Such a magical place so peaceful and well looked after couldn’t have asked for anything better me and my partner and 2 kids really enjoyed our long weekend there will definitely be coming back

We had a lovely stay here, myself, my partner and our dog felt right at home in this beautiful setting. Perfectly placed we were able to explore a lot of different areas in the Lake District! Perfect for a little getaway! When we returned from our exhausting adventures it was lovely to be in our cosey little pod (but spacious enough to relax in!) Has everything you would want it to have! We will definitely be returning as we want to do more up in the Lake District and this pod was just so perfect for us! Having a dog with us we went for a little walk around the farms pond in the mornings before setting out on our daily main adventures, which worked well for us!

This was stunning, the cottage looks exactly like the photos. Immaculate and finished to a really high standard. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Wood burner was perfect as it was cold during our stay. Great location for local walks, restaurants and supermarket. Great meal at the local pub. Hot tub was a delight after some long walks in the hills. Couldn't fault it, Catherine was a fantastic host!

We had a fantastic time at Rockliffe, helped by sunshine all day long for a week! The hosts, Julian and Theo were very friendly and helpful, they even showed us around their beautiful garden! The bungalow is fabulous, clearly been recently renovated, with excellent facilities, cooker, washing machine, plenty of hot water etc. The beds were very comfortable. There is an outside covered area at the back of the bungalow, completely safe and ideal for leaving bikes, shoes etc. There is a large garden to use, with table for al fresco dining, and lovely lawn with garden chairs, mainly for sun bathing for us! The beach is a short walk away, and it was great to cool off after long hot days! Dave

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!

Thankyou so much, it really did feel like home. It was a lovely holiday and close to alot of amazing scenery and amazing places will definitely come back to the lake district xxx

For what our group wanted it was perfect not a bad word to say about the place, perfect or group weekend away in the country side just what a place!
