Great place for the family! would recommend

First time visiting Albuquerque, great place to stay, the weather had different plans during our stay, but the host was very accommodating, even refunding a portion of the cost due to the unexpected climate conditions. Overall It was as Great! My very hard to please 9 year old gave it a 10 out of 10 stars. Pretty cool, I Highly recommend this location.

Derrick was really awesome to work with! Great house, great view, clean and exactly what was described. He was very gracious with us because we had a last check in. Would go back a 100/100 times!

We loved the stay at this airbnb - it was peaceful and beautiful. The host was also very responsive. I would definitely recommend to other guests.

The house was wonderful, my kids loved the pool and it was hot enough from the sun we didn’t have to heat it. The location was very quiet and peaceful. And I loved that we could use the garage. Worth it.

We love this place. We have a amazing weekend getaway Kids enjoy the private swimming pool. Definitely high recommend.

Great place and lovely location in a quiet mountain neighborhood. It was exactly what we needed - big enough for 10 of us. Merigen was a great host, super helpful and communicative and helped me make a last minute change in the reservation. Lots of fun things to do - the kids are mostly grown but they absolutely loved the game room. So many amazing little touches - lots of throw blankets, binoculars, strategically placed coffee!, space heaters, huge game library, and we used the Bluetooth speaker the entire time to play Christmas music. The one very minor constructive advice I might offer would be that having a lower-set bed on the same floor with a bathroom would be amazing. It was a bit of a struggle to get my father in law situated and we didn’t want to put him in the casita by himself. Otherwise - epic stay and we would definitely stay again ! Can’t forget to mention the swing dance party we had in the “ballroom”. Thanks Merigen!!

I loved staying here. It matters to me a great deal what a place looks and feels like and this was just right. Each morning I took a very short walk to the rivers edge. There is a beautiful view from the small internal seating patio area and the kitchen window. I hope to come here again

Great house with an amazing view!! We even got to enjoy watching the quail run around the front yard. Restaurants and stores nearby.

We enjoy our stay, nice neighborhood and peaceful, quickly response from hostess! This property is close to major stores like Walmart, Tj Max and Sprouts.

I was very pleased, nice quiet neighborhood. I think it’s a great place for a family who wants to experience Albuquerque. Whether it be for the Bloom festival or the arts. Great location, 20 minutes or less from everything pretty much.

The home was amazing. It was very clean and setup great. The hosts are very good at what they do. They had all the essentials already there (shampoo, detergent, coffee pods, etc). The beds and furniture are all very comfortable and high quality. My wife loved the decor of the house and took pictures to steal ideas for our house. The backyard is setup perfect. I can not recommend staying here enough. Thanks for everything!

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay. Kristy communicated with me early on which made me feel most comfortable in my choice of places to stay since I didn't know the area. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her in person as well. She made my friend and I feel right at home. Her place was everything the description said it was. It was one of if not the cutest places I have stayed. I plan on returning to Albuquerque and will try to stay there again. The house was quite warm feeling and in a quiet neighborhood. For the money, it just can't be beat. We were attending the Balloon Fiesta. I don't think we could have gotten any closer to the park by staying anywhere else. Kristy was quite prompt in answering all of my questions. Yes, I highly recommend Kristy and her property and plan on staying with there again.

Great place for us to stay when we visited for family celebration.

We had a wonderful experience at this charming and immaculate rental home. It's tastefully appointed and thoughtfully arranged and prepared. The owners are responsive, gracious, welcoming, and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future for another stay. We could not have asked for a better experience and are grateful to David and Whitney for making us feel right at home.

This house was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved everything about it! Would stay again! Host was lovely and helpful. Location was peaceful and convenient to everywhere we went. Loved the view of the Sandia crest just outside the house. The kids loved the foosball table. Everything was better than in pictures! We spent 10 days over the holidays and had a wonderful stay.

The house is fantastic, well stocked with everything you’d need; and all the little touches make it feel like you’ve arrived at a nice resort. We were staying at Los Poblanos, prior and moved to the house 24 hours after our baby was born, so we were sleep deprived and highly attuned to any deficit; of which there were none - the house was spotless. The AC worked very well and was able to heat or cool to a temperature quickly, the coffee bar was stocked with anything you might need to get going in the morning. The master bedroom is really nice and peaceful. The high ceilings and big windows bring the stunning views of the Sandia Mountains inside.

Carla is an amazing host! Was responsive very fast! Was the very first time using an AirBNB and she made it so easy! House was very beautiful and comfortable for our family! Beds are really comfortable made us feel right at home! My son loved how she set little snacks out! Very quiet neighborhood..Will most definitely use here again for our next trip up!

Katrina’s place is perfection in an Airbnb. The interior was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The mountain views were a highlight, and the area felt safe and quiet. There were plenty of excellent restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to explore. They provided local recommendations and we checked out several of them. Katrina and her family were wonderful hosts—very responsive and thoughtful. They even provided toys for our 11-month-old, which was a great touch and she loved playing with them. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Highly recommend!

Great location, super pleasant surroundings. 15 minutes to great hiking in the sandia. Home was clean and organized with all you could need to stay.
