We had a lovely stay at Colleen’s place. The house is huge and a had lots of spaces to chill and relax, including a very sunny and warm patio overlooking the garden and swimming pool. All the amenities you need and more including a pool, gym and children’s playground and Wendy house. Our five year old loved it. We also appreciated being able to pick spinach fresh from the garden on occasion. House has solar so we hardly ever felt the load shedding going on and if there was an issue Ntate Joe was helpful and very responsive to kick up the backup generator. Only issue we had was with mosquitoes. We stayed over the summer and they tended to buzz about at night, which made sleep disruptive. But once we got some peaceful sleep mosquito plug in units it helped, so would advise to get some if you’re staying when weather is hot. Overall would highly recommend for families looking for a spacious, well equipped and eco-friendly home.

Really nice safe location close to shopping mall with everything you need a short drive away. Slee was great with communication, always responsive and flexible. The house is just like the photos and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is peaceful with comfortable garden furniture. Recommended as a base to explore the area.

We picked Marten's place primarily for the back yard and it didn't disappoint! The kids loved the pool and trampoline as well as the play structure and lots of well maintained open grass areas to run and play. The house was great as well, particularly the open living space. Brave was always available at a moment's notice to clarify anything required. Would definitely book again. Thanks

It was a pleasure staying at Charmaine’s. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable - a real home away from home. The garden was also a welcome distraction for the kids. I would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you for everything Charmaine and Stefan we were so grateful for the house during a difficult few days. We felt safe and comfortable.

C'était la première fois que je m'aventurais à rester dans un AiBnB en Afrique du Sud sur la recommandation d'un de mes collègues par rapport aux hotels cinq étoiles. Je dois avouer qu'après cette belle expérience, je préférerais garder le choix de ce type d'hébergements à l'avenir. Had a great stay and the kids loved the place. Truly home away from home.. Howard is a great host and her house manager is always available. We loved hanging out with Tiki as well.

Peter’s place is a gem in Bryanston, centrally located, peaceful, gorgeous, well appointed, it’s our new home away from home. THE EVERYTHING was spotless and well maintained. The grounds are huge, outstanding for 3 teenagers to shoot hoops, play soccer, huge pool, fantastic braai area and amazing indoor/outdoor living area. Peter was sincerely the best host ever, very reliable, accommodating, addressed all our needs with grace. Truly our home away from home, Peter’s place has our highest recommendation, thank you Peter, see you again soon!!!

The house was very cosy, spacious and comfortable for our group of 8 adults and a toddler. We didn't spend much time at the house but would have liked to spend some time in the garden and pool which were both very inviting. Poppy, the housekeeper was a star! She was very friendly yet professional and extremely helpful. The location was close to where we wanted to be(tourist attractions such as the Apartheid Museum, Sandton and Rosebank) and the neighbourhood was very safe and peaceful. We would choose to stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Le séjour dans cette magnifique maison avec notre famille s’est très bien passé, c’est une maison très spacieuse et agréable pour plusieurs personnes. La communication avec notre hôte était super, il a gentiment accepté de venir faire le Check in avec nous ce qui n’était pas prévu et nous a fourni à lit bébé. Si on rentre plus en détails dans l’expérience, nous avons quelques remarques à faire mais qui sont secondaires par rapport à l’emplacement et à la beauté de la maison : il n’y a pas de rideaux aux fenêtres, s’il pleut, c’est très sonore parce que le toit est en tôle,et qq autres transmises aux propriétaires. Nous n’avons aucune expérience de Johannesburg et ce sont peut être des remarques courantes. En tous cas, je recommande !!

I spent the weekend here so that I could see Johannesburg, and it was perfect for visiting as it is very close to the zoo and the sightseeing bus. Ingrid and her pets were lovely, and she made a lot of good suggestions on things I should see and do while I was around.

Firstly, shout-out to the house manager Tshidiso. He made our stay the best. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Tshidiso was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the main attractions. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Staying at Hugo House was just what we needed for our family of five. Check-in was incredibly easy and Steven responsive and helpful. You feel right at home once you enter. The kitchen is fully equipped which made it easy to prepare family dinners. we could do a BBQ in the quiet, private garden and the kids enjoyed the pool, especially when it got nice and warm from the sun. Once a week Veronica would come and clean the place, super helpful especially with kids. The house itself is perfectly located, we could take morning strolls to the Woolworths Food nearby, or to Checkers at The Woods Shopping center. There is a lovely play area for young ones at the center while our older ones joined coding lessons. It was so convenient that it was just 2 min up the road. Hyde Park Shopping Center is also just a minute away. It just seemed like everything is really close, it is a lovely location. The compound itself gives you that feeling of security which you want. Would definitely stay again! Plenty of space for my family. We loved the yard with the hammock & braai. Each bedroom has a bathroom, plus a powder room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook. Agnes was very friendly. The property is shared but felt very private as it is blocked off from her place. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to nice restaurants and shops.
