Everything was perfect. Clear, easy instructions for getting in. Jake came down to introduce himself the first evening and gave a few helpful instructions and was very friendly. After that he responded to all questions and requests by text within a few hours, but otherwise was very respectful of my privacy. He was also extremely helpful and understanding when I needed to cancel after only a few days of a longer stay. Truly beautiful location for a retreat from the hustle and bustle, with beautiful walks right from the edge of their property, but 10-12 minutes drive to all shopping and restaurants in Bernalillo. This place was awesome.We enjoyed the spacious rooms ,extra beds ,linens. It had all.the essentials and more .I hope to stay there again.And the host took the time to visit with me on the phone when I had an issue with the alarm .The only bad thing is we weren't able use the hot tub ,not sure if we just didn't find the right switch but it seemed too dark at night and during the day we seemed too busy to use it.Again that maybe our fault .I would highly recommend this beautiful home .Thank you so much,Carlos.

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay. Kristy communicated with me early on which made me feel most comfortable in my choice of places to stay since I didn't know the area. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her in person as well. She made my friend and I feel right at home. Her place was everything the description said it was. It was one of if not the cutest places I have stayed. I plan on returning to Albuquerque and will try to stay there again. The house was quite warm feeling and in a quiet neighborhood. For the money, it just can't be beat. We were attending the Balloon Fiesta. I don't think we could have gotten any closer to the park by staying anywhere else. Kristy was quite prompt in answering all of my questions. Yes, I highly recommend Kristy and her property and plan on staying with there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chad's place. The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed the walking paths nearby with views of the mountains, farm animals, and flowering trees. The house was exceptionally well organized and they had truly thought of everything. We also appreciated Chad's prompt support with a forgotten item. Truly above and beyond in terms of the hospitality. Corrales is also a very cute area to stay in, rural feeling but with beautiful shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed a wonderful family trip at Norah’s place. The house is so unique and handcrafted. The property is absolutely stunning and serene, especially the view from the kitchen and bath tub. We enjoyed watching all the animals outside. The property also has an amazing trail with panoramic views once you reach the top. It’s the perfect getaway spot, despite not being too far from restaurants and things to do.

BIll and Lu's place was all we hoped for! My family shared the riverside home with another for spring break. The kids (ages 6-9) loved being in the river, whether fishing or adventuring. The adults loved being close to the water so we could keep an eye on them, but also have enough space to visit and relax. The home had everything we needed, most importantly the kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils/pots/pans we could need. We cooked almost every meal (the only exception being Mamacita's Pizza which was excellent!) and never wished we had something that wasn't there. We are looking forward to returning.

Everything was extremely clean. The instructions were clear. I didn’t need to reach out once with any questions or concerns. It was a perfect location for what we needed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Leah's place that truly felt like a home away from home. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by cozy vibes and beautiful antique furniture that added a unique character to the space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel even more welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the views of the Sandia Mountains!

This spot was cute, incredibly functional, and was far closer into town than similarly priced hotels I looked at. I don't love a non-doored bathroom, but that was such a minor thing and the place was spacious, well organized, and clearly well-maintained and well-cleaned.

This was my second time staying in one of Jennifer's properties, and it was so good that I actually extended my stay by a week. The location is *perfect* -- super convenient to LANL, groceries, Aquatic Center, etc. And it's very peaceful & quiet, with a nice view of the canyon. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything is new and clean. But the best part is Jennifer herself -- she is SO helpful and friendly! You will feel instantly at home. This place is a shared 2-br 1-bath flat, so you'll be sharing a bathroom & kitchen with a stranger or two. I was a little apprehensive about this at first, but it worked out really nicely and I would not hesitate to do it again!
