While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

Staying at the casita was exactly what my 15 year old son and I were looking for. It was 15 minutes from the top of Pajarito Mountain. Several local city owned things to do; including an aquatic center and golf course. The casita was in pristine condition and clean. Very close to the grocery store and local restaurants.

Constance was wonderful! She responded promptly and was incredibly understanding when we encountered an unexpected family situation. We truly appreciated her flexibility and kindness during a stressful time. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place!

This spot was cute, incredibly functional, and was far closer into town than similarly priced hotels I looked at. I don't love a non-doored bathroom, but that was such a minor thing and the place was spacious, well organized, and clearly well-maintained and well-cleaned.

Ron was willing to listened to our concerns, he was generous and understanding and always had an alternative suggestion which helped us out. He was very flexible and strived to make our stay enjoyable (which it was). His place had everything we needed and we appreciated the pet friendly atmosphere. I'd recommend staying at his place to anyone. Thanks Ron

Ashley’s place was beautiful and extremely clean - it was spotless! The master bed was very comfortable and our kids loved the bunk bed! The kitchen was good sized with a big fridge, which helped us. We went skiing at Pajarito resort and this was just the perfect place to stay.
