This is our 2nd time staying at Capitol Suite and the view never disappoints! We absolutely love this place. It is a beautiful historic building with open spaces, gorgeous views of the old capitol and lovely apple blossom trees peaking in from the windows. It is gorgeous day or night. Crista is an absolute wonderful host. She is detailed, responsive and so helpful. We look forward to staying again with her in Springfield in the future.

Apartment was clean and uncluttered. Host was quick to respond to questions and provided extra items we asked for (like a space heater to make my 88 year old mom’s room extra warm without our needing to heat entire apt to the super warm temps my mom likes for sleeping. We were in Springfield to tour Abraham Lincoln sites and the apt is within walking distance (less than a mile) to the museum and library

I enjoyed my stay at Regina's place. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The unit is very clean & comfy and it has all the amenities for a great stay. There is ample parking and the location is good as it is close to downtown. The host is responsive and can assist you promptly. I would stay here again. Thanks!

This was a very comfortable place for my group. We were in town for only two nights for a family get together, and we travel a 12 hour drive one way, so it's important to us to have ease of use and comfort. Jackie was very gracious and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you!

This is our second stay in two months. The home is so conveniently located, and there are at least 3 great restaurants within a few blocks. The master bathroom has two sinks and a very good shower with sliding glass door. There is an ample supply of very nice towels and adequate space to hang them. There is a huge walk-in closet with a good shelf for luggage adjacent to the master bedroom. We appreciated the availability of facial tissue in bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen includes a great coffeemaker which can accomodate either ground coffee with a filter or Keurig cups. The toaster and microwave are good, too. The kitchen appliances are spotless. The washer and dryer in the laundry room are terrific, and Tide liquid is available to use when one uses the washer. The team which manages this home are very responsive, answering any questions very quickly. They are a good team!

My husband and I comfortably enjoyed a few days away staying in this well accommodated rental in the friendly capital city of Illinois. I had a few questions and they were quickly answered. We loved staying here feeling like a local rather than at a hotel. The kitchen had what we needed as we love to cook. The tv was great for downtime. Off street parking is always appreciated. And being runners, having a washer/dryer was helpful. The location is great - about a mile south of Lincoln’s Tomb and about a mile north of downtown. The street was pretty quiet; it’s only a block from a great coffee shop. Some of the homes in the area look like they’ve had hard times, but that did not affect this rental or our comfort or safety.

Great place and very convenient for hosting a couple families. The house had everything we needed and then some. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay and will absolutely be back. This place is in a quiet area and near to a nice park. All of the appliances were new and it was very clean. John was also very communicative for anything we needed.

Booked this for my son who is a medical student on a surgical rotation. Mindy was great. I found the Airbnb booking booking process to be terrible compared to other services I have used to book stays for my son for his other away-rotations over the last two years. It forces me to upload a photo -then won't accept anything I try to upload. Didn't understand the vague references to taxes so ended up unsure of what I would be paying even as I booked. I was very impressed with Mindy - who was very professional and helpful - and extremely responsive. Not impressed with Airbnb's platform.

Kim was a fantastic host—very proactive and communicative, which made everything incredibly smooth from start to finish. The place is perfect for one or two people—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for both cooking and relaxing. The TV had plenty of options, the furnace kept us warm during chilly nights, and the hot water worked great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a really restful stay. Access was simple and check-in was seamless. Overall, an excellent value for the price. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in Springfield. Thanks so much, Kim!
