Conveniently located near Alta/Snowbird for skiing and near restaurants and grocery stores! Common areas are spacious and open! You have the full basement of the house, but you can occasionally hear the people upstairs walking around and watching TV.

Anyone that lets you use a private hot tub for your entire stay gets a 5 star in my book! Lisa was great to work with & very accommodating. The house is in a gorgeous corner of Utah County & was well equipped. The only 2 quirks about this location (which weren’t deterrents for us but good to know) is that the thermostat for the basement location is actually controlled upstairs in the main home. Lisa is very willing to adjust as needed but it’s a slight inconvenience. Plus it doesn’t have any fans in the bathrooms. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen & laundry were convenient, the entrance is private & separate, & the hot tub was awesome! Beyond that it has pretty much the most amazing views of the mountains right there! Thank you Lisa!

Ella & Mo’s place was amazing! The surroundings were beautiful, up in the lovely mountains with such a peaceful neighborhood. We felt right at home, and there were so many amenities and even extras that were thoughtfully provided for guests. We would love to come back one day and stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area in need of a place to stay!

I came back to Chad's again and I was glad i got to stay longer this time and really enjoy the space. I highly recommend, location is awesome, I love the room and decorations and the deck outside is awesome in addition to the quaint charm of the loft. Chad is always quick to respond and everything was smooth and seamless. This will always be a go-to place for me.

This Airbnb had everything and anything you needed readily available! Holly was a great host and provided fabulous amenities. The Airbnb was spacious and clean! I would definitely stay here again!

Ammon was a great host and the space was perfect for our group of 5. the kids really enjoyed the football game and gaming console. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The location was quiet and removed from the hussle and bussle of the city, but still close enough to everything downtown has to offer. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Lehi at this AirBNB - highly recommend. We regularly travel for my teenage son’s rock climbing competitions and Lehi has a great gym for fitness and competitions. My mom (midn70’s) travels with us, so we prefer the comfort of a quiet AirBNB vs hotels where all his teenaged teammates stay. This had the benefits of both - easy access T competition, close to his rowdy teammates, but a quiet environment for us in the off times. I’m an avid runner and found the neighborhood fantastic for local jogs with great views, wide sidewalks, quiet streets, but accessible to all the things we might need - restaurants, gym, stores, etc. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet - with all the amenities we needed to stay and relax. We will absolutely book again the next time we are in Lehi.

We only stayed one night but was in a nice quiet location. Clean place as well. It’s a bit tight inside but that is mentioned in the listing.

If you are skiing in Cottonwood Canyon, this is the absolute perfect place. It’s quaint and really suitable for one couple as the bathroom isn’t en suite which makes it awkward if you have a third guest. Very clean, and a great host. Definitely recommend staying here for a ski vacation

Our stay here was just what we needed. We wanted a safe clean place to sleep and we felt very comfortable here. We stayed there for almost a week and had everything we needed. The place was cozy and clean, as well as comfortable beds. It is close to many things and is in a good location. Kathryn was very kind and was great at communicating. We will definitely be staying here again. The only thing to be aware of, it is more of a sleeping location and not as much a lounge and hang out. One of the king beds was in the “living room”. There are two lounge chairs as well as dining table. For us, we were there very little so it was perfect for our needs.

Karl’s place was awesome! We were able to go skiing and come back and have an easy place to store our equipment and a place to recover before tackling the mountain the next day. Super comfortable spot with beautiful views.

Very easy to get to. The basement apartment is roomy. Check in and check out was very easy. The beds were very comfortable. It is very hard to control the temperature. There is an electric fireplace in the kitchen and a portable heater in the main bedroom. We had to leave the fireplace on most of the time just to stay comfortable. Sometimes the heat would kick on from the family renting the upstairs but then it got too warm. There was a fun arcade with multiple games that the kids enjoyed. The small family room was cozy. None of the TVs worked in the bedrooms. We tried changing batteries between controllers but no luck. The appliances are very old and it was difficult to control the heat on the stove. There is only one bathroom and that was difficult with the kids needing the bathroom if someone was showering. The water pressure is low but we seemed to have enough hot water. It just seemed a little run down.

Great stay as always! This is our fourth year at this Airbnb and it's wonderful every time.
