Great place. Seemingly endless sandbar at Casuarina point was beautiful, nearly without another soul, and easily accessible for anyone interested in the beach. The dock and two balconies were great sitting areas to take in the views. The interior was more spacious than the pics suggest. Very quiet neighborhood, in a good way, but ride to and from Marsh Harbour when necessary was simple and easy.

Jan's place in Bahama Palm Shores was a wonderful nature filled retreat. If you want to sleep in ocean breezes to the sound of waves and nothing else... this is your place. We spent an incredibly peaceful week over spring break walking the beach, birding, and hiking and we almost always had the beach to ourselves.

This is our second time to Ryan's place and it never disappoints us! if we could come more often we would! Ryan added some upgrades this year, new stove and furniture that are very nice. The home is quiet and the beach is to die for. You will find that your the only one on the beach most days! We met more of the neighbors and locals this trip and everyone was super friendly. Shout out to 3Ks jerk house in crossing rocks, super friendly family, amazing food and you can find some awesome conch shells at their beach! Make sure to take the ferry over to turtle clay to see the sea turtles, sting rays and sharks, rented a golf cart from Kool carts to get around the island. Can't wait to try and do it again!

What a beautiful place. You have the beach, the water and long dock to relax on, plus the bonus of having a nice patio in the evenings to enjoy. We had an amazing time there. It is not busy with people and very relaxing. I highly recommend!

We didn’t get to see the cool patio setup in the photo. Is it a part of this rental unit?? We couldn’t find it. The layout of the unit is a little weird also. Other than those though, all good! Tristan was super helpful with a ride to and from the unit. It’s comfortable, clean, looks newly remodeled. Outside of the layout of the room and wherever that amazing deck is… this place is all good!!

Arabella’s place was wonderful. The accommodation was just as described. Her property manager VJ was wonderful and willing to assist with any questions or requests for the island. He helped us get a car and inquire about a boat charter. Highly recommend using VJ to get a car.

We just stayed here for a week with my husband, kids ages 5 and 6 and their grandparents. First off, the view is just jaw dropping. The color of the water is so beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the turtles heads pop up. We used the paddle boards every day and paddled along side the turtles. The beach is so quiet and peaceful. We found so many conchs, starfish and other beautiful shells. The house was a perfect layout especially for two kids. The kids were playing with hermit crabs and lizards just off the porch! The drive wasn’t horrible but it’s definitely 20 mins to get to a restaurant so get your groceries at maxwells in town. We utilized the car rental contact that Francis recommended and that was perfect. He was so nice and easy to work with. Everyone in the Abacos is so friendly it was refreshing. The Jib room was our favorite restaurant in town. Definitely take a ferry and explore the other beautiful cays nearby. We will certainly be back!

We couldn’t have been happier with our trip to Great Harbor Cay. The villa is an easy walk (less than 10 minutes) from the airport and The Beach Club restaurant. It’s also a short walk, about 15 minutes, to the marina, where we rented scooters to explore and get around the entire island. The villa is exactly as it is described. It is very roomy and comfortable, with three floors, two full baths, a full kitchen, laundry, porch and balcony. The beach is steps from the unit. Spectacular sunrises, long walks, and you can listen to the surf through the night from your bedroom.

We could not be happier with our time spent at the Sunrise Villa. We had just come from a conference in Nassau at a mega-resort and needed some peace and quiet. Sunrise Villa provided just that. If you are looking for party central, then this is not the place for you. But if you are looking to get away from it all in beautiful tropical surroundings with turquoise blue waters just steps away from your front door, then you should come here. The home is just as pictured. Very well appointed with everything we needed. I can't think of one single thing that we wished we had, and couldn't find. Ivelina is also very responsive and answered all questions prior to our arrival. We would highly recommend Sunrise Villa.
