What a gem for those that skateboard and like a fabulous hot tub! Neighbors were friendly, place was clean and had amazing rustic charm with fun details. Easy to get to and host was attentive. We had a weekend trip and plan to come back. Up and coming area not far from the downtown attractions. Food nearby was great! Space hosted 10 comfortably, 4 kids. Highly recommend for those who want a different and adventurous place to stay.

This place was perfect for our visit to friends in Springfield. Plenty of space for the three of us and we loved the decor. We had a slight problem when we arrived and Bill came right over to take care it. We appreciated Bill and Jen's recommendations of restaurants and shops. Everything for our stay worked out great in their cozy home.

Thank you, Adrian, for graciously hosting us. The house was impeccably clean and equipped with all the essential amenities. I have no complaints regarding either the host or the accommodations. While there was some street noise on Friday night, it did not significantly detract from our overall experience. I only wish we could have spent more time in the home, as it truly felt like a welcoming retreat. The property comfortably accommodated three children and seven adults. If you are visiting Springfield for any special events or tournaments, I highly recommend considering this residence. !

Beautiful home with lots to do for my grown children and their children. We had 8 adults and 8 children. The weather was kinda cool, so we just took advantage of relaxing in the house and bonding as a family. The kids enjoyed the video game room and ping pong and pool table and other games in the garage. The hot tub was definitely a plus. Thanks for letting us use this wonderful home. Kim was a fantastic host—very proactive and communicative, which made everything incredibly smooth from start to finish. The place is perfect for one or two people—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for both cooking and relaxing. The TV had plenty of options, the furnace kept us warm during chilly nights, and the hot water worked great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a really restful stay. Access was simple and check-in was seamless. Overall, an excellent value for the price. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in Springfield. Thanks so much, Kim!

This was our 2nd stay and we had a very relaxing short visit. We hope to continue grabbing some short getaways at this lovely home.
