This beautiful and spacious home enabled our family to celebrate the Christmas holiday in style. The living room and dining room were beautifully decorated and had plenty of comfy seating for all. The kitchen had 2 separate sinks and a great dishwasher-both pluses. A negative was the stove was designed with only two actual burners but we worked around this. The host let us know on the day of our arrival that 2 of the beds were broken so plans for their use had to be scrapped. The downstairs shower/sauna did not work though we probably didn’t have any great need for it. Overall this house was impressive and met our needs for the 3 days we were there.

Simply the best. Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful setting and home. We loved it. Can't wait to return.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The view was very beautiful! There’s a large beautiful deck with comfortable furniture. The house has a certain ambiance to it, and the history of it must be interesting.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

This is a lovely home, on Clark's Cove peninsula, in "The Whaling City"! All amenities are included, & it's just steps away from the beach & historic Hazelwood Park! Also, the deck faces west, so there are magnificent sunsets every evening! We really enjoyed our stay here, & we're spreading the word amongst family & friends!

My son and I stayed at Eric's for a week to work on music in a private and peaceful venue. The property delivered! We appreciated the relative spaciousness of the interior, the gorgeous view of the ocean and the comfortable accommodations. We would definitely return given an opportunity.

Beautiful home and everything was set up to make sure we had everything we needed. Pool toys, towels and beach chairs. We really loved the outdoor space. Thank you for a great weekend.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and hope to return. It is perfect for our family of ten. Six adults and four children. There is something for everyone. There are outdoor activities and indoor activities. The children's books were upgraded this year and a big hit. The pool is delightful and Tyson was proactive in making sure the temperature was right. The house is clean. It has everything you need with no added clutter. Anne was generous in allowing us to stay a bit later when checking out and we appreciated it.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Erika's East Hampton home was absolutely perfect. She kindly accommodated our same-day reservation for our last-minute anniversary weekend getaway. It was much more space than we needed but honestly, it was reasonably priced for the off-season and had everything we were looking for: a peaceful location, close to amenities, beautiful decor, and a hot tub. The weather was lovely this weekend so we were even able to use the beach pass to sit on the beach and play board games. The space itself was beautiful and cozy, we really felt at home. We're already planning to come back next summer!

This house is exactly as described and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We could tell that Tracy and Patrick have clearly been doing this for a long time because they thought of everything. There were detailed instructions for everything, the kitchen had everything needed for our brunch and late night snacks. Downstairs is perfect to gather together- but everyone had enough space upstairs for privacy. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and to be honest, the only concern was the 10pm noise ordinance. We are 8 professional adults but we love to have fun- and we are all late night people. On our first night we sat outside, used the hot-tub and had cocktails till 12am and there wasn’t a problem at all. I feel that as long as you are respectful and don’t make excessive noise a you should be fine. The worst part of the trip was leaving because we all loved it so much. We all would come back and I would definitely recommend this home to everyone.

We rented this house for our family of 6 to attend a wedding at Ocean House. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect for us. Loved the quiet wooded back yard. Even saw a deer one morning! Would definitely rent again!!

We had an amazing stay at Alissa and Danny’s house! The location is perfect—convenient to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The house is carefully designed with families in mind, especially with kids. It has everything you could possibly need for young children, from toys to safety features, making it so easy to enjoy our time there. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! We stayed for almost two weeks. The property is beautiful and puts you close to town of EH and Montauk. You are half hour or less away from Wolffer, Main Beach, Montauk, great shopping, amazing restaurants etc. We spent a lot of time riding bikes to the beautiful private beach and swimming in the heated pool. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Our girls loved to hang out in the sunroom and play basketball in the backyard. Can’t say enough good things about Ellen and how great of a host she is. Highly Recommend!

I don’t say this often but the house was even more perfect in person. So cute with great amenities. The hosts were amazing. The area has so much to do and all so close ! Can’t say enough good things!

Meg's place felt relaxing and spacious. It is a short walk to a private beach, which we enjoyed even though it's winter. You can see the lighthouse in the distance from the main bedroom upstairs. The beds all have memory foam mattresses so if you like that, it's good to know. I'm not a fan of memory foam but that's a personal preference and nothing against the home at all. The house felt like it had been taken care of and maintained well, with some apparently recent updates to paint and such. We did find the place to be a little dusty, especially the floors, and my husband and I were a bit sneezy due to the dust and/or pet dander present in the home. Easy to find, easy entrance (keypad on door). In a nice quiet area of Point Judith but an easy drive to Narragansett. We recommend On Point pizza for amazing slices (4 minutes' drive from Meg's place), and Celeste for a more upscale dining experience (10 minutes' drive).

My stay at this home was awesome. The pictures were accurate and recent. Everything was spotless. The kitchen is very spacious with soft close cabinets and drawers. The living room furniture is very comfortable and seats several people. Everything was amazing and well organized. I visit CT several times throughout the year so I definitely will book this home again!

We are a group of women who get together for a weekend of food, wine, friendship and laughter in a safe and peaceful location. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Ciara’s home. The kitchen is perfect for our meal preparations, the beds are comfortable, the house is clean, and the location is so peaceful and beautiful. We usually see deer on pathway into the forest and were not disappointed. Ciara is always responsive to our requests and is always helpful. We are planning for our next weekend at this wonderful location. You won’t be disappointed!

Brandon's place was dreamy for our two families with young kiddos -- cozy and quiet winter beach vibes, very atmospheric and peaceful and relaxing. We built a fire in the fireplace, watched movies, enjoyed the sunrise and sunset, and walked along the rocky shore. Would recommend, even in the dead of winter.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

Julia was a wonderful host and her place is charming and new. Very comfortable and peaceful. It's so close to the great Ditch Plains beach but completely private with fantastic trees and views from top floor. Julia was also very helpful and responsive and I highly recommend her place for a great getaway from it all.
