My husband and I had a great stay at this cute little home. Everything was extremely clean and decorated to feel luxurious. We really enjoyed being so close to the water/beaches, 15 minute drive to shopping and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We took full advantage of the hot tub and it was our absolute favorite amenity offered, but we really loved the screened in porch as well. We would definitely come back to this area and consider staying here again! My only notes would be to add a few more pavers around the hot tub to make getting in and out in your bare feet more comfortable, and maybe a larger shower head to make rinsing long hair out easier. Overall, this trip was exactly what we were looking for to have a quiet get away for our anniversary and this place made it easy to do so!

A fantastic weekend getaway! Natalie’s home is beautifully located, offers spectacular views, and is incredibly well appointed with thoughtful touches like extra plush towels and spices and coffee. We enjoyed everything and even though the weather did not cooperate we had days of exploring the natural beauty, history, and local towns.

We took a family trip to have some time away and unplug. We absolutely loved it! The view, the hot tub, and the whole vibe was just what we needed. Fortunately, it didn’t rain the whole time like we thought it would, so we got to spend time in the water with the kayaks and our dogs loved it too! Highly recommend this spot for a break away. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you!

The cozy cottage is absolutely beautiful, we were very pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly interior that immediately made us feel right at home. This gem is much larger inside than we initially expected when we first arrived, looking at it from the outside. Emilio and Wanda have quite a talent for decorating the interior - it is very comfortable and homey. They reached out to us to make sure we were settled in, and responded quickly when I contacted them with questions. The cottage is in a nice, quiet wooded area on a cul de sac, not far from Solomon's Island and Pax River Naval Air Station. We hope to be guests at this beautiful home again when we return to the area for our next visit.

Had a great time with the family- back porch view was amazing, loved listening to the water. Relaxing hot tub. Water a little too choppy for the kayaks with little kids- probably would have been fine if just adults. Friendly neighbors. Kids like exploring and digging around the small beach area.

Hays Beach House was the perfect home base for my group of 10 sailors. We were able to comfortably sleep, relax in the hot tub, and cook enough to feed a small army. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and the sunrises here are stunning. Tim is a friendly and helpful host and overall the experience was nothing but pleasant.

This is a really nice getaway that is peaceful and serene. The home is older, but has some nice updates. I am one that appreciates a home with character. It is in a secluded area, so at night its gets really dark in the hot tub area which we made good use of. Waking up to views of the lake was my favorite part of the day. I was sad when the sun started to go down. There are neighbors, but the houses aren't very close to each other. It is located in a small town so there aren't many food options. The restaurant we went to wasn't very good, so I'd highly recommend cooking for your stay or bringing food. That's what we did. We cooked our meals and grilled. It was fantastic. Four of us stayed there comfortably. Two couples. Overall we had a nice 3 days and I'd highly recommend.

There is nothing more serene than waking up in the ‘crab shack’ with the sunrise. What a comfortable and scenic spot. Even our dog, Juno, loved it! Took a sunset sail to celebrate a birthday and got front pier service! Our host, Carlisle, was extremely attentive and kind with any needs we had or hadn’t thought of. Wish we had booked longer. We hope to return very soon!!

Diana's place was warm and inviting. We loved the historic nature of the little house and the way it was so thoughtfully decorated. The grounds are both secluded and beautiful and there were lots of things to explore. We enjoyed being able to walk to the chairs at the water's edge and watch the sunset over the river. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We are already planning to come back again to the Little House and spend more time in this amazing area.

This is our yearly spot to visit for our family beach trip, and it again did not disappoint. IMO this home provides one of the best values you will find, with a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and plenty of room to spread out. It is also walkable to the beach and restaurants, and the hosts treat us (and everyone) like family. Just book it and you won’t regret it!

I cannot find the words to express our families stay. When I say this was the best stay at an ABNB we have had thus far it was. The outside itself from the landscaping to the scenery was breathtaking. Checking in was a breeze. Once inside pictures cannot begin to show the beauty of this property. The hosts have really thought through a guest experience. They went over and beyond hosts duties adding extreme attention to details. Anything and everything you may need or want for your stay was there. Even with all the extra amenities and the beauty of the home our family instantly felt at home. We loved our stay so much we have already booked our next stay.

We loved the house; cozy, nicely decorated, with many pieces of original art that really added character. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. The location right on the water was wonderful, and Nancy provided kayaks, which we took advantage of. Our dog was beside himself with so much room to run. Nancy’s daughter and family live next door, and we spent quite a few hours enjoying conversation and local knowledge with them. We would go back again.

This cute cottage was quite cozy and inviting from the chalet style of the home to the living room/kitchen combo which allowed us space to enjoy each other’s company. Also what a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer but had to rearrange our plans due to unforeseen circumstances. Katherine was super responsive, understanding and accommodating during this transition. Thanks for having us!

A beautiful home with space for several people, close to the water and surrounded by beautiful pine trees. Clean and tidy with a coastal charm, pet friendly is an extra bonus! Owners were very supportive and communicative.

A beautiful place to work and relax. Very clean and a kitchen that had all the supplies and more needed to prepare holiday meals.

We loved staying at this beautiful and peaceful house! The house cozy and we felt right at home! It even snowed when we stayed in Delaville! The sunset was gorgeous and it even more amazing with a layer of snow! Would definitely love to come visit again in the summer! Thanks for a lovely weekend!

The house was everything we needed and more. And Irvington in October is absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful weekend and really appreciated Suzanne’s responsiveness and hospitality - we will be back!

We loved our stay at KJ’s property and will absolutely be back again! The house was perfect for a weekend family getaway with beautiful views and lots of things to do at the property itself - you really never need to leave! Meticulously clean, great fire pit, lots of outdoor seating and an overall very private location. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing experience!

Quiet and cozy home in the perfect location. We had a wonderful stay with beautiful views of the water (too cold in Feb to fully enjoy), and it was so convenient to be able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Rachel’s place was Awesome! The water view, pier, fire pit and house made us feel at home. We were in town for a funeral and Rachel was very accommodating. With check in and check out. Our family grew up in piney point just a short distance away and we were able to reminisce and site see of the past. The ruddy duck restaurant on the island was a great place to gather after. Britta's home was perfect for all of us! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The home is spacious and in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were super comfortable and everything was so clean! we look forward to staying again in the future! thank you Britta!

Must love dogs! And bring yours!! ❤️ We had the most amazing and wonderful stay at Blue Crab Cottage the first week of February. The sunset picture, yes, it’s real, because I took it! Don’t wait for summer to book for a get away; it is perfect any time of year. We are local folks (20 miles away) who were getting our floors redone. My husband was able to telework perfectly from the cottage. I, on the other hand, had to commute to work and I was so sad to leave the cottage in the mornings. The cottage was super comfortable, well appointed, and the front porch is absolutely the BEST feature! ☺️ Our dogs loved the cottage and getting to know the neighborhood dogs who serve as ambassadors for the peninsula. Now, I gave “finding the place” 5 stars but this is ONLY if you actually follow Chris’ instructions and pictures, which my husband failed to do. 🤣 Chris and Lynda took amazing care of us; I can’t wait to return for a weekend to enjoy that river view - it is spectacular.
