Sandestin, Miramar Beach : locations d'appartements de vacances

This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

Place was as described and so convenient! Came for Ironman Florida and the proximity helped so much to eliminate any further stress! Being on a low floor meant rarely waiting for an elevator when we were not bringing a lot to and from the condo! The views were not compromised at all on a low floor, and noise was never a problem. Comfortable beds and great pillows make all the difference between an OK and a great nights sleep, and this place had both!

Had a great stay here. Place was exactly as expected, check in was better than expected considering we got in at 1am. The security staff was fantastic at providing everything needed. The only thing I would’ve liked to see was a bit more things like soap, shampoo for the bathrooms, and maybe coffee supplied but this was only a problem because our flight was delayed until 1am arrival and everything in town was closed for the night. However it was amazing that there was laundry soap supplied because the airlines left our bags out in the rain so we had to do laundry at 2am. So just having in-unit laundry might’ve saved our marriage. Haha. Thanks again - Mike

We enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The days we were there it was a bit chilly so it was a nice surprise that the pool is heated! PCB is beautiful! Directly in front of the hotel, there’s a storm drain thats kind of an eye sore but otherwise it did not bother us. There was an issue with the clothes dryer, but John was very quick to respond and sent someone out quickly to fix it. I highly recommend this spot!

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

Bonnie’s place was super cute! Design was very cool! Close to beaches, shopping, etc. She was very responsive and helpful! Great stay!!!!

This condo is in the perfect location. Right across the from the beach with a private entrance. The host is very helpful and responsive to any messages. We had an amazing week staying here!

Had a wonderful time and would love to visit again soon. The hosts were amazing. We got in town a little early and they gladly let us check in early. Always responsive and the room was amazing!!

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

This was a fantastic little spot for me and my partner! Very clean and homey, with nearby beach access. It was close enough to town to get there via scenic beach walk but still far enough away to feel cozy and out of the way. Lovely area, lovely vibe, and lovely place to stay! I wish we could have been there longer, but that's all the more reason to come back!

The place was as in the description, comfortable bed, very clean and cozy, full kitchen, quiet environment, there is a short distance from the beach, I recommend.

Great condo in a convenient location!

My girlfriend and I went to Debbie’s and it was great. She responded quickly. The beach was in walking distance and overall just a great place to stay definitely will be booking with her again.

Felt right at home; a beautiful house just 20 minutes away from Destin! Monica was a great host and made sure my partner and I had a wonderful time during our vacation! I would definitely recommend this place.

I would say if you have a family, I would try to rent on the lower level or both. My toddlers seemed to be pretty heavy footed for the guests below us. It was a wonderful stay, even though the weather wasn’t on our side.

We had a great stay in Alex's condo! We were here for three nights and it was nice to be able to walk to a couple restaurants while also cooking some meals at the condo (Winn Dixie is right down the road). The place was very comfortable with a gorgeous view from the balcony -- the beach is very accessible, along with the heated pool. The beds were pretty comfy as well, and the apartment actually looks nicer than the pictures. It is quieter than staying at one of the resorts -- though you can hear when your neighbors shower or use the plumbing, it's not too bad. We had our 7-year-old with us and this place was nice for families, even during Spring Break.

Wonderful stay, made great family memories. Bikes are a must, so easy to get around and lots of fun things to do. Tessa was a super host in every aspect!! 😍

It was perfect for my family. Our 1 year old had plenty of space to play and we were in short walking distance from the beach!

The place was very clean, fully stocked kitchen making for easy meal prep. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Coffee shop was delicious!

We loved staying in this condo! Close to the beach and lots of restaurants! Beautiful view on the patio. Place felt very homey and so many kitchen accessories which was so nice! They really thought of everything! Only downside is the resort fee. Seems like he is the only person who does this seperate fee upon talking to other resort guests and looking at other places on Airbnb at the same resort. Not sure it was worth the extra fee since there weren’t any amenities other than a heated pool. However we did love our stay and would stay with Joe again!

Veronica’s Palm Paradise studio was a great getaway place! She was very responsive and always available when and if needed. She also provided a list of things to do for the duration of the stay, which gave us different options to choose from. Thanks for hosting, Veronica!

Studio was pristine, perfect size for our quick weekend getaway! I think it would also be great for a couple with smaller children. Great location very near the central hub of Rosemary. Easy to walk to the beach or catch the beach tram. So many great restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for being a great host!

We had a wonderful stay in the Destin Tower. Great location on the beach. We watch some amazing sunsets! Chris responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Great place to stay when visiting the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
