Great place!! Close to restaurants freeway access, shopping, very very clean!! Checks off all my boxes for any vacation place private, quiet, easy access, amazingly comfortable beds!! Good water, pressure and hot water for showers. That’s a must!! Extremely responsive, friendly, highly recommend!!

Miriam was fantastic. I stayed at her home for 5 weeks, and it worked out very well. The house is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood, very easy access to parking. The inside of the home was very clean, very little clutter, but still felt homey. The Nest thermostat was a nice touch as there were a few very cold nights in mid January. The kitchen was also great, super clean, and had nice amenities (water boiler, coffee maker, premium pans, new fridge, etc.). Miriam was also quite helpful when I had an issue with a neighbors smoke alarm battery chirping for a few days, and was very considerate of my needs. I'd definitely stay here again.

A great stay overall. We had a minor issue regarding the shower, but was remedied within an hour or so. Very quick to act to make sure our stay was 5/5. The grill worked great as well as the hot tub, we enjoyed the private patio after long ski days.

The View lives up to its name, and I looked forward to sipping coffee each morning, watching both the sunrise and Snowbird come to life. We took full advantage of the ski in/out access to Snowbird, and noted that beginners might get gripped on the initial - sometimes icy - descent. As an adult family of 5, we had plenty of space to move around in the family room. The master bedroom is spacious and the second bedroom easily sleeps 3. The third bath was very welcome and the in-unit laundry allowed us to pack light. We cooked breakfast and dinner for a week and found the kitchen and appliances to be high quality. The View #2 is pricey but we appreciated the quality, and I highly recommend it.

We came to slc for a skip trip. Couldn’t have hoped for a better place. Was able to hit 3 resorts without any hassle. Jennifer’s place was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. Jennifer and Sean were amazing hosts as well, very responsive and provided helpful instructions. Would absolutely recommend.

The place is overall an amazing place to stay! Being an avid snowboarder, her place was located conveniently close the canyons that lead to the resorts. The condo itself was extremely clean, well decorated, and the beds themselves were comfortable. Additionally, Anna was extremely responsive to all my messages which was greatly appreciated! When I make my way back to Utah to snowboard, I would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was beautiful, clean, and quiet! Nestled into a beautiful neighborhood, really enjoyed my stay. Hosts were kind and responsive to any questions we had. Would stay again for sure!

This studio appartment is a wonderful location to explore downtown Salt Lake City! It is especially convienient location for visiting the convention center. The appartment is perfectly outfitted with everything you could need, and Jeff is incredibly kind and responsive

We had a great stay! The place was clean, and the host was kind and very responsive. The location was perfect for where we needed to be, and the price was excellent. The host also worked with us, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

It was great for our large group. Only downside is it’s right next to the train tracks. Bring some earplugs when sleeping and it’s perfect.

We came to SLC for the RootsTech conference so this place was absolutely perfect being right across the street from the convention center and just 3-4 blocks to the Family History Library. We were lucky to be right next door to Lake Effect which is the coolest bar I’ve ever been to, plus it has amazing food! There are lots of others options up and down the street for coffee and bites to eat but we actually cooked in every night, and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed to accommodate that. There is a music club a couple doors down so a few nights were quite loud while trying to sleep but there was a bowl of ear plugs provided which worked pretty well. If you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping, bring a sound machine or your own ear plugs. Great unique place!

The place was everything and more than we needed. Well furnished and plenty of towels, linens and kitchen ware. Beautiful scenery and very close to restaurants and stores, etc.

Lisa is a responsive host and a friendly communicator. The condo itself was very clean, spacious enough for two persons and has a good atmosphere. The noise of the train can be a bit annoying and you definitely need a car to reach shops and the city centre. We surely come back, next time in SLC.

We had a great stay! Parking was easy, everything was clean, and the place was well stocked. The bunk beds were great for my pre-teen and teen children. There was plenty of space for our family of five to eat, hang out, and get ready. The kitchen had everything we needed and I liked that there were full sets of glass and plastic dishes. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location and very cute loft, near the Delta center and plenty of bars/restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay! My only suggestion would be to add an extra blanket to use when sitting on the couch. Thanks Nikko!

Awesome place to stay at the foot of Snowbird!

I booked Rebecca's place but fell ill and was unable to make the planned trip but my business colleagues made it and were most happy with the place and the hosts. We've stayed at a number of airbnbs and I have never heard my colleagues mention being as pleased with the experience as they were this time. Bravo to Rebecca.

Evan was an outstanding host. He was responsive and helpful from before I booked when I had some questions, leading up until check-in and then throughout our stay. He was able to shuffle some stuff around for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Evan gave local suggestions for some restaurants to try, and also told me early to make a spa reservation so we can use the rooftop outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub set to the backdrop of the mountains...it was unforgettable! The unit itself was perfectly situated, very close to the ski lockers and the Peruvian lift and the Tram. Also, it was as pictured and incredibly comfortable (even the sofa bed was shockingly comfortable, as those can be hit or miss), and we even enjoyed a soak in the private hot tub looking at the ski slopes at the end of a long day. Truly we loved every bit of our stay and will certainly reach out to Evan for our next trip to Snowbird!

We appreciate another stay here. Even in the winter, it was a cozy place and always clean and near all amenities. Jessica responded quickly whenever we had a question.

Great convenient place with comfortable beds, close to shops and restaurants. Deron is flexible and very responsive. Would stay here again.

I highly recommend GrandRoad. The property and accommodations were exactly as described. They are also very fast with their responses. I will definitely be booking this location again next year! Highly recommend

We stayed for a month to be near family. The apartment was clean and comfortable, easy to feel at home in. It was a perfect location for us with easy access to all shopping and the freeway. Brandon was quick to respond to texts, friendly and helpful. Having a private garage was convenient and secure. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it.

The condo was clean and better equipped than any AirBnB in which we've stayed. It was spacious and charming, and the location was convenient to everything. Communication was great too.
