Booked a few times for work colleagues. Lovely property, straightforward checking in.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Thank you Caroline for your hospitality and friendliness.

The apartment was fabulous. Clean and well appointed, superbly located for local restaurants, cafes and shops. The sea views are second to none and the walks along the promenade to the De La Warr Pavillion were lovely. We will definitely be returning the this amazing property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

Victoria was a fantastic host, responding swiftly and doing her all to help us make the booking. The house was stunning, warm with an incredible view and a truly fantastic place to host a small group of friends. The cooking facilities were excellent for preparing communal meals. The Hot tub and garden were great and the manner in which the garden backs onto the sand dunes and beach is so beautiful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our trip exploring the local Dungeness landscape. I'd certainly be interested in coming back in the summer months.

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

Dans place was easy to access and within a 10 minute walk of the beach and New Town. We found a lovely Italian La Cucini within 5 mins walk away well worth booking. The Old Town was around a 20 mins walk away always worth a visit. Dans place was very clean and tidy with lots of nice touches food in the freezer, milk, tea etc which we were welcome to use. What was most impressive was Dans availability when we had an issue. We were in Hastings to run a half marathon that was cancelled and Dan was not only on hand to help us with regard to alternative arrangements but extremely flexible regarding our stay. His instant responses to my text messages was well above anything I have yet to experience and I couldn’t recommend him more. It was a weekend of adventure and we will be back. Thanks Dan

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had an amazing weekend at Becky’s place. The flat is very tastefully furnished and decorated. The “Blue Room” is cozy and gives amazing views of the sea. Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay in Margate, the decor gives a lovely peaceful feel, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the bathroom had complementary toiletries. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing.

Super séjour à Wissant dans ce petit appart de rêve idéalement situé! Vue magnifique sur la mert, proximité de tout, parking sur place, appart bien équipé et confortable! Recommandons vivement :)

This was such a special place to conclude our 3 wk honeymoon UK/Ireland venture.✨️ The soothing calm of the waves & such a peaceful abode, overall..absolutely heavenly. 💟🌊☮️ Kirsty was helpful to recommend restaurants upon request & also offered us an early 'check in' if we wished. We were actually even more grateful to have an additional hour at 'check out' to enjoy a beautiful walk along the ⛱️ beach within steps of our stay (we even bumped into a Brit celebrity there who chatted with us!🤩). The historic Ramsgate Tunnels tour is highly recommended & again, steps away.🙌 The epic Cliffs of Dover is about a 25 min drive which was convenient as well. What an absolute gorgeous hike especially getting to the beach, too! 🥰 The lil bakery called Staple, I believe was THE best bfast ever- enjoy some veggie croissant goodness- as you walk through the scenic port of Ramsgate, too. I can highly recommend this lovely and comfortable flat, very close to the amenities of Bexhill. It's amazing value at this price. The flat was pristine and well-appointed (we loved the reclining sofas!) and we had a very pleasant stay. The location was fantastic - it's on a quiet road but with a Tesco at the end of the street and a 15-minute walk from the beach, Pavilion and the shops and restaurants of central Bexhill.
