quiet location. the rooms are very spacious. huge kitchen and Living room. very clean. All necessary applliances in house.

Cozy & great place. Host very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Vun's place was easy to find (I drove) despite the extensive roadworks right outside the apartment block. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Peace & Quiet location. Clean & Cozy Host very responding If got visit Sandakan again. Will stay here. Hope the host keep maintaining well.

Homestay as simple as it can be but has all the amenities needed..suitable for travelers in group..very tidy & clean..spacious parking space..

located near the airport, food area (Sandokan) and convenient store. lots of game available to be played. to the extent cant try them all. karaoke and projector are awesome with some noise absorbing mat on the connecting wall. Hopefully will not disturb the neighbour. it's a two storey terrace with all rooms located upstairs. House can accommodate 2 hilux parking. will be considered when we come back to Sandakan

great value, great communication. you'll have to grab to and from restaurants and towns, but it's cheap and easy. would stay again

The places was brilliant, clean but it not close to city. The host was a great host and was always helpful and quick at responding to any questions. Would 100% recommend!

The highlight of the stay was the host’s amazing hospitality. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions almost immediately, and her helpfulness truly made a difference.
