This is a great place to stay near Erwin and Dunn the house was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. Definitely will be back here sometime in the future

Had a great stay over Thanksgiving holiday with our immediate family. The place was perfect for our family and had enough space for all. Location was great and loved being able to walk to the downtown area. The kitchen was well equipped for Thanksgiving dinner and the space made it a memorable holiday. Damara and Birche were responsive and made everything easy for us. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Victor's place was just what I needed for my stay. Easy access to the highway. Close enough to town that it wasn't a hassle to get there, yet far enough away I could enjoy the peace and quiet (and watch the stars). The beds were comfortable, and loved that there were extra linens and pillows!. The jetted tub in the master suite was amazing!! The place had all the basic needs for a trip away. Will definitely choose this place again if it's available when I return to town!

My family loved their stay here! Truly an amazing location in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, the Durham farmers market, and parks. The backyard is lovely and a great place to hangout on a warm day. Highly recommended!

The home was beautiful and cozy. We didn’t bring a dog but we loved all the things that they had for dogs. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We loved the master bathroom and the master bed was so comfortable. The home had everything that my husband, my daughter and I needed to throughly enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for everywhere we needed to go

Everything was as described and the check in was very easy. perfect for an overnight while traveling with dogs on I95.

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

A cool studio, located just off the UNCG campus. Bert's place is comfortable with room to hang out. The kitchenette has what you need for a short stay. You're not going to prepare gourmet meals here, but the listing makes that pretty clear. Besides, you have many great dining options nearby. The pictures and description are accurate - no surprises. Bert was responsive and made sure I was all set when I checked in. I'd happily stay here again.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described. Matt was great to communicate with and had responded quickly when there was an issue with the WiFi. Appreciate the cleanliness and the eco friendly products in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy walk into downtown. We are enjoyed both of the food recommendations offered.

I had a very nice stay. I especially appreciated the peacefulness of the location and the water and nature view out the back deck was really nice. That view was a nice surprise given the residential area. The general location was great for me as it was close to the heart of the north hills area. Nelson had everything you could need taken care of, and it made sense that he is a super host.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had some awesome features like a zipline that goes straight into the pool. The hosts were kind enough to let us sleep in with a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

A cute/ clean studio space. Perfect size for my family of 3. We only stayed 1 night but I could imagine that this would be a perfect couples weekend getaway. Host was very quick to respond and was helpful.

I had a wonderful time staying at Antonio's apartment. It is located through a secure gate and felt very safe and quiet after hours. Clear instructions on how to check in and out and we had no issues. Clean apartment, lots of space for two people.

The hosts made accommodations for our early arrival! Easy to locate their place and easy to get in! I messaged about restaurant recommendations and they nailed it! The place itself was very clean and cozy and felt like home! We are already planning our anniversary weekend back because we enjoyed their place and the area so much!

This was a beautiful place!!! Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me and this place was practically spotless! Huge shower/tub, huge tvs, beautiful bedroom and living room and free of clutter. They also provided extras like soap, floss, qtips. A plus was it’s a gated community!!! I felt very safe at night and my kids and I walked to several restaurants with no issue! There is even a Publix in walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe which was also important to me and even the neighbors were friendly as I had to ask a few some questions The only thing was the shower head is too far up. I’m very short so it was hard to get and the angle allows water to come out the back all on the floor . Also even with pictures it still took me awhile to find the keys - it’s a black pouch and not a box and it was tucked behind the drain pole which was hard to see… but I get it’s for privacy. Otherwise this is a 10/10 spot !!!! I will definitely stay again if I come back to Raleigh !!! ☺️

We were very satisfied with the accomodations and the helpfulness of the host. We spoke on the phone prior to our arrival and I felt comfortable with her right away. She was thoughtful and engaging. We plan to book again in June if the dates we need are available.

Audra and Brad were great hosts who gave my partner and I a wonderful experience. We celebrated our one year anniversary there and everything was in their home was better than we could ever imagine. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet spot and one that promises comfort. I wouldn’t have chosen to spend time anywhere else!

Came for March Madness and college visits. Location was extremely convenient - 10 min/$10 uber ride to the games, 5 min to NC State, and 20-30 min to Durham and Chapel Hill. A plethora of good quality restaurants were all within a 15 min drive. The location was very quiet and peaceful and a nice getaway from the craziness of campuses and March Madness. Kiyonna was a wonderful host. Communication and logistics, check in and check out, were all very easy. She also provided some nice little treats upon arrival that were greatly appreciated. Beds and living area were very comfortable and it truly felt like home. The washer and dryer were handy as we got caught in the rain one day and were able to dry our clothes. Thank you for a wonderful, stress-free stay!
