Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

The photos do not capture beauty and character of this place. Very comfortable and high spec renovation of the historic farmhouse ... spacious, relaxing, huge pool, bedrooms stayed cool even as temperature reached 30+ degrees. Great restaurant just round the corner, and top wineries nearby. Fantastic weekend was had, thank you Maurizio!

Andrew e Albana si completano, ti fanno sentire subito il benvenuto e sanno metterti a tuo agio, persone con tanta esperienza di vita. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i biscotti, il caffè, il latte, tutto il necessario per fare un ottima colazione , compresa una bella bottiglia d'acqua che era fondamentale, sono quei piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Con Andrew potresti stare a parlare per ore senza mai stufarti, Albana invece ci ha dato delle belle dritte, specialmente sul parcheggio di villa Costanza, seguendo i suoi consigli abbiamo risparmiato tempo e fatica, il che non guasta mai. L' appartamento era pulitissimo, ben arredato e tranquillo. Grazie mille un abbraccio.

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

We enjoyed a perfect stay in this perfect place. The house is located in a beautiful Toscan landscape, 20 min drive from Firenze. Surrounded by a splendid garden, the house is very comfortable and welcoming. An ideal place to disconnect and relax. Prior and during our stay. Carlo was very responsive and flexible. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Samodzielny domek, urządzony w stylu toskańskim, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, w kuchni wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, ładne i nowe ,dodatkowo oliwa, ocet, przyprawy. W domku salon z jadalnią, wyjściem na bok do altany, grila, dodatkowy drewniany domek ( z pralką) , kuchnia, dwie sypialnie, dwie ładne łazienki, garderoba. Czyściutko, atmosfera domowa i toskańska. Blisko do basenu położonego nad domkniem. Basen w sumie do samodzielnego korzystania, bo podczas naszej obecności nie korzystali właściciele. Cudowne widoki z basenu, spokój , absolutna prywatność, duży basen , świetny do pływania, domek wspaniałe wpasowany w otoczenie, poziom dachu zrównany ze skarpą pod działką z basenem. Urocze widoki z okien domku altany , basenu- na okoliczne oliwki, wzgórza, z daleka na Florencję. Spokój i prywatność, domek na końcu krótkiej prywatnej drogi, w zależności od pogody niekiedy dobiegają cichutkie pomruki z autostrady, przejazdy samochodów dojeżdżających do posesji, rżenie koni. Sielkość.

We received very warm welcome and enjoyed very much Frederica's house, pool, pasta and last but not least Siena , San Galgano and San Gusmo' very much. The place is perfect and I don't remember other spaces from airbnb which can compete with this one. I hope we will be able to come again some time soon.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Host und seine Co -Hosts waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren Mitte Oktober hier und es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Soggiornare nell'appartamento di Samuele è stata un'esperienza stupenda. Non solo la casa in sé è molto spaziosa, con ampio soggiorno, balcone, due bagni e due docce, ma anche il residence in cui si trova è di facile accesso, con diversi parcheggi e silenzioso (stupenda la piscina!). Ideale per fare una vacanza all'Isola d'Elba e sentirsi a casa. La comunicazione con Samuele è stata sempre molto veloce e chiara. In un mese di soggiorno non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema. Se torneremo all'Isola d'Elba questo appartamento sarà sicuramente la prima scelta per noi!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Francesco a été très accueillant et en plus, le site est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine avec la vue sur les montagnes est vraiment superbe ! Un bel endroit pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. La route pour s'y rendre est un peu longue et très tortueuse, mais c'est souvent le cas en Toscane...

The Stone House was gorgeous - beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with amazing views. It was private yet easy to get to many amenities/tuscany towns/wineries nearby. Emanuela and Giovanni were very responsive to our questions and requests. We requested for help to buy a bouquet of flowers to surprise our friend for her birthday on the day we arrive - not only did they take the time to help us buy it, they refused to let us pay for it! it was too cold for us to use the pool but I can imagine how wonderful it would have been if we could have used it. all in all, it was a great place to enjoy a dreamy tuscan holiday.

Virkelig smukt sted og smukke omgivelser. Al kommunikation gik nemt og godt. Meget klare instruktioner og beskrivelser sf faciliteter. Værten kontakter dig et par dsge før ankomst, og indtjekning gik super nemt.

"The Nest" in der Localitá Torri ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Hochwertig, absolut komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Penibel sauber. Es hat an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. In der Wohnung steckt viel Herzblut. Das passt zum Eigentümer, der selbst den Check-In und Check-Out gemacht hat. Ein so angenehmer, netter Mensch. Für Ausflüge ins bekannte Umfeld mit San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florenz usw. ein idealer Startpunkt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

We hebben hier een erg leuke tijd gehad! De Airbnb is een apart gedeelte van een mooi huis op een heuvel, het is ruim opgezet en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je kan leuk buiten zitten en er is een mooi zwembad. De hosts waren erg aardig en altijd bereikbaar voor hulp/tips. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan!

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Herbsttage bei Francesca verbracht. Er ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist traumhaft und ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und Francesca war stets kurzfristig zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Giovanna was such a wonderful host. It felt like a home away from home, with special touches added such as some food and wine in the apartment on arrival, and even a farewell drink before we left. The cottage is in breathtaking surroundings and in a perfect location to get around and explore different parts of Tuscany (with a car). I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area ! We hope we can go back again one day!! Thank you Giovanna and Luigi !!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Es sollte lediglich gesagt werden, dass die Unterkunft nicht im Haus am Pool sondern ca. 50 m entfernt liegt und die Gastgeber im gleichen Haus wohnen. Wir hatten eine wundervoll entspannte Woche und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen können.
