He perfectly described the house. It was a peaceful and safe neighborhood but it was only a short walk to the beach or to nearby restaurants. All of his instructions were straightforward and he was very proactive in giving answers to questions. Would definitely stay here again

Everything great, we like the place very much, it’s a home. It’s near our activities. With slightly better sheets it would be perfect for our team. It’s still great and we love it.

House was excellently maintained and staff were excellent. Rosa learned that our group liked spicy food and cooked accordingly. Carlos and Albina were phenomenal. Beautiful views and not far from Zona Romantica ($30 peso or $1.5 USD Uber ride).

Jonathan's home is stunning. The copious amount of windows, gorgeous decor, and beautiful vistas were such a pleasure to wake up to and come home to after a day exploring the city or the beach. The charming cobblestone streets leading up the hill are very walkable and close enough to the city to feel like you're within easy access, yet not in the fray of it all. The stroll through the park of Isla Cuale day or night on the way home was such a nice way to decompress from the busy city streets before reaching Jonathan's oasis. The rooftop deck/palapa/dipping pool is life with incredible views and lovely breezes. I miss this place already and have been daydreaming about it since we left. Maria (the daily housekeeper) is delightful without being intrusive. Susan & Victor (property managers) were helpful when needed and silent when not. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are on different levels, creating a sense of privacy for both sets of couples. The master bath shower is semi open-air (but private) and I miss it deeply. Can't say enough good things about this place. We'd definitely stay again on our next trip.

We had a lovely time staying in Maria’s beautiful and comfortable home. The house and the surroundings were amazing!!! The house felt so comfortable and inviting, we felt great spending time there. We even got to spend some time with Maria which added so much to our trip to Mascota, we had a lovely time hearing about the area from Maria. We spent 3 nights and mornings taking in the breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous sunrises from the back porch. We feel very fortunate to have been able to enjoy Mascota from the comfort of this beautifully crafted home! The dogs also added to our trip, we enjoyed their company while we strolled around the rangelands around the property. We highly recommend staying at Maria’s, and we would definitely come back for a longer visit some day! Thank you for everything Maria!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our week was at Marg’s casa! Our family of 6 plus our 2 yr old granddaughter stayed for 7 nights and it was perfect. Not only was she extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and with all questions prior to arrival, our accommodations exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our stay was Carmen and Fidel. Fidel greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the home and how to operate things like air conditioner, tv, pool lights, etc. we had Carmen prepared breakfast and most dinners and these meals were by far some of the best meals we’ve had! She is an amazing cook and our family loved everything she prepared! The ceviche, guacamole, fresh fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, freshly squeezed orange juice, French toast, eggs, and literally everything was a 15 out of 10! It was an absolute pleasure to have her around! The property was beautiful and all rooms very clean. I wouldn’t change a thing and looking forward to going back!

En general mi estadía estuvo agradable, se disfruta la vista y la ubicación, la casa en general es muy bonita, recomiendo ampliamente para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Por su ubicación es facial salir a comprar víveres y u otras cosas necesarias.

This place is fantastic! The location is very close to the airport, though we didn't hear a lot of airport noise. (Probably from the new windows and good construction.) It also felt very safe. The location couldn't be better--it was a corner unit, overlooking the pool on one side and a large green space on the other side, leading to not much noise. We could walk to a nearby large grocery store to get everything we needed, plus there are great restaurants about 10 minutes walk in the Marina Vallarta area. And the pool was AMAZING! There's even a snack bar open from 11 am - 6 pm that takes credit cards. You could literally spend all day at the pool relaxing. Great for a small family, like ours, or a couples retreat. The area is also very LGBTQ+ friendly. We did have some trouble getting in, and had to wait for a while because the keypad door lock wasn't working and there weren't any keys available, but Fabian was friendly about it, and apologetic. We hope to be back!

The hose Gamaliel , very friendly and very helpful. Anything that I needed it she was there answering questions plus excellent service from him, I was very impressed with the detail on the apartment excellent view and super peaceful time I spend best of all all the restaurants are near the apartment of walking distance close to the beach and lot activities to do I highly recommend staying in these beautiful place

Charming place! The place is near the puerto (ideal if you have planned excursions) and a short walk to the beach. Suzanne was very accommodating and responsive; she had the best recommendations! Would stay here again.

