Maini’s place was really amazing to stay in, especially since it was so close to the airport. We only stayed one night but it was clean and had many rooms and beds if needed for more people. Maini was really helpful and hospitable and even let us borrow the leaflets from the house.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Mei's place. She was always helpful and responsive. I believe she just started renting out her homestay, so we did have a few kinks to work out, but she always had an immediate answer and was helpful and kind. I can 100% recommend a stay here to explore Sandakan.

Loved our stay in Sandakan at Stephens place. It was tidy and clean. It was a bit further from supermarkets, etc so just easier to catch a Grab or order food via Grab. Pool and surrounding gardens were awesome for the kids. Stephen was lovely and very kind to meet us and show us around. Thank you!!
