I stayed for a month and this condo was just what I needed. The area was quiet, it was not hard to find or access the condo, Elian gave perfect instructions. I had a couple of issues with the condo, but Elian was always quick to respond and worked to make sure I was comfortable. The condo could have used a few more items in the kitchen like, pots, pans, measuring cups or spoons, but I got what I needed for my stay. All in all I would recommend this location.

The place we had was great and Darryl was quick to respond and easy to deal with. I would do business with Darryl again.

This little duplex is so cute and homey! We only stayed for one night but it was conveniently located to the BOK Center! It was super clean and we anticipated some bad weather so host let me check in a little early. The door in the bathroom is the only downfall to this cute little room! It opens to the toilet instead of away from it! Other than that our stay was perfect!

This place was amazing. Safe. We felt extremely safe. We were in an apartment complex completely secure. The BOC was in walking distance. On a nice night it would be great to walk. If not a nice night, the Ubers are so friendly. We were there for a concert - We spent the entire weekend bonding and their home was the perfect place. There were so many places to eat within walking distance. A club for those interested. I would highly recommend staying with IC properties at anytime in any place. Very, very responsive, very polite and relatable. I will for sure stay with IC properties again. Thank you IC, Crystal H

We loved Maureen’s place! The decorations were adorable and it was exactly as described. She allowed us to check in early due to bad weather which was much appreciated! This home had all the things you would want for a comfortable stay and it was an added bonus that we were able to bring our pups! Thank you!!

The house was comfortable & perfect to stay overnight with our kids. Appreciated Jaime's tips for local weather coverage & offer to use the home's storm shelter to set my mind at ease during a tornado watch. We plan to stay again on our return roadtrip home this weekend.

Marlene was an amazing hostess. Very responsive! She was proactive and provided recommendations for the area. She even dropped off additional items as needed. She made arrangements to extend our stay and worked with us when our plans were up in the air! Definitely would recommend staying in her home!

We loved our stay! We brought our dogs with us and they loved the fenced in yard. The home is beautiful, cozy, and we loved all the decor! The hosts are incredibly responsive and friendly. Something I thought was fantastic was their guestbook, where they had a list of some of their favorite restaurants! We didn’t try any this time around, but we’ll be booking here again and trying the suggestions next time! Great location, I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a good spot to stay!

The yellow house is spacious and welcoming. Very clean/comfortable furnishings and beds and well stocked kitchen! We especially appreciated the cozy bedding, easy to navigate tv and wi-fi, and rocking chairs on porch. The weather was cold and inside heat worked very well. The park across the street makes for a friendly neighborhood, and we could easily walk to Tally's for breakfast. Sierra helped us with some special circumstances and her friendly communications were truly a blessing. Thank you and we will come back!
