We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very well appointed, clean, and had all we needed. Really appreciated the cooling fan that was in the bedroom and the nice bed. It is as listed, so a good place to stay!! I will say, be very aware that it is a SHARED YARD, and that everything people do in either yard can be seen, heard and smelled by both parties in the two rental homes on the one lot. It is a very nice yard though.

Grant's place was great for a long stay. It was very clean! He was quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay due to delays on a house we were buying. We stayed there through June and A/C worked very well for Phoenix in the summer!

Clean comfortable place to stay. Convenient location. Maria is a great host.

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

We can't say enough nice things about this home! It's been completely remodeled. very welcoming and open floor plan. We stayed for a full month. The kitchen was set up great for cooking. Grocery store was only a few miles away. Our pups absolutely loved the fully fenced (huge) back yard. We would love to stay here again!

On a dead end street, quiet, easy parking, lots of helpful touches, secure, very comfortable

My family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The place was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi and the several games/activities at the house. There were plenty of small extras not advertised which made us feel like we were at our own house. Small parks within walking distance. Next time I’m headed to Phoenix, I’ll check this place for availability before looking anywhere else.

Communicative and friendly hosts! The house had plenty of notes throughout for quick understanding and use of various functions. Check out instructions were easy. We enjoyed the place so much we were happy to miss about half of the music festival we came to see. Thanks Calin

Wonderful stay, exactly as described and pictured. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was great. The location is perfect for going to Old Town and Acadia. Would absolute recommend for groups and would definitely stay here again. Katie was very responsive and had a lot of local recommendations.

The best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We spent a month vacationing and working remotely at Kate's place. It was the perfect setup and location. We met some of the neighbors and everyone was so friendly. Kate was very responsive and proactive with communication. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness stands out throughout the home. It's clear the hosts understand what it takes for a stress free, enjoyable stay! We appreciated the accommodations for our dogs too. It's rare to stay in a place that allows dogs and have it be as clean as Kate's. It was spotless and you wouldn't know that other dogs have been there. We highly recommend Kate's place and we can't wait to go back.

great house in a beautiful location. Amanda was awesome, even when I asked her questions because I hadn't bothered to read the info she'd already sent me (I can be a fool at times). We loved the place so much we extended our stay several days, and doing so was easy.

We absolutely loved our stay this past week! The pictures do not do the home justice. It’s even better in person. We felt right at home. Loved the pool (we did not heat it, it was a little chilly but once in with the Arizona heat it was fine). The backyard was spacious, beautiful and we spent most of our time out there. The outdoor fire table was perfect in the evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked. Unfortunately, previous guests had taken some items or misplaced them (lighter and Bluetooth speaker), but the host promptly replaced these items when we let them know they were missing. The use of the garage for parking was very helpful also! The Hwy noise was hardly noticeable. It felt more like white noise and did not bother us at all. We didn’t hear it at all inside the house. We would happily stay again. Very beautiful and amazing hosts!!!

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Great for family and pets. Everything was neat and clean. Great backyard for dogs.

We stayed at Justin and Carissa’s home for 4 1/2 days while visiting family. It was the perfect home away from home! Justin and Carissa were easy to communicate with and Justin even brought over some fresh eggs. We lost power due to high winds and rain and Justin stayed in contact and was ready to bring over a generator if needed. My dogs and I loved the fenced yard! We would definitely stay here again if in the area

This cozy little casita was perfect for our stay. Close to our relatives and easy to get around to anything you might need. The little fountain and pond nearby are lovely and walkable trails are great. Peggy and Phil are so kind and respond very quickly. They are willing to help with anything a guest might need. We loved the mattress so much and haven’t slept so well in ages. Thanks for a great stay…we will definitely be back! ❤️❤️

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.
