erkek arkadaşımla birlikte iki hafta kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık bir sorun olduğunda hızlıca dönüş yapıldı ev de çok fazla imkan vardı özellikle mutfakta kesinlikle tavsiye ederim😀👍🏻

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ideal und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reibungslose Kommunikation und ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sinem was an incredible host during our stay! She was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated our requests in the most hospitable way. The apartment was incredibly clean and well taken care of — it is a beautifully decorated, gorgeous place to stay while also being located very centrally in Istanbul!

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hallo , wie schon auch beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage , Metro und Minibusse sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Bayram ist sehr hilfsbereit ist immer erreichbar wenn man fragen hat. Nur der einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung im 5 Stock ist. Und das Haus kein Auszug besitzt. Aber sonst eine Top Unterkunft.

Serkan Bey’e çok teşekkür ederiz her konuda hem hızlı hem de dost canlısı çok ilgiliydi kendimizi evimizde hissettik bir sonraki İstanbul ziyaretimizde hiç düşünmeden konaklayabileceğimiz bir evimiz oldu Semt olarak da harika bir yer.

Mekan anlatıldığı gibiydi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı. Kaldığımız odada televizyon kumandasında problem vardı hızlıca sorunu hallettiler. Saç kurutma makinesi yoktu bunun sebebi de sürekli çalınmasıymış. Anlaşılabilir bir eksiklik bu bence. Onun dışında her şey iyiydi. Salon konforunu ve tasarımını sevdim. Sıcak bir ortam yaratıyor. Kesinlikle memnun kaldım.

Esnek giriş çıkış saatleri konusunda çok yardımcı oldu. Evin konumu da güzeldi

Everything about this place was amazing starting with Deniz, she was so helpful and caring even offered me food when I came in late at night from my flight. The location is very good just a 7-8 min walk from a metro station and is perfect if you land in SAW Airport. The place is big and spacious and everything went great. Will definitely be back and suggest this place to everyone!

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

İbrahim bey çok dost canlısı ve hemen her sorununuzla sizinle en hızlı şekilde ilgilenen bir insan. Bütün isteklerimiz ile en hızlı şekilde ilgilendi, her şey fotoğraflarda ve açıklamalarda bahsedilen gibi. Temizlik kusursuzdu, ev ile ilgili hiç acaba gibi bir düşünceniz olmasın çünkü ev sahibi hemen her konuda sizinle ilgileniyor, bütün isteklerinizi eksiksiz yerine getiriyor. Ulaşım her yere çok kolay, İstanbul’un en iyi yerlerine mesafeler çok kısa, hemen yan tarafta ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz bir bakkal da bulunuyor. Çevre sakin, ayrıca ev müstakil olduğu için son derece mahremiyet sağlanabiliyor. Hiç tereddüt etmeden, boşluk bulursanız kiralamanızı tavsiye ederim. Biz defaatle sadece artık kendisinden daire kiralıyoruz ve sağ olsun her seferinde çok yardımcı oluyor.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The host was very accommodating and kindly allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel schedule much more convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and kid-friendly, with a baby cot provided, which was a huge plus for our family. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the heaters worked very well throughout the apartment, keeping us warm during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances, pots, and pans we needed to prepare meals, and we appreciated being able to heat up food and do laundry during our trip. The location is also excellent—just a short walk to the Yusufpaşa tram station, and there are plenty of convenient shops and stores nearby. The building has an elevator, which made it easy to move around, especially with kids and luggage.

Beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean. It smelled of wonderful perfume. All the furniture is new. It was very nice to receive a welcome basket. There was always hot water. Very comfortable bed. There is a washing machine with a dryer - very quiet. An amazing owner who answered all the questions. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was very kind, and she also sent detailed instructions with photos and videos. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment when I'm in Istanbul again! Thank you very much, Berrak!

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
