After having to cancel our reservation they set us up with an upgraded penthouse! Had options to choose from with their private rental group(PisolinoRentals) and was well worth it!

We had a great time staying at this condo. We enjoyed the hot tub, my kids enjoyed the freezing pools too. The guards at the gate were awesome. Close to amazing beaches and great food. Beds were nice. We look forward to coming again!

10/10 great location, within walking distance of the pools. The place was really clean. Safe community with a security guard at the entrance. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I will definitely be back soon.

The apartment is in a perfect location. It is just a few blocks from a lot of good restaurants such as La Curva, Ole Mole, Pollos Lucas, Avocato Cocina Creativa, Cocina Express and Cheiky's Pizza. I also did a lot of my cooking and Fruteria Sinaloa is great store for fresh vegetables and many other items. Super Ley is also handy for a more typical corporate super market. Tortilleria Mia has the best fresh yellow corn tortillas. Joaquin was out of town when I visited, but Karina, who lives next door, checked me in and was super nice and helpful. The wifi was fast and I was able to stream all U.S. NFL games with a VPN enabled Firestick that I brought with me. Penasco is a great bicycle town in the cooler winter months and I never used my car the whole 28 days I was there. Easy ride to anywhere, including the Malecon or Sandy Beach. Having the secure, remote controlled, gated garage for my car was a definite bonus.

I had a wonderfully and relaxing stay at this property. It was quiet with a beautiful view of the water. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas and the beach is just a minute's walk away. I love being able to bring my two dogs with me on vacation and having an enclosed yard for them. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This was the perfect place for our group. Somehow it looks even better in person than the photos. Karla was an amazing host, very responsive with great recommendations and help - her host at the property, Luis, was also incredible. Great access to the beach, restaurant, gym, beach volleyball, and private pool! We would absolutely return! The area was very safe, with easy access into town. The resort also had a front desk which helped us organize taxis into town for 16. This place was the perfect combination of resort and airbnb holidaying. Thank you Karla!

Muy buena ubicación, llegabamos a varios puntos turisticos en 10 o 15 min máximo; Restaurantes ricos y a buen precio super cerca entre 3 o 6 min. (Birria los Mesquites y Cabo Taco); La privada está super tranquila y fantástica para familia con niños que fue nuestro caso. Bodega Aurrera super cerca para poder ir a comprar cosas para tener aperitivos para los niños. La casa super limpia, amplia, equipada y perfecta para nosotros que eramos 2 adultos y 3 niños; genial que contara con 2 baños por los niños. La verdad la pasamos genial desayunando, saliendo a la playa, regresando a casa para prepararnos para volver a salir y regresar a dormir. Nos faltaron más días y que estuviera mas agusto calorcito para sacarle las provecho a la alberca de la privada. Pero seguramente regresaremos pronto!!!

Great house, very spacious. Host was amazing and super responsive. Had minor inconveniences but Fernando was very fast to act and fix the problem. Fernando was also very flexible with check in which was a huge plus. House feels cozy but still very spacious. Would stay here again 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. The loft was our favorite part of the house, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! We especially loved being able to bring our pups along and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. The location was great and the home had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Pete responded to my questions straight away. The condo was just as described, only better. Beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a clean and upgraded condo at Sandy Beach I would highly recommend this one. We were very happy with our choice and Pete’s attention to detail!