This place is perfect if you want to get a feel for life in San Pancho. It’s tastefully decorated in local art and crafts, and close to great restaurants, shops and the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with some extras like oil, coffee and spices. There are several areas to sit and relax, from a comfortable hammock over looking the street to a day bed. Alonso was a great host in that he provided information on the Tuesday market and surf spots we could drive to. He was kind enough to let us store our rented surf boards next door at his relatives’ home so we didn’t have to carry them upstairs. He is quick to respond to any questions we had. We were even treated to a housekeeper mid way through our week stay and provided with new beach towels and linens. Highly recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back. Much gracias!

The unit was perfect for a couple, everything was described precisely. Just a worry is the TV making me anxious that it might fall off, probably worth replacing the mounting. But, everything was good! Thank you to the hosts, Irina and Alejandro, for accommodating our inquiries and requests.

We absolutely love staying in this building - the location near the gay beach, views / pool deck area, and building staff are unbeatable in Puerto Vallarta! This was our first time in this particular unit. The apartment could use a couple minor cosmetic updates, but more than met our needs. The bed was comfortable and it’s a very quiet and safe building. Would definitely recommend this interior unit for all the amenities upstairs like the pool and views. *If a safe is super important to you know that the safe provided in this unit is not secured to anything (easily picked up).

I have nothing but Great things to say about Alexander and the location and his property!!! Alexander was very responsive with any questions we had in a timely manner! With great answers if you’re looking for a beautiful vacation spot in puerto Vallarta look no further this is the place beautiful views, tons of dining and stores within walking distance! I highly recommend working with Alexander for your next stay in puerto Vallarta, I Definitely will again !

This place is fantastic. It was perfect for a college group's 50th birthday trip, as we each had private suites and private bathrooms. Josephina and Dellia are wondeful and attentive with cleaning and cooking fabulous brunches each day. Having them help with airport transportation ensured we went there without any issues, and we kept our driver for the entire trip. Each suite is well furnished with unique original artwork. This place is a classic, old-world, charming place in Mexico. All the rooms and bathrooms are somehow open to the outside. It was perfect weather in January, and we didn't need our fans. On the weekends, there is a bit of noise from the streets below, but the river next to the complex is a lovely sound. We enjoyed the wildlife that wandered through the place. The pool was clean and wonderful. Walkable to markets and restaurants- great location! Beats any 5-star resort because you have the entire place to yourself.

Exquisita! Having the opportunity to spend a memorable time with your family is always a dream come true. Staying at Shangri-La at the same time is beyond belief. The villa presented elegance and luxury at its best…shear perfection. The view, magnificent. The staff was meticulous, attentive and accommodating. Every attention to detail was splendidly choreographed. This demands a repeat.

This property is a hidden gem that checks all the boxes. Stunning views, comfortable common areas for relaxing in the shade or the sun, expansive heated pool, thoughtfully laid out bedrooms each with their own unique theme and attention to detail right down to cozy duvets and quality linens, and the kitchen...solidly equipped to prepare anything you desire; and, if you must work, there is a reliable, fast internet connection. Pati's house manager Pelon and housekeeper Sonia are consummate professionals. We couldn't have asked for a more responsive, delightful team. It is evident that they love the home and are committed to maintaining it. As another reviewer stated, pictures can't convey the beauty of this home. After 10 years of renting various homes of similar size and amenity in San Pancho, we rate this one the best and consider ourselves very lucky to have experienced this special property. We will be back :)

This place is indescribable. My grandmother took her granddaughters on a trip and this was a perfect spot to be. We loved it so much we didn’t leave much to go out! The pool, beach, and paddle boarding kept us occupied and relaxed 😎 The experience we had will be with us forever. The kindness staff Nacho & Rosa-Outstanding service, amazing food, drinks, and services they both offered us. The view is spectacular- we saw whales all throughout the day!
