Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Très beau logement , très propre , bonne literie , Domenica super agréable et super réactive pour toutes informations . Les photos ne sont pas représentatives car le logement est beaucoup plus joli en réel que sur les photos . Je conseille vivement 😀

Le logement d'Alessandro est idéalement situé. il est entouré de montagnes, ce qui donne un certain charme. Nous voulions faire des randonnées dans les dolomites et l'emplacement était parfait pour cela. Il y a plusieurs restaurants dans les environs également. Alessandro était très réactif et répondait à toutes nos questions. Je recommande ce logement !

Sigrid hat uns äußerst herzlich empfangen. Sie war stets für uns erreichbar und das Ferienhaus ist wirklich makellos, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wir haben uns gleich pudelwohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nächstes mal würden wir gerne etwas länger bleiben. Das Badezimmer, die gut ausgestattete Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit der bluetooth-Anlage und dem Kamin, der Spielekeller und die schöne Terrasse mit Grill und vorhandener Kohle, waren allesamt Highlights für uns. Ebenso der leckere Kuchen der bei unserer Ankunft auf dem Tisch für uns bereitstand:) Alles in allem würden wir sagen elf von zehn Sternen, wir kommen gerne wieder und würden diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen! Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft in toller Lage. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, vor allem ein wunderschöner Ausblick. Viele Skigebiete sind schnell zu erreichen. Claudia war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren in einer sehr großen Gruppe im Haus für einen Winterurlaub und jeder hatte genug Platz und Rückzugsraum. Die Lage vom Haus ist wirklich perfekt. Hinter dem Haus ist der Wald zum Spazieren/Rodeln und vor dem Haus liegt gleich der Ort. Küche und Bäder sind optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut funktional. Die Küche soll demnächst renoviert werden. Das Haus hat einen tollen Panoramaausblick und liegt den Großteil des Tages in der Sonne. Es gibt SO viele Sachen für Kinder, das war wirklich praktisch.

Hat alles super geklappt. Wunderschönes Häuschen. Etwas außerhalb von maurach. Aber alles war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (Restaurants, Seilbahn, skipiste, Busanbindung..). Haus war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war vorhanden. Gemütliche Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di capodanno presso gli appartamenti di Armin e ci siamo davvero trovati benissimo! Appartamento nuovissimo, di recente costruzione dotato di tutto il necessario… zona tranquilla, silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro! Armin un proprietario disponibile e gentile! Rende il tutto perfetto anche la Spa presente! Sicuramente torneremo…

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, che ha coinvolto quattro persone per una notte. L'appartamento era molto bello, spazioso e pulito. Eravamo forniti di asciugamani e accappatoi per la sauna, a disposizione di ogni ospite. L'area sauna e la piscina erano splendide, anche se non molto grandi. La colazione era buona e abbondante, sebbene nel nostro caso fosse a pagamento, al costo di 15€ a persona. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Sicuramente torneremo e desideriamo ringraziare per la cordialità e la gentilezza ricevute.

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

Schöne einfache Wohnung die für uns als Basis für unsere täglichen Motorradtouren ideal war. Im Hof gibt es ein langes Carport indem Autos und Motorräder untergestellt werden können. Der Pool und Sauna Bereich hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Zu berücksichtigen ist, dass bei hohen Temperaturen keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, sodass es in der Wohnung sehr warm wird. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank auch an den Gastgeber

E stai molto bello, casa bellissima avevamo la sensazione di trovarci veramente a casa, vista molto bella e persone gentilissime. Supermercato a 100 metri, bar e altro. Soggiorno davvero delizioso e Gerdi si è dimostrata una persona molto socievole. Grazie

Excellent stay for a ski trip at the end of the season. Well located with free access by local skibus, and the Despar supermarket and local cake shop both within 1-2 minutes walk. Apartment had wonderful view, good underground parking for our hire car and all very well appointed. Claudine was very helpful.

This is a luxury well and equipped Chalet.. Convenient within easy walking distance of town centre where there is a wide range of shops. The ski slopes are close and free ski bus is available if desired. There is a great range of eateries and supermarkets in Seefeld. The chalet has an open plan living area with well equipped kitchen and dining and seating area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms and a sauna in the property. The garden opens onto a hotel neighbouring spa where you can have free use, with 2 pools one inside one outside both heated and 2 hot tubs. Another sauna and steam room plus luxury relaxing indoor lounges. Our super host Catherine arranged early access for us as we had two children under 4 in our party who were arriving in Seefeld before 1200. The requested cots were in place and the chalet was immaculately clean through out. That was great and Catherine definitely deserves the “Super Host “ status.

Die FeWo läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Toller Blick vom Balkon. Parkplatz am Haus. Wlan und TV perfekt. Seilbahn und Vinschgau Bahn sind in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Auto braucht man nicht, ausser zum Einkaufen. Kontakt mit Sonia perfekt. Gerne wieder

Katya’s apartment was wonderful! It was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. As a host Katya was great. She was kind, informative, and went above and beyond. We look forward to staying here again in the future. A++++++

Sehr schönes, kleines, Appartment. Alles Tip Top sauber. Unser Gastgeber Salvatore war immer zu erreichen und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar, gute Parkmöglichkeit im Hof.

It was amazing aparment and actually communication with Danielle also. Everything he shared in advance, he was fast responsive and helped when we needed. The apartment is on nice location, and I would say that is much bigger than it looks on photos. Everything was prepared for our arrival and it was super clean. Thank you so much and we will definitelly come again. I can suggest Danielle and his apartment to everyone else, it´s really nice place and host.

Claudia’s place was perfect for our stay in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Walkable to the city center where there’s many options of restaurants and also walkable to great hikes. It was such a relaxing weekend, I am looking forward to repeating it! Also, the kitchen has all we needed for cooking breakfast at home before starting our day in the outdoors. When we come back we will definitely try to stay here again!

Peters Wohnung ist super gemütlich und hat eine tolle Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht. Check-In und Check-Out konnte selbsständig durchgeführt werden und war total problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit Peter war hilfreich, freundlich und respektvoll. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und hatten insgesamt einen tollen Aufenthalt. Einzig die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig.

Great value for money. Thomas was very supportive. Skibus is in 3 minutes and will get you to Col Raiser. Or you can walk for 15 minutes on foot, but it is hard, because it’s uphill. On the way from slope you can ski down almost to the ski bus stop and then walk for 3 minutes. Tips inside the house: - for cold water in the shower you have to completely turn the tap pressing red button - wifi works only in the kitchen, does not work in the rooms - matrasses are too soft, I’ve told Thomas about it. Hope they will be changed soon

Nossa estadia foi perfeita! Tudo muito limpo, organizado e decorado! Nos sentimos parte da cidade com tudo o que nos foi proporcionado. E o Alessandro foi muito gentil e ágil em resolver todas as questões! Voltaremos sempre possível!

Verenas Unterkunft war super. Traumhafte Aussicht ins Tal, Wanderwege und Skibus direkt vor der Tür. In der Wohnung war alles nötige vorhanden. Super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns mit 3 Personen und einem großen Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.
