Marte's family house is a great place to spend the weekend and or any type of holiday. the house is spacious, and well ventilated, lots of light, the house is not too big, but perfect for 10-12 people. the pool is a great plus, to relax and to cool off. i really recommend this place for family and or friends. recommend, and 5 stars!

Mi estancia en esta casa fue excepcional. La ubicación es perfecta, cercana a todas las atracciones principales pero en un vecindario tranquilo que garantiza descanso. La limpieza estaba impecable, lo cual hizo que me sintiera cómodo desde el primer momento. Además, la casa es muy cómoda y está equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de alojamiento de primera clase

Excelente estadía, la casa súper amplia y tal como en las fotos, fred un 10/10. Lo único que es recomendable es que leas en pdf que él te envía para que no te lleves sorpresas. Pero definitivamente es una estadía 5 estrellas

The Villa is BEAUTIFUL just like the photos but even better in person. Richard was great and so was Upu…Upu was excellent. My family and I had a great time, looking forward to returning.

Fuí un fin de semana con mis amigas, la pasamos super bien. La casa es bellísima y es bien privado. Super cerca de los restaurantes y la zona de playas. Jennifer fue super atenta y flexible. Y la verdad es que nos trataron super bien. Espero volver pronto

Alles war super,von der Villa bis zur Lage.Sehr nahe zum Strand.3Minuten zu Fuss bis Playa Bonita.Die Villa ist sehr schön und gross. Sehr netter Gastgeber.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Belle maison neuve bien équipée, piscine privée très agréable. Les matelas sont confortables avec de la bonne literie, beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres. Katrin est une hôte extraordinaire, très impliquée avec un grand désir d’aider. Elle a su répondre à toute nos questions et de façon hyper rapide, merci beaucoup. La maison est en campagne mais a seulement quelques minutes de la ville et ses belles plages. Ont attend souvent des chiens japper car en République dominicaine il à une surpopulation canine, mais pas assez pour ne pas avoir appréciée notre voyage.

Perla was an amazing host!!! Could give her more than 5 stars. Aside from helping us out to navigate the area, she also helped us find activities, assist with set ups such as the romantic beach dinner, room decorating she was amazing. Anytime there was a question or some type of assistance needed she was always there to assist. The villa looks as beautiful as the photos!!! It was super peaceful, so private, so welcoming and clean. I would definitely come back and for sure recommend it to others I know !

El espacio de Don es perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar con familia y amigos, se mostraron muy hospitalarios desde que hice la reserva y durante nuestra estadia. fuimos un grupo de amigos con una bebe y nos pusieron la cuna y una sillita de comer. La unica dificultad que vimos es que es necesario tener un vehiculo 4x4 para subir, sino lo tienes no te preocupes amablemente te ayudan a subir todo y tu carro se queda seguro estacionado abajo. Sin dudas nos quedamos con la ilusion de regresar.

Jennifer's place is beautifully designed and cozy at the same time. We felt right at home and loved sitting outside by the pool, listening to nature sounds. Dora prepared delicious meals and was wonderful to be around. As a host, Jennifer is very responsive and gave us a lot of local tips. Would definitely stay here again should I visit El Limon again!

This is my second stay at Mirazul. absolutely wonderful stay with a stunning panoramic view of Las Terranas. The accommodations with Gesner was top notch. This stay is definitely one of my top 5 places. Thanks again Joseph and Gesner you guys were awesome.

Vi havde et super godt ophold i Las terrenas. Huset var helt perfekt i gå afstand til byens hyggelige caféer og restauranter. Man fik fornemmelsen af at bo helt isoleret, selvom man havde naboer. Der var nogle katte og hunde på kompleksets område, men de kom ikke til huset og generede overhovedet ikke. Poolen var også rigtig dejlig.

Rick is excellent host, taking care of his hosts. Very responsive and kind. We had Little issue with air conditionned and we had his man to repair it very quickly. The place is very nice, in a very peaceful area close to everything in LT and I can say it as we be been in a few places around already ! We’ll be back !

un lugar magnífico para pasar dias en familia. todo muy correcto, si puedo aportar algo constructivo seria renovar jn poco el material de cocina como ollas y sartenes, batidora . por lo general estupendo toda la estancia. ubicación excelente, jardin maravilloso con una bonita piscina.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique la maison a énormément de charme elle est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Sa localisation a 15min du centre de Las terrenas était parfaite et on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la péninsule qui est juste incroyable. Concernant l’accès à la maison il est vivement recommandé de prendre un 4x4 et ce même pour se déplacer dans la région afin d’être plus confortable ! Rien à redire le logement était parfait sur tous les points ! Merci au plaisir d’y retourner !!

The place was as described. Through the Electricity Bill was not specified, it was reasonable though. You have to take a picture of the readings when you arrive and before you leave and calculate the amount based on the current rate set by the power company. That's a separate payment, understable but must be specified with an up to date tariff for others who come to know. Other than that, the personnel was top notch. Helpful from beginning to end. I will visit again in the near future.

This was a very last minute booking, I needed space for 11 family members closer to the beach and Monica’s house delivered just what I needed. My family enjoyed the patio space as well as the pool very much. We felt right at home. The house is walking distance from the beach and stores. Short drive to restaurants. Highly recommend this rental unit for large parties. Monica and Aracelis were attentive and responsive to all messages and inquires.

Always perfect. We have stayed at Humberto’s place before and it is always an amazing time. Truly special. One of the things that impresses me the most is over the years the experience is so consistent. The maintenance of the house is excellent. The beach couldn’t be more beautiful. The food is out of this world. The surrounding natural beauty is stunning. If I could give six stars I would.

If you want a place that goes above and beyond your expectations, you go to Olga’s and Elliott’s. If you want people who are extremely easy to communicate with and will do anything within their possibilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible, you go to Olga’s and Elliott’s. Amazing amazing house and experience. Highly highly recommended, you won’t regret it. Thank you so much for all your hospitality and for such an amazing stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hector’s Villa, and I can confidently say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. We had a a change of arrival time which he accommodated in a heartbeat. The space itself was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and fully stocked with everything I could possibly need—extra towels, a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, tucked away in a gated community but still close to all the tourist attractions. There are three restaurants on site with lots of menu choices, basketball, tennis, pool room, kids room, lounge area, bars and an amazing infinity pool overlooking the water. The view from his place is amazing! Communication with Hector was seamless throughout my stay. He was quick to respond and provided fantastic tips for local activities. I will absolutely stay here on my next trip to Samana. 10 out of 10

Incredible place. If you arrive here, you’re lucky. Incredible host, stunning property. The outdoor shower and the hammock on the porch were my favorite part.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place. The walk to the beach is short, with a beautiful boardwalk. Lots of security on the community so we felt really safe. The pool was clean and very spacious.
