anything.

第一次体验当地的居民区，虽然是第一次到访马德里，但是住在一个local的区域也是一种别样的体验，能够明显的感觉到这个区域是比较干净，安全，相对中产以上的区域，与市区某些地区的脏乱差真的形成鲜明的对比，工业风的设计真的让人眼前一亮，同时很多的材料皆为废物利用，可见房东对于可持续环保理念的坚持

We cannot say enough good things about this apartment. It truly felt like home. Our kids loved it. All amenities were there and worked perfectly. Neighbourhood is spot on. We will be back!

Останавливались с мужем в марте на 5 дней и получили огромное удовольствие от размещения в квартире и Мадрида. Квартира обставлена очень стилизованно, много антикварных элементов и очень интересных дизайнерских решений. Вся кухня полностью укомплектована для тех , кто предпочитает готовить дома. Хорошее белье и полотенца. Отличное расположение всего в нескольких метрах от Gran Via и в пешей доступности от многих достопримечательностей

This is a really great apartment in a prime location. It is very comfortable by European standards -- central AC/heat is rare in Madrid, and we loved the heated floors since it was very chilly and rainy when we were there! The location is great, the building is quiet and you can walk to a million places. Having a view of the royal palace was pretty neat. The abundance of streaming options on TV was great for our young kids after a long day of sightseeing, or if it was too rainy to go out. The only issue we had was that the listing said there would be a crib, and it took three nights for us to finally get one (after opening a case with Airbnb). But the issue was resolved and the host kindly refunded us some of our money, so we have no hard feelings and can highly recommend this apartment to families or anyone else.

Nous avions loué le logement d Edouardo pour aller visiter l université européenne de Madrid et visiter Madrid. Je vous conseille cet appartement très pratique et bien situé. Bruno

Espectacular place to stay, close to mercado san Miguel, 7 min walk to puerta de sol and gran estacion, the coffee shop downstairs with churros is delicious, like 20 steps towards puerta del sol on the left i a sushi buffet and is delicious too.. the apartment is super comfortable, clean and with ac and heat system… i will come back and recommend this place ❤️ thank you for everything

The apartment is so lovely, along with the whole building. Our daughter was on crutches and the elevator is new and works perfectly. When looking for places to stay in Madrid, tiny hotel rooms were more per night than this beautiful, 2-bedroom apartment. We enjoyed using the kitchen for a meal in one evening and had everything we needed. There is a market a couple of blocks away. Igor is a great communicator and a very nice person. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Martin et Zoltan très agréable car ce logement est situé dans un quartier calme mais très proche de la vieille ville et de ses monuments. L appartement est propre et bien équipé. Zoltan nous a très bien accueilli et les conditions d arrivée et de départ se sont très bien déroulées grâce à une très bonne réactivité et une compréhension bienveillante de tous nos besoins. Merci pour tout!

Todo estuvo perfecto, desde la ubicación cerca al aeropuerto, y el metro para ir a varios lugares y sobre todo la atención brindada por Juan, regresaríamos nuevamente.
