John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

the place was amazing! just a short walk from the beach but was still private and quiet. some of the reviews mention construction debris in the backyard but when my group was there it was all clean. the place is really nice and cozy. the air conditioners saved us. minimally kitchen supplies, but enough to make a meal. if you don’t want to constantly do dishes just bring plastic utensils. overall we had a great time!

Chanell was very proactive in communicating while we were on our stay. We felt very comfortable here and we also were allowed to bring our dog for an extra fee, which was completely feasible! We loved how close the walk to the beach was and just the quietness of the area. Would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to come back to FWB! Also, Destin was not 10 minutes away and we got to check that area out as well!

We really enjoyed staying at Dina and Halph’s townhome recently. Everything was clean and ready for use. We really enjoyed using the grill and enjoyed the outdoor space in the back patio ! This is a great place to bring your pet and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again, Dina and Halph

She was very responsive and helpful! She was so kind and left many recommendations!! The place was so nice and pretty! It was also very clean! The view from the front was absolutely beautiful!!! Distance from beach wasn’t far at all!!! We hope to be back soon! We loved it and enjoyed it SOO much!!!! The front porch and balcony was our favorite part!!!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

Ashley was a great host...very large place felt like we rented 2 places ...my parents stayed on the first floor that is somewhat separate with there dogs ....the bar was cool to hang out at..she has plenty of stuff for the beach also.

Already figuring out how we can come back here next year - it was perfection! Stunning ocean views from morning until night, and the peaceful sound of waves through the patio door during every dinner - absolute heaven. An Aldi opened up just a five minute drive down the road just last week which was perfect for stocking up on groceries for the week (we also loved eating at the surrounding restaurants!). There was a gigantic tote of beach toys that got put to good use during our stay, as well as beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels. We were traveling with littles, and the direct beach access (and rinse-off shower) were invaluable for keeping things running smoothly and (sand-free haha). The home was beautifully appointed and Todd was a great, responsive host to any questions that came up.

The house is absolutely stunning! Close to town yet far enough away that the beach experience was still private and not overcrowded. The kids enjoyed the home and all of its games so much! The deck was a wonderful place to sit and play as well! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

John was a WONDERFUL host and I HIGHLY recommend staying here! His home was clean, spacious, and extremely nice. John responded quickly at any time of day and was so friendly. Whenever we had a question, John was responsive and there to help. We had a larger group and it fit all 11 of us perfectly. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, the house is in a safe area, and John has a beautiful pool in the backyard. As well, when you check in John provides lists of restaurants and bike rental shops available in the area. His house is extremely clean and has anything you can think of needing: laundry room, large living room space, plenty of bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and more. I cannot recommend this home more, we had a wonderful stay and are so grateful to John for having us!

Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

We were in the area for my daughter’s bachelorette celebration. The house accommodated our group of 8 very well, especially with 3 full bathrooms. The home is beautiful and close to the beach, shopping, etc. We had a few minor questions for the host and he was very responsive and in a quick time frame. I would highly recommend this stay -the local amenities (pool, pickleball) were also great!

This place was great! The house was a great layout with lots of space for everyone. The pool was great fun for the whole family and the beach did not disappoint. Our host was responsive and communicated well. The instructions were very clear and made the whole experience very smooth.

We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Kemp’s house was pure perfection for our family. We live locally and decided to treat our 13 year old daughter and her friends to a sleep over on the beach. I can’t say enough good things about how beautiful and comfortable the home was!

Positives: Beautiful. Loved the decor- shabby chic and unique touches! Private beach access was so great! We used Endless Beach chair rental and hanging at the beach was effortless. So much room for everyone to have quiet time too. Couch was so comfy! the kitchen/dining area was well equipped and roomy. Plenty of seating. Need for improvements: a few maintenance issues with wear and tear but did not affect our stay. I’m hoping the cleaning/maintenance is letting Mitch know. Too beautiful not to address these type of things. Overall we all agreed we would stay again! Mike’s seafood and Thomas’s, and grocery all so close. Perfect.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property. It was more beautiful in person than in the photos! We were able to cook with everything provided, blender for pina coladas, and very very clean! We enjoyed the games and Mrs Pac-Man so much! The deck and wash station made it convenient for coming on and off the beach without bringing in sand. Beds were comfy and clean. Seating on main floor was more than enough for everyone to hang out together. Huge washer and dryer made it convenient to get more laundry done. Extra large jetted tubs were a HIT for another opportunity to relax. Will definitely visit again!

Our stay with Crotty & Co. in PCB was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and beautifully decorated, and its location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, yet not too far of a drive to downtown. It was a very short walk to the public beach access 95, and a 2 minute drive to Publix. Camp Helen was 5 minutes away. Conservation Park was 10 minutes away. My kids absolutely loved the private pool with the lights at night! Bayou Bills Crab House is right down the road and was excellent. We had an amazing stay!
