Great views. The place is fantastic. Well kept, well decorated with plenty of space. Quiet area and very peaceful setting. House was as advertised and delightful to stay in.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was exceptionally clean and located in a secluded yet accessible area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was spacious enough for two families, and the game room in the basement was a big hit—it kept the kids entertained and gave the adults some quiet time. The location was convenient, with attractions nearby, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was cozy and felt right at home ! The kids enjoyed making s’more around the fire and the hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of hiking ! The host was kind and accommodating! We will definitely be staying here again!

one of the best places my family has enjoyed staying at. We felt the place had everything we needed for cooking, bath, laundry. super clean and no maintenance issues. Loved the Keurig and double shower head in master bath. location is perfect for all the outdoor activities the area has to offer. we would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the farm! We relaxed and enjoyed the beauty of the place and had fun petting the alpacas! We even purchased some beautiful alpaca fiber. Lisa always responded to us within a very short time. She gave us privacy when we needed it but with a wonderful person to visit with and make friends with, I would highly recommend this place!

Very quiet and rustic. Convenient for Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park hiking which is what we were there for. If you get to the State Park resort the tavern has good beer and excellent Bourbon flights after your hike.

Great clean place. Very cozy close to my family’s home and very accessible to everything around. Felt very comfortable overall great stay.

Vickie was an amazing host! We had booked her place last minute and she was able to accommodate us within 2 hours of booking. Her place was clean, well appointed and very peaceful. It rained while we were there and the backyard had a neat little stream/waterfall running through it. It was really cool.

The stay was very peaceful and comfortable to enjoy and will be coming back to enjoy it again thank you Sharon for a great stay at your cabin love it

We will definitely be back to Debbie's place! The view was amazing, the cabin was homey and had everything you would need to enjoy the space! The gaming area below was awesome for unwinding on chillier evenings. The deck with the porch swing was perfect for peaceful morning coffee, even with the nearby rooster lol im familiar with the area but this was definitely a hidden gem!

We LOVED our stay at Sharon’s cottage. It was such a peaceful getaway with our family for my husband’s Bday. We loved how quiet the area is & it was so relaxing to just swing on the porch swing, enjoying nature. My kids loved going out to the back yard and watching the horses! The cottage is so adorable, cozy & very clean. My husband & I have family roots in the area and love exploring where our grandparents & great grandparents lived/ grew up. Sharon & her husband are very familiar with the area & were helpful in giving us guidance on where to go to find some of those areas. We took our kids to Flat Lick Falls to go hiking as well, and that was SO beautiful! It’s about a 30 min drive. The area is very rural and there aren’t a lot of restaurants or places for entertainment, but the Mexican restaurant in town (Mckee) is good as well as Frosty-ette for burgers, shakes & ice cream! If you want more dining options, can go to Berea. We would definitely stay at Sharon’s cottage again!

Stephanie's place is the prettiest place. I've stayed in Portsmouth! The interior of the cottage is beautifully decorated and Stephanie is an organized and friendly host, easy to talk to and she provided everything our family needed to feel at home. Everything is easy and accessible, I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Home was just as described. Beautiful location overlooking the Ohio River. Owner was very responsive to our needs and issues. Great customer service. Hoping to return to the area again!
