San Vincenzo : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa. La sistemazione era perfetta: pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione era tranquilla ma comunque ben collegata con i principali punti di interesse della città. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e cortese, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e rendendosi sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L'accoglienza è stata calda e professionale, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque stia cercando un posto confortevole. Se torneremo in futuro, non esiteremo a prenotare di nuovo! Grazie

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans l'appartement d'Alessandro, ce fut des vacances magnifiques, le village est très typique et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Alessandro nous a donné toutes les informations ainsi que les bonnes adresses, il y a 3 restaurant dans le village qui sont très bons . l'appartement est très bien situé dans le village ( à 30 secondes pour le café du matin ainsi que la boulangerie) cuisine , chambres, salle de bain propre et spacieuse. à 20 minutes des plages turquoise nous y retournerons sûrement une prochaine fois, Et petite cerise sur le gâteau , le dernier jour nous avons assisté à un petit concert sur la place du village ou Alessandro était à la guitar ;) je recommande les yeux fermés.

Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

Hvis du ønsker en autentisk, Toscansk ferieopplevelse er dette stedet å dra til! Vakker og unik beliggenhet i frodige omgivelser. Kanskje Toscanas vakreste hage, pittoresk med sitrontrær og krydderurter. Flott kjøkken med alle fasiliteter. Spiseplasser både inne og ute og mulighet for å grille på utekjøkken. Plass til mange gjester. Fredfullt og sentralt beliggende til mange severdigheter i Toscana. Nabobyen Lari er også verdt et besøk, hvor du blant annet finner Italias eldste pastafabrikk Martelli, verdens beste pistasjeis, nydelige små restauranter, lokal slakter, og utsikt over frodige olivenlunder. Vi var fire voksne og to ungdommer som alle hadde en fantastisk opplevelse. Vi anbefaler ‘Casa del Priore’ på det varmeste!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

This space is so unique. The host was so helpful and communicative. We loved the area. You are a short pleasant walk to all the sights, but outside the crowds. Being on the river is beautiful and the neighborhood had great restaurants. The beds were so comfortable. Waking up with big sunlit windows full of green trees was fantastic. We can't wait to return.

Impressive place and view. The property is clean, well maintained and the friendly host available at anytime. We have spent 5 days enjoying the property which is located at the mid point of Pisa/Livorno and Florence. We took the opportunity to visit the three cities.

Fantastische Lage, die Dachterasse mit 360°-Panorama-Blick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen liebevollen Details dekoriert und wirklich etwas Besonderes (allerdings nichts für Menschen, die mit Treppen nicht zurecht kommen). Im obersten Stock kann man sowohl draußen als auch drinnen sitzen und hat einen phänomenalen Rundumblick über Florenz. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Küchenschränke könnten mal wieder geleert werden, da haben die Vorbesucher ein paar Reste hinterlassen. Ansonsten aber wirklich eine Superwahl, Federico kümmert sich fantastisch, antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel.

Le Cinciole is the PERFECT place to stay in Tuscany! Valeria made the stay even more memorable with her happy and helpful personality - and the free bottle of wine from their vineyard was a great way to start. Panzano and the surrounding area has everything you need from great restaurants, grocery store, and wineries. Although you only have to walk 10m from the accomodation to Le Cinciole’s own wine tasting and winery tour which was the best in the region. Alessandro gave a very detailed and homely tour of the vineyard, and through the picking and winemaking process since we stayed in picking season. The house and surrounds are beautiful and the perfect size for a small group (we had 4) with the rooms and common area being nice and spacious. I could not speak more highly of Valeria herself, she made sure we were settled and gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations and even offered to book for us. She is responsive, incredibly friendly and exactly what you want in a host

très bon accueil de Gianni et de Franca qui étaient très sympas et disponibles pour répondre à nos besoins. La maison est totalement au calme, spacieuse et propre et bien située pour voir la région. Elle est partagée en appartement et les espaces extérieurs sont organisés en fonction, mais nous étions les seuls alors nous avions tout l'espace, ce qui était très agréable !

The host was extremely helpful and very friendly and very wonderful. The apartment is perfect comfortable and in a lovely area I would recommend the host and the apartment to all looking for a good Florence experience. I’m looking forward to returning.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppen von 4 Paaren und drei Kleinkindern unterwegs. Und hat die Unterkunft super gefallen. Jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer und alles war super sauber. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Es gab einen Tennisplatz, einen Fußballplatz, Kicker, Volleyball und einen tollen Kinderspielplatz. Besser ausgestattet kann die Anlage nicht sein. Zudem ist die Lage der Unterkunft perfekt um die Toskana zu erkunden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden sofort wiederkommen.

A superb base for group taking part in UTMB Chianti race weekend (around 20 mins drive). The estate’s red wine was particularly tasty way of celebrating. Love to return when warmer to relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views.

What an amazing getaway from the busy parts of Italy! This villa is more than you can imagine, with a beautiful view, phenomenal pool, big kitchen, and many private rooms. The lovely smells from the garden, particularly the rosemary, added a great touch!

Photos qui correspondent entièrement a la description. La vue est a couper le souffle, la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue, le coin terrasse pour manger est très bien, surtout avec la vue sur la campagne toscane. L'intérieur du logement est vieillot mais correct. C'est paisible, on entend très peu de bruits. En quelques minutes à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville. Pour les propriétaires de chiens comme nous , il faut plutôt avoir un chien non fugueur et le surveiller un minimum. En effet, même un gros chien peut passer a travers la cloture présente. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé, a part 2 chemins qui donnent accès aux vignes, pas de route à ce niveau. Ces 2 chemins se trouvent vers l'arrière de la maison, il est donc possible de faire comprendre a son chien de rester plutôt sur l'avant, où il y a déjà pas mal d'espace. Concernant l'hôte, Franco est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et très accueillant.

Merci !! Nous avons bien profité de nos vacances entre copines à 9 ! Un peu d’humidité du fait du temps, mais l’endroit est idéal en été et réconfortant au coin du feu quand le beau temps n’est pas présent !

La villa è veramente nuova e realizzata con tutti i comfort di cui c’è bisogno per godersi una villa di questo tipo. Poiché pioveva abbiamo usato la mini piscina riscaldata, la sauna e la palestra e l’host ci ha aiutato a trovare uno chef bravissimo che ha cucinato appositamente per noi una cena. Un altro giorno abbiamo fatto una buonissima degustazione di vini e prodotti locali. abbiamo visitato Massa Marittima e mangiato in ottimi ristoranti sempre suggeriti dall’host. Abbiamo passato una bellissima giornata a Siena e tornati abbiamo fatto un bagno turco meraviglioso. Quando poi è tornato il bel tempo abbiamo fatto molti bagni nella grande e panoramicissima piscina. Lo stile della casa è minimal chic in stile Toscano con tutti i comfort di aria condizionata e elettrodomestici. Consigliatissima

Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.
